GLOBALIZATION

Annotation: Today, globalization has become one of the problems associated with almost all social phenomena, based on different perspectives. The role of the Internet in spreading such problems is growing. This article discusses the essence of the process of globalization and the impact of the Internet on people's minds and emotions, way of thinking, behavior, its current development, the scale of ideological influence.

Keywords: Globalization, information, internet, virtual violence, information terrorism, internet piracy.

The concept of globalization, which is widely used today, dates back several centuries. In particular, the great geographical discoveries of the Middle Ages led to the involvement of many countries and regions in international trade, the new technological revolution in industry, and the strengthening of economic ties. Later, as colonial powers sought to divide the world, relations in all regions deepened. By the beginning of the twentieth century, this process, which covered all spheres of social and economic life, began to be expressed through the concept of globalization.

Today, globalization has become one of the problems associated with almost all social phenomena, based on different perspectives. The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov in his book "High spirituality is an invincible force" says: "Speaking about the main factor and the reason why the process of globalization is entering our lives faster and deeper, it must be objectively acknowledged that today It is not difficult to understand that the development and prosperity of any country is so closely linked not only with its near and far neighbors, but also with other regions and territories around the world that any country's exclusion from this process will not lead to positive results.

A. Ochildiyev, the author of "Globalization and Ideological Processes", says: "In everyday life, globalization is a widespread understanding of problems of universal significance. Such an understanding is one-sided, does not reveal its essence, and leads to the interpretation of globalization only as a negative phenomenon. However, in the broadest sense, globalization means, on the one hand, that a particular event, process, covers all regions, states and the whole world, and, on the other hand, that they affect the destiny of humanity. " So

globalization is a process that affects all of humanity, whether it's a negative or a positive phenomenon.

Russian sociologist L.E. Green defines the term globalization as follows: "Globalization is the result of the integration and rapprochement of regions and the world as a whole. Globalization is a process that makes the world more connected and interdependent to all its subjects. "

K. Kamilov describes the following types of globalization. The process of globalization is divided into different groups in research. For example, economic globalization, political globalization, social globalization, ideological globalization. Research has also focused on this aspect. But globalization is also having a profound effect on spirituality. In this process, it is possible to emphasize the events that are taking place, especially in the religious sphere. Today, religious globalization is also used as an independent phenomenon.

In today's era of globalization, the Internet is evolving day by day.

Today, the Internet has billions of subscribers in many countries around the world. The size of the global network is growing by 7-10 percent every month. The Internet is at the core of the interconnectedness of information networks across different parts of the world. The Internet is now becoming more prevalent among manufacturing circles. Especially for individuals, organizations, and institutions that need daily communication, direct telephone calls are often much cheaper. The speed of the Internet, low-cost broadband, ease of collaboration, software that allows everyone to work, and a unique database attracts.

It should be noted that without denying the advantages of the global network, it is necessary to talk about its impact on the morale of young people, the dangers. In several countries around the world, there are websites of organized criminal groups and terrorist organizations, which not only exchange information, but also promote ideas and actions that are completely incompatible with the lifestyle and traditions of our youth. It is natural that every hundred pages of the Internet contain pornographic content, which harms the upbringing and behavior of the younger generation. Today's youth see the internet as the primary source of information and the primary means of communication. Young people go online mainly to search for news, make new friends and communicate, record music and find the information they need.

Today, the Internet plays an important role in people's lives. The fact that the Internet affects people's minds and emotions, their way of thinking, their behavior can be proof of our opinion. Today's development of the Internet shows a sharp increase in the scale and scope of ideological influence.

Virtual violence, which is now being spread on the Internet and is becoming more widespread and diverse every year, as well as militant scenes depicted in electronic media, are affecting the spiritual development and thinking of young people. At the same time, the Internet is a threat to our lives. Information warfare has recently come to be known as "information terrorism". Many of the information disseminated on the Internet is inconsistent with current legislation,

making it necessary for many countries to enact legislation on the Internet. That's why some countries have separate laws on the Internet, while others have legal regulations. In particular, the United States has passed separate laws banning Internet casinos and child pornography. Russia, Sweden and a number of European countries have enacted special laws to combat Internet piracy. In our country, the laws and regulations governing the industry are regulated by the Law "On Advertising", the Law "On Communications", the Law "On Electronic Commerce", the Law "On Electronic Commerce". on the circulation of documents

The processes of informatization and globalization of development, unfortunately, have created categories that seek only to satisfy material interests and needs, have almost lost their national image, and are ready to use any idea for their own ends. Such a negative situation affects the population of the country, especially young people. It is necessary to fight consistently, using every opportunity to eliminate this threat.

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov's book "High spirituality is an invincible force" reads: but it can cause enormous damage that nothing can compensate for. " This means that nowadays, since every piece of information has no boundaries, it is important for many people to think about the inviolability of the spiritual world of the young generation, whose consciousness and worldview are just being formed. Restricting the Internet or blocking access to information will not solve the problem. In today's world, where life is hard to imagine without the media, the Internet is becoming a major source of information for young people. But there are some shows and sites about Western culture that are completely immoral. It is clear that such information has a negative impact on the behavior and outlook of our youth. The lives and perceptions of today's inexperienced youth are largely shaped by the media and the Internet. This complicates the work of educational institutions. In order to feel free in the face of a large flow of information, one must have an information culture. The concept of information culture is a systematic set of knowledge, learning and skills to meet the needs of information that arise during education, scientific knowledge and other activities.

The question of what principles should be based on and what aspects should be focused on in the educational process to protect the spiritual world of the younger generation from destructive influences is in the focus of philosophers and social scientists. We believe that paying more attention to educating young people is important in ensuring the inviolability of their spiritual world. Because, as President Islam Karimov said, "... where there is a high level of intelligence and thinking, spirituality becomes a powerful force."

Forming the attitude of young people to the flow of information is one of the directions in the development of intelligence and thinking. Parents, teachers, and educators need to educate young people about the difference between thought and knowledge, and how to compare and contrast ideas.
