The arrival of the era of knowledge economy has produced many new economic characteristics, which has brought new topics and challenges to enterprise management, and enterprise management must change to keep up with the pace of development of the times. A new model of enterprise management a knowledge management model in the era of knowledge economy are put forward in this paper. The connotation, essence and characteristics of knowledge management model and the function of implementing knowledge management to enterprises are preliminarily explored and studied, and some suggestions are put forward on how to effectively implement knowledge management.

Наступление эры экономики знаний породило много новых экономических характеристик, которые поставили новые темы и проблемы в управление предприятием, и управление предприятием должно измениться, чтобы идти в ногу с темпами развития времени. В данной статье предлагается новая модель управления предприятием модель управления знаниями в эпоху экономики знаний. Значение, сущность и характеристики модели управления знаниями и функция внедрения управления знаниями на предприятиях предварительно изучаются и изучаются, и выдвигаются некоторые предложения о том, как эффективно осуществлять управление знаниями.

THE CONCEPT OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AS THE BASIS FOR INCREASING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY

В данной статье предлагается новая модель управления предприятием - модель управления знаниями в эпоху экономики знаний. Значение, сущность и характеристики модели управления знаниями и функция внедрения управления знаниями на предприятиях предварительно изучаются и изучаются, и выдвигаются некоторые предложения о том, как эффективно осуществлять управление знаниями.

The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy, which not only has a profound impact on the way of production and life of human beings, but also will bring about drastic changes in management science and practice. Enterprise management in the 21st century is bound to be the guiding trend of knowledge management (Know ledge management). As Peter Drucker, a leading management scientist, put it :" The productivity of knowledge will be a determinant of the competitiveness of a national industry, a company, and no country, industry or company has a natural advantage or disadvantage in this respect, the only good Potential is the ability of the economy to make use of all the knowledge publicly available ." Knowledge management is the source of maintaining the lasting competitive advantage of enterprises. Knowledge management model is based on the impact of information technology on enterprise management, knowledge management model enables enterprises to effectively obtain the required resources from the Internet, promote knowledge innovation, and carry out network marketing. Generally speaking, knowledge management is a set of unique enterprise management practice activities that use advanced information and communication means to use enterprise knowledge as "capital property" to carry out management. A starting point of knowledge management is to regard knowledge as the most important strategic resource of an enterprise, and to take the maximum mastery and utilization of knowledge as the key to improve the competitiveness of an enterprise, with the aim of improving the core competitiveness — innovation and adaptability of an enterprise. Through the effective knowledge management, the knowledge resources of the enterprise can form the unimpeded knowledge flow more reasonably in the knowledge chain, and ensure that each employee contributes his knowledge to the maximum extent, at the same time, Can also enjoy the knowledge of others, and maximize the knowledge into the profits of the enterprise, this is the ultimate goal of knowledge management[1].

Comparison between Knowledge Management Model and Traditional Management Model. In the form of knowledge economy, the value and function of knowledge exceeds the value and function of capital, and becomes the most important resource for enterprises, and the knowledge assets and intellectual assets become the core of enterprise management. Knowledge management is the management of intangible assets, which has completely different contents and forms from the management of tangible assets in the era of industrial economy. Therefore, knowledge management is the fundamental transformation of management mode. The comparison shows that the knowledge management model has the following main characteristics: first is Management objectives shift from brand to customer assets. In the traditional economic period, the management of enterprises is product-centered. Third is Business Process Reengineering (BPR). The fifth practice of Peter Shengji became a classic force of the learning organization management theory. Peter Senge stated that the only lasting competitive advantage of an enterprise is its ability to learn faster and better than its competitors. A learning organization is the organizational blueprint for people to achieve their common aspirations and gain competitive advantage. To establish a learning organization, the essential "five disciplines" are self-transcendence, improvement of mental models, establishment of a common vision, team learning and systematic thinking. In a learning organization, every employee becomes more important as an individual, and all employees depend on each other's abilities, so everyone has to constantly surpass himself, the role is mobile, and all people struggle for a common vision. Team learning for employees in an organization becomes particularly important, and they learn to move from a devalued culture to a value-added culture.

From the perspective of enterprise management, managers must lead organizational learning so

that competitiveness can be enhanced in the market, jumping higher and farther than in the past, and the motivation comes from organizational knowledge management and innovation. In the recent wave of mergers and acquisitions, Motorola has alliances with other companies to adapt to the explosive market environment.. In 1999, Bill Gates of Microsoft pointed out in his book "Digital Nervous System": Microsoft Bill Gates once pointed out: "The purpose of knowledge management is to improve the intelligence of the enterprise, that is, the enterprise IQ.". Each management level gives high support to the activities and encourages systematic innovation, making innovation a personal priority goal, thereby changing the mindset and behavior of employees [2].

Turning the Knowledge Spiral Professor Yujiro Nonaka pointed out in his book "Innovation to Win" that knowledge can be divided into "implicit knowledge" and "explicit knowledge." "Hidden knowledge" refers to unformalized knowledge, including the experience, technology, culture, habits, etc. of an enterprise, operator, or employee. It is personal knowledge and intuition. It is difficult to formalize and cannot be specified. .. Thirdly, Motorola uses operational knowledge to produce document manuals and training materials using the computer's Lotus Notes, and allows employees to access them freely in the company's internal public network, and even uses "online learning" to promote the conversion of "explicit knowledge" into personal "Implicit knowledge." In this way, "Hidden knowledge" has improved the knowledge and skills of employees. Successful completion of this spiral of knowledge is the key to Motorola's knowledge management[3]. From the above discussion, we can conclude the following main conclusions: Enterprise knowledge management system is accompanied by the trend of world economic development knowledge economy and appears and develops day by day, is in line with the knowledge economy operation mode, organization mode change and put forward. The important role of knowledge management is: to help improve the innovation ability of enterprises; to help enterprises make effective and correct decisions; to help enterprises to enhance cohesion and core competitiveness; to help enhance the quality of employees in enterprises. The core of implementing knowledge management in enterprises lies in: establishing effective knowledge network system, realizing knowledge sharing, and carrying out comprehensive knowledge management to enterprises. Moreover, enterprises should also establish a set of knowledge incentive mechanism, respect knowledge, respect talents, encourage and encourage more outstanding talents, quick outstanding talents[4]. In a word, knowledge management, as a brand-new management mode, is the product of the development of market economy to a new height. It is possible to get rid of its own financial capital or limited natural resources, so that enterprises can obtain the possibility of sustainable development, so it has a strong vitality and broad future for development. With the development of knowledge economy, it is believed that knowledge management will spread throughout the economic field.
