With the economy's and society's rapid development, the construction industry has improved. Building materials account for a large proportion of the investment in the entire construction project, which has an important impact on the cost of the entire construction project. In recent years, as global environmental problems have become increasingly prominent, people's awareness of environmental protection has gradually increased, and the concept of green buildings has become popular. In order to achieve the goal of green buildings, various new green, and environmentally friendly building materials have emerged. Compared with traditional materials, new green non-metallic fiber will inevitably affect the cost management of construction projects. Therefore, this article analyzes the impact of new green non-metallic fibers on the cost management of construction projects and proposes corresponding solutions to address this issue. The purpose is to improve the management efficiency and quality of construction project costs, promote the application of green non-metallic fiber, and achieve sustainable development of the construction industry.

В последние годы, когда глобальные экологические проблемы становятся все более заметными, постепенно растет осведомленность людей об охране окружающей среды и концепция зеленых зданий становится популярной. Для достижения цели «зеленых» зданий появились различные новые «зеленые» и экологически чистые строительные материалы. Introduction

The construction industry has achieved unprecedented development with the rapid development of the global economy and society.
