The dynamics of the need for an electronic dictionary in applied linguistics is growing. The demand for the formation of certain concepts increases in them. This serves the correct use of word forms in the target language, especially in the process of learning foreign languages. Also, the article describes the process of dividing dictionaries into separate fields and converting them into an electronic dictionary.

INTRODUCTION

Although electronic dictionaries are very popular among users although, among scientists, the design of this lexicographic product. There is no single point of view, no single approach. Otherwise in other words, to create electronic dictionaries containing unique technical solutions stages are described in more detail, and in most cases it is known to build a dictionary not a theory, but implemented through an existing software shell. Attention It is important to note that vocabulary building requirements come before very important steps. In particular, the creation of any dictionary should begin with the analytical stage. This the real situation in the field of lexicographic products in a certain field and analyzing the necessary needs of users, creating a new vocabulary determining relevance and expediency, choosing its parameters covers the process of studying influencing factors. Factors affecting vocabulary parameters and the process of its creation there are lexicographic and external factors, in which the first factor if it is related to meeting the needs of dictionary users, the second factor to create a dictionary project based on real conditions requires.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

International scientific online conference Lexicographic factors are users, the nature of user activity, information needs of users, as well as information seeking and perception includes needs related to features. External factors resources, requirements of the parties providing these resources, public restrictions related to information media. At this point, it is worth mentioning the subject area of the dictionary being created social order to choose, level of subject competence of the compiler, access to materials, specific features of the chosen field are serious can affect. Analysis of the data obtained at the initial stage of vocabulary creation on the basis (that is, at the conceptual stage) of developing the general concept of the dictionary will be released. To determine the type and purpose of the dictionary, lexicographic materials descriptive principles, design functions, macro and microstructure, composition materials for (primary sources, printed lexicographic works, nomenclature codes, author's developments, etc.) selection works are carried out. Lexicographic parameters are universal in nature and depend on the type of dictionary have certain characteristics and their meanings that are not of a certain language characterized by its own characteristics. Lexicographic in dictionaries the number of parameters varies from one to several tens, and these changes not only with the target orientation of the dictionary, but also with its user orientation is also determined. Literature review

The most important problems of modern lexicography are related to: 1) selection of lexical units; 2) location of selected lexical units; 3) adjusting the record; 4) selection and arrangement of word meanings; 5) definition of meanings; 6) visual material. The problem of choosing lexical units. Selection of lexical units to add to dictionaries is one of the first problems facing the lexicographer. For this, the lexicographer considers the following: a) what type of lexical units are selected for inclusion; b) the number of these elements; c) what can be selected and what can be deleted in the dictionary; d) which form the dictionary should reflect, spoken or written, or both; e) whether the dictionary should contain obsolete units, technical terms, dialectics, colloquialisms, etc. The choice of different answer options from these ones depends on the type of dictionary, the purpose of the compilers (compiler), the future user of the dictionary, the size of the dictionary, the linguistic understanding of the dictionary compilers, and some other considerations. For example, Longman's Dictionary of Modern English (second ed. 1987), aims to provide advanced students and teachers of English with relevant information about the basic vocabulary of modern international English. Therefore, this dictionary contains about 56,000 words and phrases, including scientific and technical language, business and computer terms, literary words,

informal and idiomatic usage. It mainly covers the main varieties of American and British English. Every time lexicographers release a new edition of Longman's Dictionary of Modern English (fifth edition, 2009), their goal is always the same: what can they do to make the dictionary better for English? Inclusive units can be taken from other vocabularies or from reading material or speaking. For example, Britain in the New Oxford Dictionary of English national corpus is widely used. (A corpus is a collection of language data collected for linguistic analysis). Location of lexical units. There are two ways of presenting records in alphabetical order and cluster type, that is, the included units are divided into types based on one or another principle. For example, in synonym books, words are placed in synonym sets, and its main member acts as the head word of the entry. [2.]

DISCUSSION ABD RESULTS

English online dictionaries allow you to translate a word when there is an Internet connection. In most cases, they are free and constantly updated. These include Lingvo, Multitran, Cambridge Dictionaries, Urbanictionary, Google translate, Translator.

The online dictionary of Linguo has the widest coverage and is the leading one to date. In periodical publications and literature, you can see examples of how words are used. The downside is that the site is much slower. Multitran - if you don't know how to write a word, enter its sound version in the search field. The translator does the rest. He searches for the nearest words that exist in his memory, and with a high probability finds the right word. You can hear the transcription and audio of each word in Cambridge dictionaries. There are both versions-both British and American versions. Sound quality allows you to hear and remember words correctly. Urbandic-tionary is a dictionary of the English language. Here, interpretation and translation are created by regular users. This dictionary is useful when you need to interpret not only words but also entire phrases. All information here is in English only. [3.]

CONCLUSION

The electronic dictionary is gradually finding its place, replacing the printed past tense. Therefore, the development of optimal, universal electronic dictionaries in use is the most important task of modern computer lexicography. The same electronic lexicographic form allows you to combine the results of research aimed at creating different dictionaries in the near future. Computer search engine features include 1) structure and semantics of various language units; 2) cognitive aspect; 3) dynamic; 4) functional; 5) allows you to demonstrate the speech potential in the process of various

language units and other activities. At the same time, it takes into account the reader's interests and needs. Electronic dictionaries save time, improve learning efficiency, help you remember translations of words, allow you to work independently without the help of a teacher. [4.]
