10При выборе организационно-правовой формы следует остановить свой выбор на ИП, из-за следующих плюсов:
• не нужны уставный фонд, учредительная документация;
• можно работать без помещения,
• допустимо регистрироваться в ЕГРИП по ПМЖ;
• выбрав упрощенную систему бухучета и отчетности, легко обойтись без бухгалтера;
• можно работать с наличностью вне кассы;
• достаточно использование электронной системы бух учета.
Для осуществления предпринимательской деятельности в данной сфере лучше всего выбрать упрощенную систему налогообложения (доходы), которая заключается в оплате 15% от всех доходов. Такой выбор обусловлен высокой маржинальностью данного вида бизнеса, простотой ведения налоговой отчетности, точнее ее отсутствием.
Таким образом, рынок необычных и эксклюзивных подарков продолжает развиваться и обладает большой долей рынка, не смотря на высокую косвенную конкуренцию.

Much attention is paid to the development of the economy of our country and its regions, program measures for the targeted use of foreign investment. In particular, the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 5, 2017 "On measures to improve the obligations of the State Legislature and support further business development", PF-5177 dated September 5, 2017, "On the liberalization of monetary policy effective business, innovative ideas and technologies" by 2018, as well as other regulatory documents relating to this activity. It is important to assess the effectiveness of the effectiveness of investments in the modernization of production in the Republic of Uzbekistan for 20172021, the further expansion of the economic potential of the regions as a result of the implementation of an active investment policy and their export potential.
Attracting direct investment in various sectors of the global economy and their targeted use plays an important role in the real economy. In 2016, about 2 trillion. Direct investment in the US dollar compared with 2010 amounted to 30.1%. According to international statistics, foreign direct investment in the regions amounts to 31.3% of total investment in developing countries, 29.1% in European countries and 24.8% in North American countries [1].
Special attention is paid to the development of the economy of Uzbekistan and its regions, as well as the implementation of policy measures for the targeted use of foreign investment. This is an innovative aspect of business entrepreneurship, innovative, based on modern approaches, advanced technologies and management methods. When an active businessman speaks, we understand entrepreneurs who are able to produce competitive products and, most importantly, create new jobs, not only feed themselves and their families, but also benefit the whole society.
These entrepreneurs are an important factor in improving the investment climate in the regions of the country based on imports and the introduction of high technologies, technologies and equipment based on the latest science [3].
In our opinion, it will be possible to determine strategies and priorities for the sustainable development of the region through the creation and effective application of econometric models of optimal regulation of economic systems in the regions of the republic, the formation of integrated and innovative programs.
Indeed, the positive results of macroeconomic stability in achieving the achievements of the Republic of Uzbekistan, recognized by the international community, are the foundation. In particular, the steady growth of banking, insurance, leasing, consulting and other types of market services contributes to the development of the private sector and small business.
Investment policy itself cannot be a specific goal, just as a market economy is built. It should be based on the priorities of strengthening the country's independence, if the economy is one of the most promising and important areas of life - the agricultural sector, the fuel and energy complex and other key sectors that provide pharmaceutical and social development. According to experts, in the near future, the strategic objectives of the investment policy will be implemented in the conditions of the end of the privatization process and in a competitive environment, within the framework of which a serious struggle will be conducted against attracting investment between enterprises, networks and regions.
In our opinion, investments are one of the most important sources of economic growth, but they are not free from problems. It is important to focus on the implementation of investment policy, the choice of investment strategies, especially in the context of enterprises and equivalents, - materialized investments - improving the use of fixed assets and production capacity, increasing labor productivity and eliminating the costs of various losses and non-production.
The potential of foreign investment in the real sector of the country is still not fully exploited. The analysis shows that the following factors that hinder the effective use of available opportunities:
- insufficient knowledge and experience of foreign investment companies to enter the foreign market, low international market positions;
- In the process of investing, the stakeholders do not know enough about each other or that this information is not always reliable and so on.
To eliminate such problems and obstacles, it is advisable to implement the following system of measures:
- strengthening international awareness of the investment climate in the international arena, the investment opportunities of the leading sectors of the national economy, companies and organizations, as well as analysis, evaluation and approval;
- activization of ICT development, marketing services and foreign economic legislation in the field of information services in our country;
- creation of favorable conditions for opening branches of large foreign banks, representative offices of international companies and corporations;
- Improving joint infrastructure investments (roads, transport, communications).
Today, it is planned to expand and expand trade and economic, investment,
technological, financial and technical cooperation of Uzbekistan with foreign partners in 2018, the Year of Supporting Effective Business, Innovative Ideas and Technologies, which will contribute to a further increase in GDP. The head of the country and the fulfillment of the tasks set by the government, the basic principles of regulatory regulation of the social life of the country, to lay the foundation, create a favorable environment for business, attract investment in the regional economy, in the near future the socio-economic life of the country's population, living standard and life is an important source of improvement.
