TEACHING

Annotation: In this article describes of meaning education and teaching foreign language.

Key words: English language, teaching, education and upbringing.

At the present time, changes in society, the globalization process in the world have not missed a foreign language teaching methodology. Foreign-language teaching methods that have been started in foreign countries, which began in the 20th century, are now in our country.

Under conditions of the market economy, the demand for content is increasing. Sociological research shows that most of today's schoolchildren (7075% in the case of senior classes) have not been interested in reading. One of the reasons for this is the lack of communication between the teacher and the pupil during the lesson. Although a student who has a strong interest in a foreign language course knows grammar rules well, the ability to communicate (with a degree of skill) may be low.

Today, when we see Uzbek children, who are glorifying the whole world with their intelligence and energy, all this is the result of the education and upbringing of young people in our independent and prosperous Homeland it will not be wrong. Talking about education and upbringing reform, our country, which is developing in all respects, is implementing the third stage of reform in education. These reforms serve to educate our youngsters as individuals, who deeply realize their responsibility to society, the state, the family [1]. It is well-known that the words of education and teaching are always mentioned together, and they cannot be imagined.

They are complementary pedagogical processes that play a crucial role in the perfection of a person. The teaching and learning process is a complicated pedagogical process, requiring students to be trained and trained during each class

hour. Regardless of what science is, the subject should focus on the specific purpose, content and essence of the audience, as a person, as a full-fledged member of society.

At the same time, emphasizing the current attention to the teaching of foreign languages in the education system and the interest of learners to foreign languages, we can say that education and upbringing compliance with the law does not have a positive impact on the formation of a harmonious generation. The educational purpose of foreign language teaching is briefly described as follows: ideological and political education of students, the development of mental work skills and skills, as well as the increase of learners' awareness. The following methods and tools are appropriate in this regard. [2]

Orienting the students to the learning process using our national and spiritual heritage:

- Involving students in extracurricular activities, foreign language groups, and their adaptation to education and upbringing.

- Organization of various spiritual-enlightenment events, meetings in foreign languages, which are means of education.

- Teaching of Caterpillar languages for all types of education, including moral, mental, physical, aesthetic, ecological, economic, legal, ideological and political as well as to promote labor education.

- To use stimulating teaching methods in the learning process.

- To make a comprehensive use of foreign languages in teaching foreign languages in classroom teaching.

- To develop universal qualities of pupils the use of effective teaching methods and education, as well as new, modern and effective discovering higher methods, methods and tools, and applying them to the learning process - expanding educational, family and neighborhood partnerships in this process - introducing peer-learning among pupils and others.

It is well-known that one of the most important factors affecting human life is art literature. The use of artistic literature by a teacher in foreign language classes has a positive effect on the education and training of learners. It is desirable for the instructor to pay attention to the age characteristics of the students, the relevance of the subject, the time and place. Making stories, fairy tales, spells, riddles and abusive stories that have oral folk tales in the lesson not only increase the readiness of learners to master foreign languages but also listen to them, the ability to analyze speech, develop hearing skills, improve translation skills, and improve memory. The above tools also help the pupils to develop qualities such as love and loyalty to the Motherland, generosity, tolerance, respect for humanity, respect for parents, and justice.

The goal of a communicative approach is to enable students to communicate in intercultural situations. At the same time, the formation of the ability of students to compare cultures plays an important role. They should first of all learn to understand the unclear situations and phenomena in other cultures based on their

cultural norms. A comparison of cultures is not an assessment of "good" or "bad" (criteria), but understanding and understanding differences.

One of the next aims of foreign language teaching is to develop the ability to understand the culture of other cultures.

Until then, the foreign language was dominated by the educational needs of the pupils who viewed the spirituality and personality of the students. Later, these requirements were focused on more pragmatic learning objectives. After the educational reforms, communication skills in foreign language classes, ie communicative competence and equality in communication, have become the leading learning objectives. Communicative ability has become an integral part of the process of student personality development; it includes the ability of a person to learn a foreign language and his ability to socialize.

Teaching and coaching the teaching of foreign languages plays an important role in shaping the outlook of the younger generation, protecting them from the negative effects of various ideas and popular culture, and promoting the potential, abilities and capacity of learners. According to the words of the great Eastern thinker Abu Nasr Farabi, knowledge, enlightenment should be adorned with good morals.

Annotation: In this article highlights of development strategy of Uzbekistan, means of national idea and its importance in the life of society.

During the years of independence, Uzbekistan was recognized as the fastest-growing nation in the world, with its bright history relying on its rich history. It is crucial that consistent reforms, implemented in our country under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev achieving new heights of development, development of modernity, ensuring the interests of our people.

The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on February 7, 2017 "On the Strategy for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" was welcomed by our people. It is clear that the great pavements envisaged by the country's conquest in the next five years, and the mechanisms of improving the living standards of our people.

The Decree of the Head of the State "On the Strategy for the Further Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" became a great event in the life of
