INTRODUCTION
In today's world, both political and entertainment media all around the globe are using the phrase "Uzbekistan is opening" as a new term explaining the new path that Uzbekistan chose to follow. On March 19, 2019, chaired by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, a video conference was held on the issues of increasing attention to young people, the wideness of involvement in culture, sports and especially art, basic knowledge and necessary skills' formation in the use of information technologies or IT, the promotion of reading books among the young generation and the women employment. According to statistics, around 30 percent of the population of our country is young people from 14 to 30 years old. That is a pretty high score for a country, which means that Uzbekistan is young and it's time to bloom has yet to come. It may be possible because of enormous efforts made by the government for youth to acquire education and professions. At the same time, the topical issue is the organization of meaningful leisure time for young people. The higher the spirituality of youth, the stronger their immunity to alien phenomena and concepts. Therefore, the five primary initiatives that were enforced by the current President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev show the brave step of Uzbek nation to build a future that is bright and stable in all spheres, whether it is education, culture or economics.
METHODOLOGY
The five priority initiatives are considered to be the indispensable steps in order to protect Uzbekistan's sovereignty, independence, economic viability, and social development. The icons that represent each of them are illustrated in the picture 1 below:

These initiatives include qualities that each representative of Uzbekistan's youth must try to reach. The first one pictured on the top of the circle is dedicated to the rise of young people's interest in music, various types of arts, literature and theatre. Every person in the deep parts of his/her soul or mind has interests and abilities in a particular kind of art. Unfortunately, not all people can recognize it within themselves or are too unconfident to try showing their abilities out. That is why this initiative is considered to be one of the crucial ones. Recognizing one's ability will eventually lead to the growth of Uzbek culture and its spiritual enrichment. All of the spheres that make up this initiative's target are considered to be the healing for a human's mind and soul. It is specially believed to be of current interest because of the recent Covid-19 outbreak around the world. People tend to seek more and more for something comforting and up-bringing. All of the things that can drift away the stress, brighten up the mood and reinforce motivation within the person are those mentioned above: music, literature, theatre, drawing. This is an important tool for protecting the youth's emotional well-being in the conditions of stress as a result of constant pursuit of happiness and high competition among their contemporaries. Moving onto the next initiative, I would like to clarify what the definition of the term "sport" is. Cambridge Dictionary defines it as: "An athletic activity requiring physical strength and power". Therefore, it means that a person doing sports is already considered to be pretty healthy and ready to exercise. This is the aim of the second initiative, which is targeted towards the growth of the interest in physical activities and sports among the youth. The population of Uzbekistan has to be powerful not only mentally and intellectually, but also physically in order to
maintain health and have sustainability. In addition, sport is considered to be beneficial for a number of other spheres of life. It develops life-lasting habits that can influence people to be more organized, persistable and self-controllable. The third initiative includes the development of the knowledge of IT among the population, including young boys and girls. Current world is full of modern technology without which almost no person can live and communicate comfortably anymore. That is why the knowledge of information and communication technology among the population of Uzbekistan is important. Truly, with the introduction of computers and other devices, the world has been turned upside down and every person is responsible to be on track of the new technologies and inventions. What about the fourth initiative, it is promoted to strengthen the spirituality of the youth, to raise interest in reading among them. In this sphere of life, there have been a lot of efforts to develop a system of ebooks, which opens an access to a huge library of rare and at the same time excellent books with the one motion of a finger. Electronic books are convenient and can be available anytime, anywhere. This is already a huge step to push the action of rising youth's spirituality. Moreover, at our university there are a lot of competitions among students where any student who wants can show his/her knowledge on the biography and literary works of particular authors and poets. Adding to this, there are lots of interactive projects implied by teachers of Uzbek State World Languages University during the lessons of Writing & Reading and English literature classes. These projects include creating a role play, where students divide into small groups and prepare a small part of the read novel and show it in action. This kind of project shows not only the raise of awareness in literary works of authors and enlighten students on topics described in pieces, but also strengthen their confidence, memory and abilities to theatrical plays. We may consider the project mentioned above as a perfect example of integration of President Shavkar Mirziyoyev's first initiative and the fourth one. And the last but not least, the fifth initiative is focused on the issues regarding the employment of the female part of Uzbek population. According to the site "The Global Economy", Uzbekistan female labor participation rate is considered to be 52.26 as of 2020. The highest rate of female employers among Uzbek population was noticed during 2018, when the percentage went up to 55.44. This is a huge achievement for such a young country like Uzbekistan, but still it is considerably low in comparison with developed countries like the UK and the U.S.A. The role of women in employment and their contribution to the country is considered to be pretty big in Uzbekistan and our president Shavkat Mirziyoyev pointed out that it is crucial to develop this area more and more. The capacity of women to enhance
management effectiveness is huge and everyone should realize this. Considering all these aspects, this initiative is believed to be the last piece of puzzle for the bright future of Uzbekistan. Equality is an indicator of developed and secular countries. Adding to this, the labor market is an area that has to be evolved.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
It can be specified that there are the five priority initiatives among the Uzbek nation and they are mostly indicated to the youth of Uzbekistan. These initiatives are proven to be effective and beneficial for the future of Uzbekistan because of the following reasons:
• Being involved with art enhances person's outlook and promotes a strong mentality. Moreover, with the help of arts one may find his/ her hidden talents;
• Sport is the key to a healthy lifestyle, which has always been an actual issue of modern youth;
• The knowledge of information technologies is the mandatory requirement of modern world, every person has to know at least basics of IT;
• Strong spirituality is the element that even developed countries cannot guarantee - achieving this goal is one of the biggest goals for a nation;
• Gender equality is the basic human right and it should be reached through various approaches, including having gender equality at working places and promoting the job offers for women in all edges of the country.
CONCLUSION
In this paper, there were mentioned five priority initiatives within which youth can flourish comfortably and confidently. These include the development of different types of art, the rise in interest for sport, the awareness of IT skills, the evolvement of spirituality and the increase in rate of female employment among Uzbek nation, most importantly the youth. Any talk that starts about the future and the concerns regarding it eventually lead to bringing up about the issues of youth and the focus on young people. Summing up, we are the future of Uzbekistan and everything is in our own hands. The following initiatives are just the tools of help for us to reach the level of the representative of the youth. Changing our lives or not solely depends on us. The faster we start realizing this, the greater our future will be.
