The basis, development, and development of any country depends on the outlook, potential, spirituality and ideological education of young people. Education in all respects is divided into two major areas. The first is education. This field covers the issues of forming an independent civil position, ideological-ideological education of young people through educational, educational work in the kindergarten, school, college or lyceum, university, postgraduate education. The second area includes cultural and educational establishments within state and non-governmental institutions, such as clubs, cultural palaces, libraries, enlightenment and recreation areas.
The mechanism of working with organized youth is much easier. Because, in some ways, they can be inspected, controlled, and ordered. Working with unmarried youth involves more complexities. Particular attention should be paid to activities and propaganda methods in working with unmarried youth. These activities include educational lessons with young people, various state and public figures, scholars, poets, artists, labor veterans, meetings with foreign colleagues, cultural and entertainment venues, historic sites, cinemas, museums, tastes visits to cultural homes, exhibitions of science and technology achievements, rafting, TV shows, newspapers and magazines, as well as various cultural and educational institutions cover.
Our country is rightly called "the country of youth". It is not accidental. Because today more than 60% of the population of our country are young people. Youth is an invaluable resource with creative potential, a huge force that forms the basis of the future of the country. However, for the first time in the history of the country to become a decisive force for the destiny and future of the country, it is necessary to provide them with social, spiritual and material support, fully realize

their rights and obligations, and create favorable conditions for the society.
At present, modernization and renewal of all spheres in the country is ongoing at a new stage. Nevertheless, the number of young people in the youth life, especially unorganized, who are employed, unemployed, unwanted, adversely affected, work to create conditions and opportunities for unorganized youth to take their place in life, their job orientation, employment and incentives life itself confirms that it is not in demand. Shavkat Mirziyoev, the head of our dormitory, said in his speeches in Kamolot YEIU's fourth hearing on June 30, 2017: "There is a growing number of cases among young people, including religious extremist movements and terrorist groups. We must all worry about the fact that in 2016, there are about 1 million 740,000 offenses committed by youth, 23,000 - 440 offenses, and more than 8,000 divorces among young families. "
Everyone in our community is responsible for all. The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On raising the effectiveness of the state youth policy and supporting the activities of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan" was adopted in order to radically improve the activities in this area due to the lack of "Kamolot"
In line with the Decree, in order to consistently and efficiently support the youth state policy and radically reform the system of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of young people, the Youth Union of Uzbekistan was established on June 30 in our country as "Youth Day".
A number of suggestions made by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on support for young people testifies to the fact that the new organization, the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, is a reputable organization that is legally robust, able to timely respond to various problems and shortcomings in youth life. Responsible post of the Chairman of the Regional Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan is the Youth Policy Advisor of the Regional Khokim in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 5 July, 2017, "Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan" On increasing the effectiveness of state youth policy and supporting the activities of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan " in the status of the first deputy.
Further improvement of mechanisms for working with unmarried youth can be the basis for new achievements in this area. For this purpose, the following tasks can be used to work with unorganized youth in mahallas, art palaces and cultural houses:
• Creating free circles (on subjects, including foreign languages);
• Educating girls in a voluntary way and presenting lessons that they need in their future lives;
• Providing psychological counseling and guidance to unmarried youth in solving personal problems;
• Conducting round-table discussions with intellectuals, sports masters and progressive youth;
• Carrying out preventive work with the help of Internal Affairs officers in order to prevent infringements among youth;

• Conducting large-scale events dedicated to seasonal holidays, sports competitions and great ancestors;
• Conducting practical trainings with participation of business representatives, farmers, enterprises and organizations involved with the participation of advanced entrepreneurs in the region. Providing employment opportunities for unorganized youth through this process;
• Conducting various competitions and reading parties with the participation of young people to increase their interest in the book. Conducting interesting conversations with well-known poets and writers in the Republic and the region.
Today, wide opportunities for youth in our country play a great role in their future and in the future of our country. Therefore, the further improvement of working mechanisms with unmarried youths, deeper penetration into their hearts will remain a daunting task for us.

The world, people and values lose their dignity, separates from kinship, national culture, and their history. As a result, the negative effects of the future of their nation on the emerging globalization of humanity have a bearing on their spirituality. During the years of independence, the law and the norms of law that are of great importance in the process of democratization of all spheres of life, the modernization of the country, liberalization of economic and political spheres have been adopted and a completely new concept of reforming the judicial system has been created in our country. The great changes taking place in our country can be seen even in the fact that our city Kokand has been miraculously beautified over the last 5 years. The upheavals in our country are valued by many prominent international organizations. In our republic the adopted laws and regulations, adopted measures, first of all, are aimed at bringing up a healthy and harmoniously developed generation, and to form a national idea embodied in universal values.
