This article focuses on my country's human resource management and analyzes the role of human resource management in the development of international integration, which has certain theoretical and practical significance.

Key words: international integration, human resources, management strategy

National guidelines and policies such as "rejuvenating the country through science and education," "improving the quality of laborers in an all-round way," and "innovative society" are actually talking about the development and management of human resources for a country and a nation. In an organization, only by seeking useful talents, rational use of talents, scientific management talents, effective development of talents, etc., can it promote the achievement of organizational goals and the realization of personal values, which all depend on the management of human resources. Modern management theory believes that the management of people is the core of modern enterprise management. The significance of modern human resource management to enterprises is at least reflected in the following aspects: [1]

First, it is conducive to promoting the smooth progress of production and operation. An enterprise has three major resources, namely human resources, material resources, and financial resources. The use of material and financial resources is achieved through the combination with human resources. Only by rationally organizing the labor force, and constantly coordinating the labor force, the labor force and the labor information The relationship with the labor object can make full use of the existing means of production and labor resources, so that they can maximize

Second, it is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of employees and improving labor productivity. Employees in an enterprise have thoughts, feelings, and dignity. This determines that enterprise human resource management must try to create a working environment suitable for their needs for employees, so that they are happy to work and can actively take the personal The labor potential and wisdom are brought into play to create more effective production and operation results for the enterprise. Therefore, companies must be good at handling the relationship between material rewards, behavioral incentives, and ideological education, so that employees always maintain a strong work enthusiasm, give full play to their expertise, study technology and study business, and continuously improve their work to achieve The purpose of improving labor productivity. Third, it is conducive to reducing labor consumption, improving economic efficiency and maintaining the value of enterprise assets. Economic benefit refers to the difference between what is gained and what is spent in carrying out economic activities. The process of reducing labor consumption is the process of improving economic efficiency. Therefore, rational organization of labor and scientific allocation of human resources can prompt enterprises to achieve maximum economic results with minimal labor consumption.

Fourth, it is conducive to the establishment of a modern enterprise system. The scientific enterprise management system is an important part of the modern enterprise system, and the management of human resources is the most important part of enterprise management. Only when an enterprise has first-class talents can it fully and effectively master and apply first-class modern technology and create first-class products. Without excellent managers and workers, the advanced equipment and technology of the enterprise will only be in vain. To improve the level of modern management of an enterprise, the most important thing is to improve the quality of its employees. It can be seen that focusing on and strengthening the development and utilization of corporate human resources, and doing a good job in employee training and education, is an indispensable link in realizing the transformation of corporate management from traditional management to scientific management and modern management.

Fifth, it is conducive to the establishment and strengthening of corporate culture. The corporate culture is the cohesive agent and catalyst for the development of the enterprise, and it has a guiding, cohesive and motivating role for employees. An excellent corporate culture can enhance the unity and friendship of corporate employees; reduce education and training expenses; reduce management costs and operational risks; and ultimately enable the company to obtain huge profits.
