Annotation: In the article highlights about internet and importance of society life and it's effect to the youth education.

In the 21st century information technology has become an integral part of our lives. At all stages of our lives, we can encounter computers today: at work, in stores, in internet cafes, and even in every family. As time went on, our ancestors fell behind when they wanted a computer, and today they have become a simple thing to buy a computer and buy a television. With the help of computer, you can do a lot of things, especially on the Internet. The Internet system is an information system that combines local (local) computer networks and consists of a virtual collection with a separate information field. The Internet will provide the ability to exchange information between all connected computers. Uzbekistan has been connected to the Internet in 1996, and today the number of Internet users in Uzbekistan exceeds 9 million. Internet is a very cheap and convenient source of information. With the help of mobile devices, the network can also be overloaded.
Internet is a product of development. "At the same time, the fact of life shows that any developmental product can be used for two purposes - good and evil. If we look at the history of humanity and its development, we see that there has always been a struggle between good ideas and teachings that call for human perfection, high goals, and the struggle between evil and harmful ideas, and this struggle continues today. "The positive side of the Internet is that it can help you find the information you want in a few seconds, and often communicate with family members and friends from abroad, which saves both time and money. But it should be borne in mind that nowadays there is an unprecedented virtual threat, such as the negative impact of the Internet on the Internet. It is well known that the Internet is mainly used by young people.
According to the Association for the Research of Communication Media, adolescents overcomed adults in 2004. According to data, more than 10% of Internet users are infected with Internet. behavioral attitudes. Internet-basedity is a matter of gaining access to the global network and not being able to get out of it. As we have seen, Internet cafes are always busy with young people, either in games or in social networks, such as odnoklassniki.ru, facebook.com, twitter.som, vkontakte.ru, and instagram. "There are also some young people who do not have phone calls, and most of them are busy with these things. Modern-day young people understand the Internet as a means to communicate on different social networks, play music, movies, and various entertaining games. Unfortunately, such cases can have various negative consequences.

Belorussian expert Evgeniy Morozov's book, The Net Delusion, says social networks are bringing up the descendants of the ruthless and perverse generation. Indeed, the situation of young people who are out of the ordinary "Odnoklassniki", who cannot say anything else in social networks, are unhappy. Most of them complain about the complexity and tension of life.
Suzanne Greenfield, a professor at the Oxford University, published in The Daily Mail, also notes that negative changes in human psychology are also linked to social networks. It turns out that very simple virtual conversations have created a mental disorder in man. That is, man will not be able to adapt to the changing social environment. The loss of confidence in the future, poor assessment of the situation, despair, aggressive behavior, intolerance, weakening of social activity are as follows.

The fact is that most young people think the virtual universe is real and begin to adapt to real-life. But today it is important not only to investigate its negative consequences, but also to identify the factors causing its negative consequences and to find ways and tools for counteracting and overcoming them, learning the positive side, and applying the culture of using the internet properly.
It is worth noting, "Today, our young people are getting more and more information and information not only at the educational institutions, but also through radio, television, the press, and the Internet. In such an increasingly expanded world of information space, educating and educating our children's minds as one-sided education, surrounding them with a steel wall, undoubtedly, to the demands of time and to our noble goals. As you can see, using the Internet is a personal right of every person.
One of the main tools for protecting the Internet from negative mental and emotional impacts is the importance of building a strong, personal immunity to the different segments of the population, especially in the minds of young people, so that the upcoming generation should be educated so that when they enter the information space, the necessary and useful information. In this regard, it is necessary to control them regularly in the family and in the educational institutions, and, if necessary, teach young people the culture of using the internet properly. Not only young people, but also parents need to increase their internet literacy. Because, in some studies, parents have been unaware of Internet access to young people.
In summary, there is a possibility that the flow of incoming information through the Internet can be exploited in the interests of human interests and in pursuit of its goals in the fight against spiritual threats. More effective use depends on the human's intellectual capacity, the spiritual world, beliefs, and strength. In today's global conditions, the possibilities of contemporary technological means are increasingly expedient to use them consciously and purposefully, for the sake of

national education, enlightenment, and patriotism. So young people use the internet for useful purposes, not just for communication or leisure time to be the original children who live as my country.

At the beginning of the XXI century in education there is a clear trend away from the traditional forms of foreign language classes in favor of active and interactive methods involving the use of information technologies. However, for the active implementation of computer technology is necessary and new thinking, which should be brought up and formed through the use of information technology not only for the assessment of knowledge, but also in the process of building classes.
The undoubted advantages of information technologies in teaching a foreign language is the fact that they contribute to the creation of a favorable psychological climate and make classes interactive. With the help of a computer, you can translate, use grammar and spelling checker. In addition, the principle of clarity of learning is implemented, which allows you to turn the lesson into a completely new type of interactive interaction - a virtual journey.
Lesson-journey with the use of information technology - is an activity for which the script is already written in advance. The teacher, using electronic presentations, audio and video materials, ensures the correct "deployment" of this scenario, while students feel complete freedom, as it seems that the course of the lesson depends entirely on them and their decisions (for example, the choice of the country for travel, meals, etc.). The students are to correctly fill in the missing slots of the script during the deployment classes; in doing so, they receive both:
