One of the advantages of teaching modern education is that the teacher can achieve high performance in a certain time without losing excessive physical and mental strength. Implementation of this activity includes: organization of this activity, establishing cooperation between the teacher and the student, helping students acquire thorough knowledge and skills, achieving them to have their independent knowledge, analyzing, summarizing, drawing conclusions, evaluating, and so on. This article highlights the importance of using new pedagogical technologies in the courses of teaching the discipline “Field Economics and Management”.

THE ROLE OF MODERN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES IN TEACHING THE DISCIPLINE "FIELD ECONOMY AND

MANAGEMENT"

Abstract. One of the advantages of teaching modern education is that the teacher can achieve high performance in a certain time without losing excessive physical and mental strength. Implementation of this activity includes: organization of this activity, establishing cooperation between the teacher and the student, helping students acquire thorough knowledge and skills, achieving them to have their independent knowledge, analyzing, summarizing, drawing conclusions, evaluating, and so on. This article highlights the importance of using new pedagogical technologies in the courses of teaching the discipline "Field Economics and Management".

Tasks such as expanding the scope of introducing new pedagogical and information technologies into the educational process, implementing best practices in this direction, creating and implementing specific plans in this area for each subject, transfer of textbooks and training manuals and programs, and lecture texts to electronic diskettes and providing them to every student, achieving widespread introduction of modern pedagogical and information technologies in scientific and scientific-methodical work, as well as in the educational process, providing the education system with the necessary information tools at a sufficient level, connecting educational institutions to communication networks are essential.

"The effectiveness of the reforms being carried out in our country today depends, first of all, on the expansion of the ranks of highly moral, independent-thinking young personnel capable of taking responsibility for the fate and prospects of our country. "4

If we look at the 2nd stage of the "National Personnel Training Program", then it sets the task of introducing new pedagogical technologies in education and their rational use. This places great responsibility on all pedagogues.

Ensuring the full compliance of education with international standards and the development of new pedagogical technologies in the training of qualified personnel and the introduction of innovative activities serve to further improve the educational process.

Technology is derived from the Greek word "techne" - "skill, art"; "logos" means "doctrine". The word technology means a set of methods and methods used for the production of finished products in all types of enterprises, organizations and private firms. In the process of teaching, this concept is the interdependence of reading and teaching, the coordination of work to achieve the goal in the educational process, ensuring their sequence, all the necessary means that the work will be at the level of demand.

Pedagogical technologies are a project based on a set of social purpose-oriented methods, forms and associations of the pedagogical process. In addition, pedagogical technologies are considered to be one of the main elements of the organization of new construction and management of the pedagogical process.

Pedagogical technology is based on a new and, at the same time, systematic approach to the educational process, which has its own characteristics and features. This shows that it is an innovative approach to the educational process. In the organization of education, the teacher forms advanced methods and methods used in world pedagogy, technical tools, taking into account the personality, mental uniqueness, and intellectual capabilities of each student.

The word "pedagogical technology" is based on the concepts of "technology", "technological process". At the heart of such concepts is a technical document about the sequence of all work performed for the production of products in enterprises, and in education, a methodological complex of a pedagogue in science is understood. Today, one of the main ways to understand pedagogical technology is to focus on specific goals, to establish regular communication with the student, and to teach through the behavior of the student, which is considered the basis of pedagogical technology. This should form the basis of pedagogical technology and fully cover the educational process.

Pedagogical technology is the activity of influencing the learner according to a previously planned goal. Examples of new pedagogical technology methods include modular method, case study, problem method, interactive method, brainstorming method, cluster method, grouping method, and other similar methods. Pedagogical technology is a process that guarantees teaching a student to study independently, acquire knowledge, think, and work on himself.

The teacher's use of various pedagogical technologies during the lesson increases the quality of the lesson and the students' interest in the lesson.

As we know, expanding the scope of introduction of new pedagogical and information technologies into the educational process, implementing best

practices in this direction, creating and implementing specific plans in this area for each subject are the current educational is one of the important developing directions in the field of education. It is known that the educational process is mainly the transmission of information necessary for human life from generation to generation.

Economy covers every aspect of human life related to material, spiritual, physiological and other needs. A person needs food, clothing, housing and other means to live, build a family, raise the next generation, and provide the necessary lifestyle. These items, as a rule, are produced in enterprises in various sectors of the economy.

For all students majoring in Economics, learning their majors begins with learning to acquire specialized human resources and comprehensive organizational skills. In order to meet these requirements, it is important to have in-depth knowledge of "Field Economiy and Management".

The science of "Field economy and management" is a science that studies and reveals the socio-economic mechanisms of production of products and services necessary for the national economy and consumers. The subject of "Sectoral Economy and Management" is to follow the objective and subjective laws of development in specific production conditions, and at the same time, enterprises should work based on the rules, regulations and legal documents accepted at the state level, which have a direct and indirect effect on their work, and related to learning control styles.

The discipline "Field economy and management" teaches students the nature and types of all types of enterprises, their role and importance in the market economy, external and internal factors of enterprise resources and their rational use and ways of their analysis, as well as the results of all socioeconomic reforms in our republic. teaches. In particular, this science occupies a special place in the development of the industry, setting the perspective of the industry, choosing the goals and tasks of the formation of the management system, and evaluating the level. CONCLUSION

All the knowledge acquired by students is a great basis for training qualified personnel capable of carrying out their activities in various branches of all types of enterprises. Providing the population of our country with quality products and increasing the efficiency of enterprises is one of the most important tasks of the national economy. In order to fulfill this task, it is necessary to expand production, implement effective management, and acquire innovative and investment activities. It also depends on the effective use of financial resources, storage of raw materials, price formation, management organizational structure, management methods, and marketing decisions. As a result of the rapid development of the economy, it is possible to supply all branches of industry with raw materials, along with increasing the amount of products of all types of enterprises.
