THE REFLECTION OF THE ATTENTION PAYED TO YOUNG UZBEK
Abstract: This article reflects the attention paid to young people in our country, the conditions created for them, opinions and comments on the role of youth in the development of country, the wide range of opportunities for public policy given to young people.

The years of independence began when the younger generation was recognized as a pillar of an Independent State. The first President of Uzbekistan has repeatedly stressed that it is the young people who must shape the destiny of the country today and tomorrow together with the young people. It is clear to all of us that in today's rapidly evolving world, the younger generation will certainly be the basis for future, development and high goals. It is education and enlightenment that are the main factors of human well-being, encourage people to be kind, generous, patient and content.
Today, education and enlightenment are the mainstay of our development, which means that the role of youth in the promotion of education and enlightenment is extremely important. We are well aware that in today's developing world, education is definitely connected with the improvement of the education system and the enlightenment system, the orientation of the future youth of our country to modern education, the education of a harmoniously developed person. As a result of the implementation of other programs, the sector has been radically reformed, a modern system of continuing education has been created. As a result of such work, our young people are achieving world-class success in business, science, culture, art, literature and sports. The upbringing of the younger generation has always been important and relevant. But in the 21st century, this issue is really becoming a matter of life and death.
According to Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Fundamentals of State Youth Policy, regardless of nationality, race, language, religion, social status, gender, education and political beliefs, young people to take care of; legal and social protection of youth; the transmission of national and cultural traditions from generation to generation, the spiritual connection of generations; to support youth initiatives, to ensure that young people are free to choose the path of pursuing their interests within the framework of the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan; direct participation of youth in the development and implementation of policies and programs related to the development of society, especially the life of the youth of the republic; unity of rights and duties, liberty and civic responsibility.
Such aspects are given in the first article, which means that all units should be responsible for the upbringing of the younger generation, and young people should also take advantage of the wide range of opportunities provided. Only you, who have mastered modern knowledge and professions, think independently, and always live with a sense of concern for the fate of the people, will be able to boldly come to the fore and solve the tasks facing us today. Today in Uzbekistan the system of protection of youth in various spheres is legally strengthened, for example, Article 10 of the Law "On the Foundations of State Youth Policy in the Republic of Uzbekistan" is aimed at social protection of youth k: Social protection of young people includes state guarantees for young citizens and their families to ensure physical, mental, moral growth and social development in the interests of the people of Uzbekistan.
For young people in the Republic of Uzbekistan: free medical care; free education; participation in sports, health and cultural institutions on favorable terms; preferential loans for housing construction and purchase of household goods; the right to employment for the first time or to receive financial compensation in accordance with applicable law; taking into account the needs of young people in the design and construction of social infrastructure; transportation benefits for students and young people; a minimum social security guaranteeing compensation payments to minors. Special measures for the social protection of minors, certain categories of young citizens (disabled, housewives, children brought up and brought up in orphanages, schoolchildren, students, retired military servicemen, reservists, etc.) The procedure for exercising their rights is determined by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Today, the Youth Union has about 8 million members and 8 young people have been appointed deputy governors in different parts of the country. At the video conference held on March 19, 2019, the President stressed the need to pay more attention to our youth, to involve them in culture, arts, physical culture and sports, to develop skills in the use of information technology in youth, Emphasis was placed on the promotion of reading among the youth of our country, increasing women's employment.
In today's world, where various conflicts are escalating, time has shown that it is
more important than ever to strengthen the spiritual immunity of our youth and to

spend their free time meaningfully. That is why the 5 important initiatives put forward by the President are important. It is known that the head of state put forward 5 important initiatives to organize the work in the social, spiritual and educational spheres on the basis of the new system. The first initiative serves to increase the interest of young people in music, painting, literature, theater and other types of art, to reveal their talent. The second initiative is aimed at creating the necessary conditions for young people to exercise and show their abilities in sports. The third initiative is aimed at promoting the effective use of computer technology and the Internet among the population and youth. The fourth initiative is aimed at raising the morale of young people and organizing systematic work to promote reading among them. The fifth initiative addresses the issue of women's employment. These five important initiatives have once again set an example of trust and support for the younger generation in pursuing comprehensive reforms.
In conclusion, it should be noted that from the first days of independence in independent Uzbekistan, the initiative to pay attention to young people, trust them, to build the future with young people, the first President of Uzbekistan Karimov I. A. began to be pushed forward. Confidence in this younger generation is reflected in various legislation. The example of trust in the youth soon bore fruit, and the youth began to introduce the name of the country to the world by holding the flag of Uzbekistan, winning prestigious competitions such as various sports games, science olympiads. A new era for Uzbekistan after 2016 The arrival of a new leadership has strengthened the recognition of young people more than ever before, as evidenced by the formation of the Youth Union and the five important initiatives put forward to ensure youth employment.
