Introduction
Modern Azerbaijani linguistics did not suddenly reach its current level of development. He has gone through a complicated and difficult path. In this field, our literary and cultural figures have rendered unparalleled services. Our talented artists, poets and translators, playwrights, literary critics, historians, publicists and pedagogues, teachers were engaged in linguistic research until professional linguists were born in Azerbaijan. The emergence of linguistics as a field of science mainly coincides with the 19th century, and its formation is related to the 20th century. When talking about this period and the beginning of the 20th century, A. Bakikhanov, M. Kazymbey, M. Akhundzade, M. Sh. Vazeh, S. Valibeyov, G. Garabeyov, G. Mirzazade, M. Mahmudbeyov, F. Kocherli, A. Shaig, We would specifically mention the names of C. Mammadguluzade and others. When we talk about our modern linguistics - its prominent and worthy representatives, we should show the representatives of our science up to today that can be divided (should be divided) into several generations. Let's say that when we show the services of professor Bekir Chobanzade in the creation and formation of Azerbaijani linguistics, academician M. Shiraliyevi, who grew up in the 30s and 40s of the 20th century, a corresponding member of Azerbaijan EA, prof. A. Demirchizadeni, prof. We cannot mention M. Huseynzaden, X. Khojayev, A. Taghizaden, I. Hasanov, D. Guliyev, T. Bagirov and others.
In the line of our linguists after the generation represented by M. Shiraliyev, A. Demirchizade, I. Efendiyev, M. Huseynzade, A. Orujov, S. Jafarov, A. Valiyev, A. Mahmudov, A. Abdullayev, N. Mammadov from the 40s and 50s , Z. Taghizadeh, and others. When talking about our linguists from the 60s and 70s, we should remember that talented and productive linguists worked in this period. Along with all this, we would like to talk about the life and work of Professor Mahira Nagi Gizi Huseynova, doctor of philological sciences, who started working in our modern era. M. Huseynova, an artistic wordsmith who is distinguished by his rich and deep thinking, distinguished by the variety of his lines, and who has invaluable services in the development of our linguistic science, has a comprehensive content. The valuable scientist's researches in different directions are distinguished in terms of modernity, comprehensiveness and at the same time relevance. Also, as one of the talented promoters of Azerbaijani literature, his speeches on radio and television, his reports at various conferences and meetings are distinguished by their modern content. When we get to know more about the life path of a prolific scientist, who was distinguished for his hard work along with his great talent, we become a living witness of his growth as a poet. In the scientist's scientific heritage, in his literary-artistic and linguistic creations, issues related to the scientific-practical problems of our language are consistent and constant, and his scientific activity is a clear example of a talented and rich research culture in general. The author succeeded by summarizing his rich experience, deep judgments and conclusions by skillfully penetrating the important aspects of language, style, genre and poetics. Linguist-scientist, talented educator, doctor of philological sciences, professor M. Huseynova devotes all her strength and skills to the development of linguistic science. The scientific creativity of the world-famous Azerbaijani linguist-scientist is rich, multifaceted, valuable, and quite broad and comprehensive in terms of the subject area. He started scientific research and research from a young age. In the first years of his creative activity, our valuable scientist showed a tendency towards two scientific directions - theoretical-philological and pedagogical-methodical fields. He was able to come to certain conclusions by thinking about the most important issues of educational problems, and put his ideas into the form of scientific articles. Professor M. Huseynova has published more than 58 large-volume books, monographs, textbooks, teaching aids, and up to 500 scientific-methodical articles on numerous linguistic studies. Some of

these works were published in foreign countries, including Turkey and other countries. The works of M. Huseynova, who has deeply mastered our literary language and follows the norms of this language in all her writings and speeches, have a concrete idea, iron logic, and a true and correct main line. The ability to convey a serious scientific problem to the reader in an easy, simple, understandable, scientific language is highly developed in Mrs. Mahira. Writing a scientific work in this style is not characteristic of every scientist. He is a scientist with multifaceted scientific creativity covering various fields of linguistics. Just as the outstanding scientist raised the glory of our motherland and our mother tongue, he also raised himself and conquered the pinnacle of perfection of science. He is a wide-ranging scientist who is capable of very rare faces of science. There is no field of linguistics that this productive and hardworking scientist does not penetrate. The range of scientific creativity of Professor M. Huseynova is quite deep and comprehensive. In his numerous works, he participated in the work of a whole scientific team, conducted research on the wide-ranging problems of Azerbaijani linguistics, and made valuable contributions to our philology. One of the main merits characterizing him as a linguist-philologist is that he touched on all areas of Azerbaijani linguistics and commented on his thoughts and opinions on the most pressing issues. The expressive power, structural and functional aspects of the Azerbaijani language, which has ancient and deep roots in the family of Turkic languages, found its bright embodiment in the scientist's multifaceted activity. Based on the facts of the written language, which has a history of nearly a thousand years, the evolution of our language, its consistent development on its ancient roots, has been taken as an object of research, and it has brought special clarity to the conclusion that our modern language was formed on a rich national foundation with irrefutable facts and logical judgments. It is worth mentioning that effective work has been done on the research of the scientific-theoretical basis of the names of settlements in the territory of Western Azerbaijan (present-day Armenia), distribution areas in different geographical areas, lexical-semantic features. He carried out a historical-etymological analysis of the names of villages that have become ruins in Darelayaz district. From the analysis of the scientist's work, it is known that his works dedicated to separate areas of Azerbaijani linguistics and controversial issues are clarified, the rules for more efficient and effective acquisition of linguistics by the younger generation, the means and methods of these rules are interpreted based on existing scientific principles. He is one of those scientists who devoted almost 40 years of his life to the training and education of the young generation, acquiring scientific knowledge and developing the science of linguistics. Mahira Huseynova was awarded various awards by the head of the country and the Ministry of Education for her services in the development of science and education.
Conclusion
There are countless people who love Mrs. Mahira's intellect, the depth of her scientific potential, her intelligence, the richness of her outlook, and at the same time, as a linguist, literary critic, poet, and master pedagogue. No matter how many ideas and thoughts are expressed about a person who knows the Azerbaijani language to its intricacies, has high logical thinking, and is deeply connected to his family roots, it is impossible to write down the scope of the work done. Congratulations to Mrs. Mahira, who lives the life that God has given her with dignity, on her birthday, wishing her good health and greater success in her scientific and pedagogical activities.!...
