THE ROLE OF MILITARY EDUCATION IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS AND THE MILITARY SPHERE

ABSTRACT
In recent years, our country has done some work in the field of training conscripts in military-technical specialties, the development of spiritually mature and physically healthy person, created favorable conditions for sports, including its technical and practical types. At the same time, the level of modern military equipment and armaments brought to equip the Armed Forces requires rapid and appropriate attention to the achievements of scientific and technological progress and the improvement of the system of pre-conscription training of young people. Measures are not being taken to educate the younger generation in the spirit of morality and military patriotism, to instill in them a sense of duty to protect the sovereignty and independence of the country.

INTRODUCTION
There are a number of shortcomings that hinder the development of technical and practical sports, in particular: there is no system of training, retraining and advanced training of specialists in these sports; there is no effective system of financial incentives and social support for sports personnel; Insufficient development of sports infrastructure and material and technical base for training of national teams and holding competitions; Effective measures are not taken to promote technical and practical sports among the population, especially among the younger generation. A number of decisions have been made to improve the activities of conscripts in military-technical specialties and the organization of quality training of citizens in mass technical professions, further development of technical and practical sports, education of the younger generation in the spiritual, moral and military-patriotic spirit.
METHODOLOGY
In the context of military reforms, the Armed Forces are gaining a new quality. Structural changes have been made in our army, and the military doctrine is focused on the direction of defense and its development on the basis of qualitative and intellectual priorities. In this regard, today every soldier of our Motherland is required to have a clear job, a high sense of patriotism, to perform his combat duty conscientiously and to

take personal responsibility. Maintaining a high level of combat readiness, improving combat skills, and strengthening discipline and discipline are the contributions of every soldier in ensuring the country's defense capabilities. High and responsible tasks before the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan can be fulfilled only by a healthy, physically strong and resilient, mentally formed, with high moral and combat qualities, ready to perform patriotic and civic duty in defense of the Motherland. The ability of a soldier to effectively apply his physical, mental and spiritual qualities in the military process in the military depends in many respects on the effectiveness of the training of pre-conscription and conscription-age adolescents.The main direction of pre-conscription training is to educate the growing generation in the spirit of physical, spiritual, moral, patriotic and state defense, as well as readiness for work. The main tasks of pre-conscription training of young people include basic military knowledge, physical training, study of the military history and symbols of their homeland, the formation of a warrior and a patriotic citizen.
DISCUSSION AND RESULT
The subject "Primary training of young people before conscription" is conducted in educational institutions in the form of theoretical, practical, control and field training (sessions). Trainings will be conducted:
- Fundamentals of military work; Shooting preparation;
- Basics of military service;
- General physical training;
- Civil protection;
- Basics of medical knowledge.
In order to strengthen the knowledge, skills and competencies acquired by the final year of teaching with the graduate students from CHQBT and to conduct control sessions as described in the sections of the program above, a three-day field trip will be conducted training sessions are held. We all know that our state, taking constant care to strengthen the country's defense capabilities and increase the strength of the armed forces, is taking all necessary measures to prepare our people, first of all, the youth to defend their homeland. Our Constitution defines the defense of the Motherland as one of the most important tasks of the state, and for this purpose, the armed forces have been established and general military service has been established. It states that the protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the duty of every citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan: Citizens are obliged to perform military or alternative service in the manner prescribed by law. Based on these requirements, one of the main tasks is to educate the younger generation to be ready to defend the Motherland. For this purpose, initial preparation has been set up before the call of the youth

The initial preparation of young people before the call is an integral part of the upbringing of the growing and forming young generation. He taught the student to form high ideological, political and moral qualities, to behave, to serve in the Armed Forces, to meet the necessary standards of physical and practical training in the defense of the country, the unity of the Motherland and other countries. includes a pedagogical impact on the mental, will, mental and physical development, an organizational goal-oriented and continuous process in order to fulfill the sacred duty of protection.
Comprehensive preparation of young people for the defense of the homeland is not limited to the initial preparation before the call.
This is a state affair and a responsible task of the entire pedagogical staff of the educational institution.Ideological-political, spiritual-spiritual and physical preparation of students for the defense of the Motherland is carried out by the whole system of educational work of the educational institution and, first of all, in the educational process.
CONCLUSION
Therefore, each teacher should skillfully and clearly explain the issues of international and domestic policy, the armed forces and the strengthening of the country's defense capabilities, show their historical significance to the army, military service and the military profession. to awaken love, to form the necessary spiritual and fighting qualities for the future defender of the Motherland. should mention elements of military knowledge where appropriate.
