Today, wide opportunities for youth in our country play a great role in their future and in the future of our country. Therefore, the further improvement of working mechanisms with unmarried youths, deeper penetration into their hearts will remain a daunting task for us.

As a result, the negative effects of the future of their nation on the emerging globalization of humanity have a bearing on their spirituality. During the years of independence, the law and the norms of law that are of great importance in the process of democratization of all spheres of life, the modernization of the country, liberalization of economic and political spheres have been adopted and a completely new concept of reforming the judicial system has been created in our country. The great changes taking place in our country can be seen even in the fact that our city Kokand has been miraculously beautified over the last 5 years. The upheavals in our country are valued by many prominent international organizations. In our republic the adopted laws and regulations, adopted measures, first of all, are aimed at bringing up a healthy and harmoniously developed generation, and to form a national idea embodied in universal values. On February 6, 2014, the Youth Policy Act of Uzbekistan was revised and adopted PQ-2124, which outlines a program of measures that will serve as a comprehensively developed youth. On August 12, 2013, the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan considered the draft Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the prevention of juvenile delinquency and abuse", which was approved by the Senate of Oliy Majlis in September. In addition, according to the proposals made by the Ministry of Internal Affairs to introduce amendments and additions to certain articles of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Administrative Responsibility, Article 188-2 of this Code was introduced. After these changes, special raids and regular raids are being conducted in order to prevent teenage and teenage youths from watching pornographic films inappropriate in internet cafes, nightclubs and videos that are not in line with our national identity and mentality at night. On September 14, 2016 the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Youth Style" was adopted. All the changes in the development of this country during the era of globalization to educate young people who are capable of decisive strength, support, and support to achieve this goal. The head of our state said: "We will continue to consistently pursue the state policy on youth. Not only will we continue this policy, but we will lift this policy to our highest priority as it is today. We mobilize all our strengths and capacities in our state and in the society so that our young people have an independent, intellectual, and spiritual potential and grow up to be world-class people with no equal in their own age. "[1] In his words, the essence and significance of the state policy aimed at educating the younger generation has been reflected in our country. But today it is desirable to concentrate on negative processes among young people. We should not forget that thousands of years ago, our ancestors were engaged not only in trade with the Great Silk Road, but also in the dissemination of culture and enlightenment, thus making a huge contribution to the world civilization. to their ancestors. Sadly, such incidents are happening in a society where Uzbekistan is guaranteed and protected by the rights of young people in Uzbekistan. Today, there are crimes that are not national and are not boundary. Such crimes are international terrorism and drug trafficking. It is not a secret that young people and adolescents are falling under the influence of individuals in religious extremist influences, wherever they are, they tend to have a sprout. The history of Islam, its philosophy, the Holy Koran, Hadith Sharifs, the minds of young people who do not know religious knowledge in general, can easily be disseminated and promoted by the "predictions" of some extremist scholars. However, in many cases, young people do not see these negative situations, leading them to ignorance, allowing indifference and indifference. In the same way, the "mass culture" coming from the west brings with it the propaganda materials that promote youths, national values and traditions, which are incompatible with immoral, violent, and ignorant. As a result, young people who are in "mass culture" become unkind, inadequate, indifferent and ignorant to teachers and students, parents, the elderly and the disabled, and the poor. It is a pity that such a foolish age does not only affect itself, but also all of us, and ultimately, to the society. "Nowadays, modern morals, human life, family holiness, and upbringing of young people are often regarded as degrading cultural values and vice versa, regarded as an obsession with their original moral values, and how many are struggling against this kind of attacks, "[2] It is important to understand the meaning of the verse. A wide-ranging discussion is under way with the public on the basis of the concept of "family-neighborhood and education institution partnership" in order to prevent this inevitability and call for awareness. We must be aware of such situations as the First President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov said, "It is obvious to all of us that where neglect and indifference are to be found, the most pressing issues will be left to the point where spirituality becomes the weakest and weakest spot. And vice versa - where the vigilance and the vigilance, the superior intellect are perceptions and thoughts, spirituality becomes a powerful force there. "[3] Currently, the illicit trafficking of drugs is global, and as a tragedy of our drug trafficking, it is spreading rapidly throughout the world, including Uzbekistan. This disaster, which is socially hazardous and has serious consequences for humanity, is in the center of the international community's concern. However, it is important to understand that nowadays our state cares for young people and that our people have a deep sense of responsibility and that they should act accordingly, and the main role of every trainer and teacher working at each stage of education.
