One of the next aims of foreign language teaching is to develop the ability to understand the culture of other cultures.
Until then, the foreign language was dominated by the educational needs of the pupils who viewed the spirituality and personality of the students. Later, these requirements were focused on more pragmatic learning objectives. After the educational reforms, communication skills in foreign language classes, ie communicative competence and equality in communication, have become the leading learning objectives. Communicative ability has become an integral part of the process of student personality development; it includes the ability of a person to learn a foreign language and his ability to socialize.
Teaching and coaching the teaching of foreign languages plays an important role in shaping the outlook of the younger generation, protecting them from the negative effects of various ideas and popular culture, and promoting the potential, abilities and capacity of learners. According to the words of the great Eastern thinker Abu Nasr Farabi, knowledge, enlightenment should be adorned with good morals.

During the years of independence, Uzbekistan was recognized as the fastest-growing nation in the world, with its bright history relying on its rich history. It is crucial that consistent reforms, implemented in our country under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev achieving new heights of development, development of modernity, ensuring the interests of our people.
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on February 7, 2017 "On the Strategy for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was welcomed by our people. It is clear that the great pavements envisaged by the country's conquest in the next five years, and the mechanisms of improving the living standards of our people.
The Decree of the Head of the State "On the Strategy for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" became a great event in the life of

our country. Every document mentioned in this document, which sets out the essential priorities and precise objectives of further deepening democratic reforms and accelerating the development of the country, is closely linked with the life of every person who is living in this land and who is firmly convinced of the future. It is worth noting that the strategy of action includes the meetings with the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev with representatives of the public, business circles, state bodies, conceptual issues of socio-political, socio-economic, cultural and humanitarian development of our country.
The aim of the strategy is to radically increase the effectiveness of the ongoing reforms, create conditions for the full and dynamic development of the state and society, modernize the country and liberalize all spheres of life.
There are five priorities for the country's development. These include the improvement of the state and public construction, the rule of law, further reform of the judicial system, further development and liberalization of the economy, the development of the social sphere, security, inter-ethnic harmony and religious tolerance. is to pursue foreign policy in a beneficial and practical way.
The strategy of action focuses on the development of social sphere in our country. Improving employment of the population, social protection of citizens and their health, development and modernization of road, engineering-communication and social infrastructure, improvement of supply of electricity to the remote areas of the country, social and political improving the prestige of life, ensuring the accessibility of preschool educational institutions, the qualitative enrichment of general secondary education, secondary special and higher education.
The national development strategy plays an important role in Uzbekistan's development strategy.
The fate of radical changes in Uzbekistan depends on the activity of every citizen. For this purpose, first of all, it is necessary to embody the essence of the national idea in the minds of young people.
The national idea, based on spirituality, has a positive impact on the spiritual and spiritual life besides getting life and nutrition. It also carries out the task of raising national idea values, eliminating them in the minds and hearts of people, eliminating the aspects of independence and prospects. Evaluating the countless events, values, and blessings in spiritual life from the point of view of the people's interests and beliefs are measured by the criteria of national ideology.
Loyalty to the national idea is reflected in the desire to contribute to the development of high patriotism, independence and prosperity of the Motherland. Everyone in the world has a great deal of hospitality, but it has different character in every nation.
The main purpose of introducing the national idea to the youth consciousness is to pay serious attention to the education of young people as believers, true patriots, education of the full responsibility for ensuring the effectiveness of reforms.

There is a solid foundation for continually evolving the idea of the national idea, to represent the future strategic issues, to interpret all layers in society as a unique, dynamic, changing strategic strategy.
It is important to pay attention to the three main stages of national ideology implementing the main goal of inculcating the youth.
First of all, independence is national and progressive. The issue being considered is primarily aimed at strengthening the full independence of the country on the basis of its ethical and moral foundations.
Secondly, such concepts as national mentality, such as national consciousness, national consciousness, national pride, national pride, and national heritage, should be of prioritized importance, in particular in mentality, including national idea.
Third, national ideology is the ideology of development. It is important to focus on continuously renewing the life of society, and dialectical relationships among the above-mentioned concepts. In our opinion, it is a specific criterion for the extent to which these concepts are shaped and that the result of the dialectical relationship between them has been inculcated in the national idea.
The role of the national idea in the world of thought is immeasurable. Because it has its own place in the world of thought. That is, the idea of a national idea affects young people, in which they have the concepts of national pride, national pride. Pride in our rich spiritual heritage is the key to shaping national pride and national pride. For this purpose, it is necessary to pay serious attention to the dialectical link between the socio-humanitarian sciences in the educational process.
If we pay attention to all the socio-humanitarian sciences in the higher and secondary special education, they will explore, study, or illuminate certain aspects of the national idea, which have a complex character. The socio-economic, political, legal, moral and enlightening factors in the discourse are now conditioned.
Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the essence of such concepts as national pride, national pride, national self-consciousness, as well as socio-philosophical analysis of each of the studied socio-human sciences, along with their main problems.
A person who has an idea of national identity must first of all have a broad intellectual and intellectual potential. This is because the subject needs to have a high level of finger so that the subject can have an active effect on the subject. Otherwise, the subject cannot be perceived in a comprehensive and comprehensive way.
