A foreign language is an academic subject, which, by its specificity, namely, the creation of an artificial language environment for students due to the lack of a natural one, implies the most flexible and widespread use of various technical means of teaching. Therefore, it is not surprising that in the teaching of a foreign language new opportunities opened up by multimedia have found the most diverse use.

After gaining independence by the Republic of Uzbekistan, attention to improving the education process has increased. Fundamental changes have been made in the education system. Continuous education has been introduced in the country, educational institutions are equipped with the latest equipment, new teaching and information and communication technologies are used in the educational process, which contribute to improving the efficiency of the educational process, and through the introduction of the latest achievements of science implements the tasks of bringing up the creative, active, spiritually rich developed personality.

At the same time, a wave of information enters the social life of the republic with intensive speed. The rapid adoption of information, their analysis, processing, theoretical substantiation, the conclusion of conclusions, communicating to students is a pressing problem of the education system. In order to successfully solve these problems, it is necessary to introduce modern educational technologies in the educational process. The use of modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process requires, above all, to be aware of these technologies. In educational institutions of Uzbekistan - in academic lyceums, in colleges, in higher educational institutions - such technologies as modular educational technology, learning technology in collaboration, didactic game technology, problem learning technology are being used. In addition, the lessons of scientific discussion and the free exchange of views are widely applied.

Experience shows that the widespread use of information and communication technologies in the classroom in foreign languages increases their effectiveness. In the process of studying in the classroom of a foreign language grammatical phenomena, it is advisable to use computer technology (Internet),

open discussions, lessons, excursions, auction, press conference, competition, etc. The introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process serves as a positive solution to existing problems.

Of course, the method of projects requires the highest qualifications of the teacher, a creative approach to the school curriculum, the ability to aggregate knowledge in several subjects and, of course, organizational skills. The main components of the project method are schoolchildren's research work and the evaluation of this activity. Of all the tools of knowledge of multimedia in the best way possible to represent knowledge in various ways, including all modalities of perception. Working with multimedia tools, students have at their disposal the richest arsenal for the self-expression of the material being studied. Multimedia implements a more creative approach to the process of mastering and presenting knowledge. For example, with the help of students of our gymnasium, a whole multimedia library of multimedia presentations was created, mainly on regional geography, which we regularly use in our lessons. In addition to computer disc programs, to increase student motivation, many teachers use the Internet, which makes it possible to additionally "include" such an important element of education as an interest in the subject being studied. Formation of interest or motivation to study is one of the most difficult elements in the educational process. In this case, using the popularity of the Internet in the student environment, this can be done with quite simple means.

The technological approach to the design of educational activities is implemented in stages. Firstly, the general, leading goal of the pedagogical activity is determined; secondly, it identifies the direction of activity for a certain period of time based on the general goals of the process of pedagogical activity, and on the basis of its internal features, particular goals are determined; thirdly, theoretical knowledge, skills and practical skills of students are diagnosed. Recently, the Internet has been widely introduced into the educational process. Its use in teaching foreign languages has its own characteristics.

First of all, the Internet creates a natural language environment for foreign language learners. However, when organizing such classes, one should be aware of the didactic goals of the class and the features of the cognitive activity of students [1]. Using the information resources of the Internet, it is possible, by integrating them into the educational process, to more effectively solve a whole range of didactic tasks in an English class:

a) to form reading skills and abilities directly using materials from the network of varying degrees of difficulty;

b) improve listening skills on the basis of authentic Internet sound texts;

c) to improve the skills of monologue and dialogical utterance on the basis of the problematic discussion presented by the teacher of the materials of the network;

d) improve the skills of writing, individually or in writing, composing answers to partners, participating in the preparation of essays, essays. The combination of different types of work on the lesson with the use of information

technologies can solve the problem of developing students' motivation, implement a student-centered approach to teaching multi-level students, it is more rational to organize the entire educational process [2]. The use of the Internet in the educational process creates opportunities for independent search for information, listening to texts, enriching vocabulary wealth, etc.

In conclusion, it should be said that the use of innovative technologies in the process of teaching foreign languages helps students increase their vocabulary, their understanding of the association of words, and overcoming errors in the language of speech. Their use allows you to increase the amount of work done during the lesson by 2 times, improve the control of knowledge, and develop research skills. The use of computer technology in the learning process affects the growth of professional competence of the teacher, this contributes to a significant increase in the quality of education, which leads to the solution of the main task of educational policy.
