One of the peculiar features of the development of the whole human society is its continuous advancement. Factors that serve as the foundation of this continuous process are, although many, but the role of the family is separate. As a result, the legal basis of family relations is one of the most important issues facing the country and society. The historical development of the entire human society throughout the many years has a great potential for the family to bring up the younger generation, bring it up as a legitimate heir to society and the state, and deliver the great social life experience generated by ancestors for the next generation. The noble traditions and habits that are valued by the people will be solved in the family, preserving the values of the old generation and maintaining their lifestyle, upbringing the younger generation in the spirit of these traditions and values, solving the problems related to its existence and prosperity , in the end, has become a kind of platform for any country to build a democratic society in the country, to build a free and prosperous life.
That is why from the first years of independence, our country has been paying serious attention to the strengthening of the family, which is a solid foundation of the society. Particular attention was paid to this issue during the creation of the independent Uzbekistan Constitution and the special chapter devoted to the legal guarantees of family solidarity. It was emphasized that the family is the main unit of society, society and the state, protection of economic and social well-being.
In the early years, the Republican Family Practice Center "Oila" was established in Uzbekistan to study the problems of family, which is the foundation of society. It should be noted that the year 2012 as the "Year of the Family", 2013 as "Year of Wellbeing and Prosperity" under the initiative of the head of the state has once again confirmed that the issues of comprehensive family support and further development of family relations are at the center of our government's attention.
Most of the people in Uzbekistan recognize the importance of family and education of harmoniously advanced generation. Our people understand the dignity and love of families, children, brothers, sisters and relatives as a pledge of family welfare. Only the family can make inozone a true happiness, such as love for the country, love of the country, and dedication to it, originally formed in the family. The primary point of these feelings is love for the mother, respect for the father, and the affection for relatives and friends.
It should be noted that the year 2013 as the Year of Wellbeing and Prosperity at the initiative of the President of our country and 2012 as the Year of Family has once again confirmed that the issues of family support and further development of family relations are at the center of our government's attention. In this sense, it is reasonable to say that on the initiative of the head of our state, it has been a logical continuation of the state policy pursued by the government in the comprehensive support of family values. Indeed, it is good to remember that during the years of independence of the President of our country, we have been paying constant attention to the development of the institution of the family in harmony with other important social structures of society, spiritual changes in our country, as well as increasing its prestige as one of the most important and priority directions of the state policy. "
Respect for elderly people, who descend from generation to generation in Uzbek family, respect for the young, self-respect in the community, humility, hard work and hospitality play an important role in strengthening the family. It is particularly evident that the influence of older generation in the education of children is always visible. Parents, grandfathers and grandchildren do not only educate younger generation, but also devote themselves to maintaining family education traditions, continuity and continuity of generations. We believe that the idea of "Healthy Mother - Healthy Society" will be similar to the idea that the idea of the head of the state, "Healthy mother - healthy child," became a nationwide movement. The government has all necessary conditions for the protection, support and further development of the institution of the family and education of harmoniously developed generation.
In our ancient land, family has been considered as the highest value for

centuries. Bhutan's Eastern philosophy has always magnified it and brought it to the highest. Therefore, today's family is the foundation of civil society that ensures the survival of our generation, and the path to the great future, which our country confidently takes, starts from the family, which is the source of our education for our children who are to live happier than we are. In the words of the President, "... the strengthening of the family, which is the spiritual fortress that ensures the continuity of the generations, is not only our main duty, but our human duty."
The family is considered to be the basic unit of society and protected by society and the state. Marriage is established in the family only with the free and full consent of both parties. The abolition of marriage is also achieved by the will of both parties. Article 63 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan stipulates that "the family is the basic unit of society and has the right to the protection of society and the State".
In conclusion, it can be said that the family is a blessing. Each member of the family is part of the family and constitutes a part of it. Every child has their own ideas, ideas, dreams and expectations. Parents should respect and respect this personality. Everyone is like a world, a world. When a family has the capacity for a family to be strong, it is important to support it, to be guided by it, and to be in agreement with the child.
