The ethical and aesthetic culture that manifests the human personality, such as moral and ethical purity, faith, reasonableness, dignity, honor, kindness, respect for the elderly, which plays an important role in the spirituality and perfection of society. The formation of ethical and aesthetic culture in the younger generation depends on the following factors: the content of the educational process, ethical and aesthetic content in the system of social and family life, family, neighborhood, general secondary, secondary special, professional and higher education system, the ideological orientation and effectiveness of the education system, mass media.

Among the factors that shape the ethical and aesthetic culture, the family is of particular importance. At the same time, family is the most important part of civil society, state. Because the formation of a healthy, well-educated, ethically and aesthetically mature generation in the society is directly influenced by the social and spiritual environment in the family. Spiritually mature, physically healthy children, who are the foundation of civil society, are in the family environment. Respect for national traditions and customs in the minds and hearts of human beings, the formation of a belief in moral values, humanity, diligence, ethics, patriotism, kindness, honesty and reverence, first of all, directly affects family education associated event. In the family, parents are moral examples of their children, and ethical values develop in the process of teaching ethical and aesthetic concepts. The role of family members in the upbringing of children is important. "Family building is not just a personal relationship between two people, but one of the most important tasks that defines the essentials of society." For a

full-fledged and well-functioning family, one of the most important societal institutions of society, it is essential to cultivate a culture of coexistence and relationship building between husband and wife, parents and children. Human beings enjoy family affection and respect, and consider their family to be their guardian. Respect for parents who are born in a family, deep understanding of their duty to life is the basis of the human personality and family relationship, the spiritual world of the family.

According to research, 70% of the information they receive during their lifetime ranged from 5 years. The baby's consciousness is mainly related to this process, which occurs at the age of 5-7 years. It is in this period that the first buds of spirituality appear in the heart and mind of the child. She also learns how to behave, dress, and communicate with people around her. He begins to grasp the notion of good and bad in the community, and in his unconscious worldview, he brings in particular theories about the environment and society. The ability to behave in different situations and to express their opinions freely occurs. A child's attitudes toward peer-to-peer emotions, and thus the desire for or acquiring a role in society, are also influenced by the educational environment in the family. This period requires considerable family responsibilities from family members (parents). Parents will have a modest attitude in their behavior by being an example of their moral qualities and being able to follow their example. Being child-loving, generous, polite, or selfish, beneficial, and upbringing depends on the way parents take care of the family. In fact, it does not matter that our people are saying, "What does he do in a bird's house?" It is important that in family relationships such as discipline, patience, love and harmony with our national values and ethical values are essential to the well-being of a believer.

There are unique traditions and principles in the Oriental family, which have passed from generation to generation, from generation to generation, in family relations, in general the formation of morals and morals and moral and aesthetic culture in children's education. In the Ethics and the Ethics of the Thinkers, the upbringing of children in the family is one of the priorities. From the works of the great thinkers it is known that at any given time, the upbringing of a child in the family and in the society was particularly relevant.

As a human being grows up in a family, good habits and bad habits are also formed in this place. Therefore, it is our primary responsibility to avoid mistakes in the family education, to feel the responsibility of this holy community, to strengthen human relationships based on mutual respect, kindness, and morals in every home. Because of the strength of the family, society's solidarity is ensured. Therefore, in the formation of a moral and aesthetic culture in the family, the following factors should be stimulated in the educational process:

- Formation of a socially - morally healthy environment in the family;

- Strengthening family discipline;

- the formation of human qualities, such as moral and ethical purity, faith, conscience, piety, patience, honor, kindness, respect for the elderly;

- professional orientation through the development of honesty and hard

work;

- embodying the idea of loving Motherland towards the family, bringing up the sense of respect for national heritage, its values, historical monuments, formation of national pride and patriotism;

- ensuring the continuity of cooperation with the mahalla and educational institutions during the family education process, etc.

Our children have a direct bearing on the well-being of our nation, healthy beliefs, trust in tomorrow, loyalty to our national identity, values, firm beliefs, healthy thinking, prestige, responsibility before the family and family.

A loving, patient, ethically-esteemed family grows up to be a generous, energetic person for the children, society and country. After all, the main goal of the reforms being implemented in our country is to bring up physically and spiritually mature, morally mature individuals, to educate and upbringing those who are independent, healthy, strong faith and civil position in every field.

Today's vigor is based on the relationship of people with a deeper spiritual and high culture than ever before. Therefore, a person must have a broad sense of thought, moral and aesthetic culture regardless of which area he represents in society. In a moral and aesthetic sense, together with national pride, patriotism and sentimentality, the passion for national self-consciousness, the spiritual and cultural world of society will be strong.

Establishing ethical and aesthetic education firstly in family and then in all spheres, thus providing the youth with a high level of education, ethical values and human emotions, is a programmatic work in our responsible task of upbringing harmoniously developed generation.
