DIGITAL PAYMENT SYSTEM OF TURKMENISTAN: ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY AND SECURITY

Entrusting the development of a new state program called "Digital Turkmenistan" to the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan was an important step in this direction. The program aims to provide additional development of the information and communication technologies system in the country's economy, GDP, and eliminate the differences between provinces, cities and villages in terms of digital communication. The development of any country is primarily determined by the level of development of its scientific and educational system. Therefore, implementation of the modern results of science and effective use of modern technologies among the society is one of the important tasks. Great work is being done to introduce the new achievements of science into production. It is necessary to emphasize the development of the digital banking system.
It is important to accelerate the transition of the economy to the digital system in the country. As it is known from the world experience, our national leader, who states that information technology plays an important role in the development of the state, emphasizes the need to teach the digital system in general and to improve educational programs in this field. In this regard, the pace of work on the introduction of this system and innovative information and communication technology is increasing in Turkmenistan, highly educated specialists in the information and technology system are being trained. A special program has been prepared to increase the literacy of employees on the digital system. Relevant courses in this field are already successfully held in professional development centers of higher educational institutions and training centers. Determining the transition of government institutions to the digital system as an important task, our leader emphasized the need to transition to electronic services in various sectors. In order to carry out these tasks, the Internet websites of the ministries and departments are being prepared and the existing ones are being improved. They also provide online services. Thanks to the efforts of the Turkmen leader to develop information and communication technology in the country, it was possible to purchase goods through the national card payment system by banking institutions. Thus, the country has the opportunity to purchase various types of goods through this system. It is possible to purchase airplanes through the special website of the "Turkmenhovoyalary" agency. "Rysgal" joint-stock commercial bank is also active in introducing a new system in the country. He developed a payment system using optical codes - QR codes. Thus, citizens can pay for any goods and services through mobile phones. Such advancements have increased the importance of mobile phones. It provides convenience in conducting banking transactions and other payment related activities. This system is currently widely used in Asian countries such as China, Japan, and India.
They introduce the most modern technologies in production. This also conditions the improvement of the standard of living of citizens. A number of private enterprises and economic societies, together with government agencies and non-governmental organizations, are developing mobile technologies that enable payment for various services. Their availability and ease of use are their advantages. The businessmen of the country use the positive experiences of foreign countries and actively introduce modern technologies into life. These are the methods that are widely used and proven effective all over the world. References:

В данной статье рассматривается научное обоснование социального предпринимательства как эффективного инструмента для решения глобальных проблем современного мира. Авторы анализируют понятие социального предпринимательства, его основные принципы, а также успешные примеры реализации подобных проектов. Особое внимание уделяется возможностям бизнеса в контексте устойчивого развития и решения таких глобальных проблем, как бедность, экология и социальная несправедливость.
