THE ROLE OF INFORMATION-COMMUNICATIONTECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION

Annotation: The ICT of learning is a closed cycle, the beginning of which is characterized by a certain state or level of preparation of the student to the perception of the teacher's activities and educational material, and the end-a new state of this preparation.

Key words: ICT, learning, teaching, pedagogical technology, education.

Systems such as school, secondary school, University, Lyceum, gymnasium, etc., in which the organizational process of interaction between the teacher and the educated, the teacher and students, i.e. objects and subjects, are called pedagogical systems. The process that implements the goals of education and training in such systems is called a pedagogical process. The educational process is synonymous with the pedagogical process. The relevance of the pedagogical process has increased. A holistic approach in the practice of teachers is manifested in the fact that they seek to provide a comprehensive solution to the problems of education and upbringing in each lesson and extracurricular activities.

Training is a purposeful, controlled process, during which the teacher presents knowledge, gives tasks, teaches methods and techniques of meaningful acquisition, consolidation and application of knowledge in practice, checks the quality of knowledge, skills and abilities. At the same time, he regularly takes care of the development of cognitive abilities of students.

The learning process is quite complex. It can be defined as the interaction of teachers and students, in which students with the help and under the guidance of the teacher are aware of the motives of their cognitive activity, master the system of scientific knowledge about the world around them.

The pedagogical categories "learning" and "learning process" are not identical concepts. The category of "learning" defines the phenomenon, while the concept of "learning process" is the development of learning in time and space, the successive change of stages of learning.

The learning process is a complex of two key categories: the student's activity (teaching) and the teacher's activity (teaching).

Teaching is a purposeful activity of the teacher to develop positive motives of teaching, organization of perception, understanding of the stated facts and

phenomena, providing the ability to use the received knowledge and the ability to acquire knowledge independently.

Teaching is a deliberate, conscious cognitive activity of the pupil, which consists in the perception and acquisition of scientific knowledge, the synthesis of the perceived facts in the consolidation and the application of acquired knowledge in practical activities set by the teacher or based on their own educational needs.

Currently, there is an intensive introduction of computer technologies in various areas of human activity, including education. Information and communication technologies are the basisto build the structure of a new educational environment. They have a huge opportunity to change the learning process, as they encourage active interaction between the teacher and the student during the lesson and after school. ICT is confidently gaining a place not only in the educational, but also in the educational, methodological and managerial process.

One of the priority directions of the process of informatization of modern society is the informatization of education.

Informatization of the educational process is a process aimed at optimal use of information support for training using a computer and it solves pedagogical problems. The possibilities of presenting information on a computer are so rich that they allow you to change and infinitely enrich the content of education. Thus, if you choose the right training technology, information technology creates the necessary level of quality, variety, differentiation and individualization of training. The main tasks of informatization of education are:

* improving the quality of training based on the use of modern information technologies in the educational process, the formation of skills to acquire knowledge independently, to carry out experimental research activities;

* use of active teaching methods and, as a result, increase the creative and intellectual potential of the components of educational activities;

* integration of various types of educational activities;

* ensuring continuity and continuity in training;

* improving the management mechanisms of the education system based on the use of automated data banks of scientific and pedagogical information, information and methodological materials, as well as communication networks;

* creation and use of computer testing, diagnostic methods for monitoring and evaluating the level of knowledge of students.

Integration of new ICT in the educational process is a necessary condition for the modernization of the education system. One of the main directions of forming a promising education system in our country, along with improving the quality of education, ensuring greater access to education for all groups of the population, increasing creativity in education, is to ensure the focus of training on new pedagogical technologies, primarily on modern ICT technologies. The creation and development of the information society (IS) involves the widespread use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education. Information technology is a set of knowledge about the ways and means of

working with information resources, and a way to collect, process and transmit information to obtain new information about the studied object[1].

Information technology training is a pedagogical technology that uses special methods, software and hardware (cinema, audio, video, computers) to work with information that meets the basic principles of pedagogical technology (pre-design, reproducibility, integrity, etc.), solves problems that have not been theoretically or practically solved before. In this case, the means of preparing and transmitting information is computer and information technology.

Information and communication technologies (ICTs) are "a wide range of digital technologies used to create, transmit and distribute information and services (computer equipment, software, telephone lines, cellular communications, e - mail, cellular and satellite technologies, wireless and cable networks, multimedia, and the Internet)" [2]. Computer technology is an aid in the learning process, since the transfer of information is not the transfer of knowledge. The world practice of development and use of information and communication technologies (ICT) demonstrates first of all a clear tendency to change the traditional forms of organization of the educational process in the conditions of the information society. At the same time, the content of education, the methods used in it, didactic approaches, technologies and styles are changing. Information technology allows you to raise the learning process to a quality level. From the above it follows that the active role of information technologies in education is that they not only serve as tools used to solve certain pedagogical tasks, but also stimulate the development of didactics and methods, contribute to the creation of new forms of education and training. A modern teacher should make full use of the opportunities offered by modern computer technologies in order to increase the effectiveness of teaching activities and modernize the educational process.
