He joined St. Paul's School in London in 1884. In 1890, he went to King's College, Cambridge wherein he studied for two years. In 1890, he passed the Indian Civil Service but did not complete the probationary period. During this period, the Gaekwar of Baroda was in London and gave Sri. Aurobindo an appointment in the Baroda Service.
All our literature consists of foreign literature, mainly collected on the basis of the topic of our article. Here is Bulgakov S.N., priest. Tiksi Dumi and
Aurobindo Ghosh. The works of the "Human" cycle show the highest goal of human life and the Superintelligent levels of human consciousness. Also Cooper J. The ancient teachings of Yoga and the spiritual evolution of man. Sri Aurobindo L. and H. Chaudhuri: prophet of the divine life. Also Cooper J. Indeed, if we want this education to have its maximum result, it should begin even before birth; in this case it is the mother herself who proceeds with this education by means of a twofold action: first, upon herself for her own improvement, and secondly, upon the child whom she is forming physically. For it is certain that the nature of the child to be born depends very much upon the mother who forms it, upon her aspiration and will as well as upon the material surroundings in which she lives. To see that her thoughts are always beautiful and pure, her feelings always noble and fine, her material surroundings as harmonious as possible and full of a great simplicity - this is the part of education which should apply to the mother herself. And if she has in addition a conscious and definite will to form the child according to the highest ideal she can conceive, then the very best conditions will be realised so that the child can come into the world with his utmost potentialities. How many difficult efforts and useless complications would be avoided in this way!
Now we take look some educational system of Aurobindo Ghoshe. First, we speak about physical education.
Physical Education
Of all the do main sof human consciousness, the physical is the one most completely governed by method, order, discipline, process. A mental or vital impulse, to express itself physically, must submit to an exact process. That is why all education of the body, if it is to be effective, must be rigorous and detailed, far-sighted and methodical. This will be translated into habits; the body is a being of habits. However, these habits should be controlled and disciplined, while remaining flexible enough to adapt themselves to circumstances and to the needs of the growth and development of the being.
Physical education has three principal aspects: (1) control and discipline of the functioning of the body, (2) an integral, methodical and harmonious development of all the parts and movements of the body and (3) correction of any defects and deformities.
Psychic Education and Spiritual Education.
So far we have dealt only with the education that can be given to all children born upon earth and which is concerned with purely human faculties. But one need not inevitably stop there. Every human being carries hidden within himthepossibility of a greater consciousness which goes beyond the bounds of his present life and enables him to share in a higher and a vaster life.
Our conclusion is that the concept of Sri Aurobindo, educational is not only essential for he progress and welfare of social development but also useful
to become a civilized and well - cultured person in the society. Civilised and cultured person can handle any type of problem and gives the shape to his society as well as nation. The above concept is a kind of training for perfect and happy life. Thus, to evolve as a better human being one must climb up the steps of social development through knowledge, science, art and religion. Development of the mental faculties of man will make him civilized and cultured.
