What does nursing care mean in motherhood? Before deciding on this question, it is essential to understand the needs of the society and the need for care in nursing care today. The main object of nursing care is the women at different times of the life of the woman: a child, a woman bringing up a child, a pregnant woman, a woman planning a future birth, a woman who has a baby, a baby, and others. The main task of these women is to deliver a healthy generation to the next generation and to develop humanity in front of them. Mothers are to be spiritually and physically aware of women. In nursing care, nursing care, like other blocks, provides for the care of a person in any form of health, but is the object of maternity, the woman at different times. These women have the right to increase their health and self-care and to regain their authority. Features of nursing care in motherhood include that the woman is not alone, but her family and child care. The role of women and their families in society and the growth and development of their family are of great importance because they affect women's health. Since nursing care is a woman and her family, it is important to maintain and improve the health of women, to prevent their health problems, and to help them in the process of creating their living conditions and identify their abilities.
The difference in nursing care from the other blocs is as follows: Object is a woman who constitutes the weaker part of humanity and its human rights are difficult to recognize socially and culturally. The next thing to do is to have a baby and to show him nursing care. Throughout the life of the woman, it is important not only to promote and improve reproductive health, helping her to gain the role of parenthood, preventing health disorders, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and self-demonstrated help. Nursing care focuses on all members of the family, including the relationship between mother and child, between parents and children, and family relationships.

Under the definition of the World Health Organization, the role of nursing care in mothers involves not only the lives of women in pregnancy, childbirth, but also all his life. Nursing care should also take place during the pre-pregnancy period of the woman's life, as the result cannot be achieved. In order to achieve this goal, it is planned to create such educational institutions such as mothers' school, parent school, family planning, climactericular education, education of young generation, who will be parents in the future, in order to achieve healthy perception of the society, and hygienic care after post-climactic care. In nursing care, nursing care facilities learn the maternity childhood, childhood, adolescence, maturation, menopause and old age, which means that every step of the mother's nursing process is the object of nursing care.
Nursing care, especially in maternity care, focuses on the period of maternity, the period of pregnancy, childbirth and the upbringing of children.
Nursing care in motherhood is not limited to focusing only on pregnancy, during pregnancy, or on women and newborn babies during childbirth.
The object of such care is the change in the life of the mother throughout her lifetime through their lifetime. In this context, it can be said that care in maternity hits a certain part of objects. When it is based on the broader meaning of motherhood (femininity), attention is drawn to the narrow maternal maternity - pregnancy, childbirth, and chillout. For example: If we consider the structure of maternal care as a maternal healthcare theory, maternal health protection theory, maternal care theory, attention will be focused primarily on pregnancy, childbirth and chilate. The conclusion is that even if we speak extensively about the characteristics of women in the process of teaching, the entire life cycle of the woman associated with pregnancy, care should be taken.
The link between motherhood care and other areas of nursing care in terms of the growth and development of the woman (under the influence of sexual hormones) is as follows:
a) In the context of maternity care, only the functions of maternal function are covered widely. b) It also involves interrelationships with childcare, adult care, community care and mental health care.
Duties and tendencies of nursing care in motherhood.
Current issues of nursing care in motherhood in Uzbekistan. Like in the rest of the world, there are currently a number of problems in the family, mother and child health. Based on the statistical indicators and the results of the survey, it is necessary to determine the place of nursing care and to identify the problem, which is the central person in the family.
Medical technical functions and development. Today, the development of reproductive medicine gives hope to married couples. Treatment of infertility is carried out until the end of the fertile age, but the ineffective results of treatment can be harmful to the spiritual and physical condition of the spouses.
Infertility, surrogate motherhood, human cloning, and others have contributed to the development of medical technology and led to bioethical problems. Thanks to the development of medicine in the future, women and families

will have access to medical technology. However, elevations in this area can be beneficial to the individual, but can lead to various psychological stress, pain and other complications. Therefore, there is a need to consider the ethics of the state at the time of nursing care for reproductive health and human rights. These include:
a) Ensuring that a healthy lifestyle is maintained, covering the issues of maternity and paternity,
b) assisting in maintaining maternal health during pregnancy and childbirth, eliminating childhood problems,
d) Understanding the role of nursing in maternal and child health,
e) Explain the importance of prophylaxis and nursing care for women of reproductive age.
