ABSTRACT

This article provides information about teachers. It is argued that the teacher is the most honorable and great person in the church, and that it is necessary to demonstrate a personal quality that gives light to the heart in educating and nurturing young people. It was said that teachers are the most influential and prestigious profession in the church.

INTRODUCTION

The present and future of a society, its cultural-enlightenment and spiritual potential are determined by the level of development of the education system. The success of reforms in the education system depends in many ways on teachers and educators. In our country, the state creates all conditions for the upbringing of young people as well-rounded people, their development into highly spiritual, mature, educated, physically healthy. The future of our country is in the hands of young people. The worthy place and competitiveness of the country in the world community depends on the young people being educated today. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev said about the youth of Uzbekistan: It will remain the most important and decisive task. "There is a great philosophy behind his life. In our society, unorganized youth work hard with the children of families lost in the streets of crime and study their problems, if necessary, make a scientific analysis, make them members of our society and ensure their equality.

METODOLOGY

The fourth item of the fourth direction of the Action Strategy, developed on five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021, also provides for the improvement of youth policy. The adoption of relevant normative and legal acts in this regard and their implementation is bearing fruit. The launch of 5 important initiatives to raise the morale of young people and the meaningful organization of their leisure time is also yielding positive results.

We are glad that in recent years a completely new system of working with young people has been created in our country, the social activism of our sons and daughters, a growing sense of belonging to the motherland and the people, the worthy participation of our youth in the development of modern democratic Uzbekistan.

In his address to the Oliy Majlis, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. Miziyoyev said that "the teaching profession should be the most prestigious and prestigious profession in society." Indeed, the development of education is in fact one of the important steps towards the future of the nation. Educating teachers is key. We can hardly praise the noble work of these people, who have dedicated their lives to the education and upbringing of the younger generation, to their development in the spirit of national and universal values. By Master, there is a deep sense of reverence and infinite gratitude in the heart of every human being, as well as a sense of indebtedness that cannot be measured and fulfilled by any wealth.

The sacred book of Zoroastrianism, the Avesto, makes special mention of teachers. "Teachers are the key to all knowledge and skills," he said. "Good teachers are children with common sense, brave, wise and multi-lingual boys, boys who can protect the people from disasters, a bright future, a bright life." educates a generation that can see. He instills in the hearts of young people love for their religion, people and country. He teaches them to earn a living by honest work, and praises good teachers, saying, "Good teachers are people who are close to God." That is why we applaud teachers as "categories of people who, in towns and villages, teach spirituality throughout the country, who, because they follow the path of Osha, bring new rules into the home" [1, p.70].

At the same time, it is in this source that bad teachers are mentioned. "A bad teacher corrupts the minds of the younger generation, people in general, with his indifference, ignorance, illiteracy, lack of hard work to improve his profession, knowledge and skills. Faith weakens the faith and makes it spiritually impoverished. It leads to ignorance. Can't see people's creative work. It deprives the people of the most sacred traditions. The peoples of the world are ruining their lives with lies. Prosperity of the homeland, jealousy of those who create, deprives the people of the most sacred traditions. They know the ignorant great and turn the most honorable children away from the path of God. With their ignorance, they turn people away from the best qualities, and ruin the lives of the peoples of the world with lies "[2, P.67-73].

DISCUSSION

It is clear from such facts that even in ancient times our ancestors paid special attention to the importance of teachers in the education of children. Reflections on the upbringing of the younger generation, the duty and responsibility of teachers to society

have not lost their value. In today's era of globalization, it is expedient to bring up active and creative young people who can express themselves clearly and fluently, to introduce practical training courses to improve their leadership and moderation skills. For this, it is necessary for modern educators to have a deep knowledge of their specialty, to speak clearly and concisely in different foreign languages, to thoroughly master and effectively use modern pedagogical technologies in the teaching process, to constantly work on themselves. Only then will we be able to train strong, knowledgeable, spiritual and energetic specialists in line with modern requirements.

As the great thinker Yusuf Khas Hajib said, "Knowledge purifies a person. And knowledge elevates it. Man is glorified by his knowledge "[3, B.20]. "If you want your name to be remembered with respect among the people, if you want the constant pleasure of your family, give your children a good upbringing" [4, p.181]. The sages say, "The way to Paradise is to learn knowledge, to do honest work" [5, P.52].

RESULT

Every educator and specialist who draws the right conclusions from these teachings realizes that the combination of education and experience, skills and abilities, theory and practice will be a guarantee of success and an important factor of development, a solid foundation. We need to bring up our dear children to be patient, resilient and hardworking, without the inability of a person who has not worked and acted to reach spiritual maturity. Because the development and progress of our state can be developed only by hard-working, educated, skilled and educated people.

Thanks to the opportunities provided by independence, young people are becoming a decisive force in life. In our country, mutually beneficial relations with foreign countries and international organizations are developing day by day, and now we can speak several foreign languages fluently and at the same time express our views on the National Training Program and as the first joy of all our efforts in the field of education. when you see a new generation of professionals who can express themselves fluently, beautifully, clearly, succinctly in their native language, no doubt the feelings of pride and pride fill the heart of every well-meaning person. It serves to strengthen the sense of cohesion and involvement of young people in the destiny of the country.

All the good deeds we do today are done for the happiness of our children, for their bright future, but happiness is not only with wealth and possessions, but also with knowledge, intelligence, hard work, faith, the greatest of parents and the whole society. wealth. Therefore, it is the human duty of all of us to bring up young people in a healthy and harmonious way. They need to be taught to think healthy, independently and to do good deeds.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion, it should be noted that it is really necessary to teach young people science, enlightenment, spirituality, the history of our country. Burning as my people, my country, my homeland, my family, every person who lives in constant good deeds strives for greatness throughout his life, feels the crown of humanity with his whole body, and does great things without straying from the right path. After all, in the current context of globalization, only the people and society, which have their own opinion, their own vital position, become a truly invincible force and build their future with their own strength, knowledge, intelligence, high spirituality.
