Currently, language materials in foreign languages not only English but also German, French have been selected for the higher education institution. Properly selected content will help you achieve your goals. Content selection takes into account the purpose of the training and is guided by it. When the content is selected, along with the language materials, speech patterns are also selected. They are the basis for teaching speech. The choice of content takes into account the methodological organization of teaching. The content of the training depends on the conditions of the training. The purpose of teaching a foreign language also affects the amount of content taught.

Involving a computer allows you to make any lesson attractive and truly modern. The use of flexible materials and action plans help to individualize reading. It can be used at all stages of computer-based learning: new materials, merging, repetition, knowledge management, and the explanation of skills and abilities. At the same time, for the child, it performs a variety of functions: teachers, tools, learning tools, learning object, collaboration group, play environment, entertainment. It helps to introduce new pedagogical technologies, for example: data and communication, computer and multimedia technologies are closely interrelated.
In recent years, the use of innovative technologies in higher education has become more and more important. It is not only new technical means, but also a new approach to the learning process and teaching methods, the learning process. The introduction of innovative technologies in the learning process is related to the improvement of teaching and learning methods in the process of learning foreign languages in relation to the needs of foreign languages. The main purpose of teaching
in foreign languages is to form and develop the communicative culture of schoolchildren, to learn practical skills in a foreign language.
The essence of innovative English language learning is that the involvement of almost all students in the learning process increases the quality of teaching using new pedagogical technologies. The content of teaching is one of the most important issues in the methodology. Nowadays, the content of foreign language teaching in higher education institutions that do not specialize in languages is defined as the amount of knowledge, materials, exercises and skills that are determined by the goals and objectives of the education received by students.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
When defining the content of a subject, it is important to keep in mind two general requirements and their interrelationships:
1) the requirement that we choose the content of the chosen teaching or not to achieve the goal we set for ourselves;
2) the mastery or mastery by students of the content of teaching chosen in our specific, context.
For example, let's look at the following technologies.
"Carousel Technology". Like many innovative technologies, the carousel is borrowed.
There are two rings: inner and outer. Still students facing the outside of the inner ring, from the outside rotating every 30 seconds. So they have time to talk for a few minutes and try to convince the other person on their right. Dialogues of a lauretic nature follow perfectly, the subject is acquaintance, nationality, conversation in a public place, and so on. The guys talk with excitement, the profession is dynamic and productive.
"Sociological Survey" Technology. It involves moving through the account to gather information on a topic suggested during the children's movement. Each

participant receives a list with a to-do list. The teacher helps to formulate the questions and answers, ensuring that the interaction starts in English.
"Brain ring" Technology. Great for classrooms - Learned materials are universal collections. The content of the types can be completely different and these sections include vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening and writing. This technology requires serious. Which includes: task writing, creating a presentation, thinking about attention questions, answers and answers, diplomas. At the beginning of the game there is a selection of judges and participation of students. Each round lasts 3 minutes, after which the answers are submitted to the jury. The correctness of the answers will be checked and discussed after each round and then a number of questions will also be asked to bring additional points to the teams.
"Group story" technology. There are two ways to do this. In the first method, each student adds one sentence to the story that has already begun. At a certain signal (one minute later) a sheet with an unfinished story is sent in conjunction. The second method is well suited for subject development. The teacher asks questions in a certain order, each participant in the process writes the answer, no one can see it and helps the neighbor. The movement takes place in a circle. Thus, in the end, a few surprises are obtained.
CONCLUSION
In short, the use of innovative methods in English lessons develops students' logical thinking skills, fluency, and the ability to respond quickly and accurately. Such methods stimulate the student's desire for knowledge. The student strives to prepare well for the lessons. This makes students active participants in the learning process. It is very important to teach a foreign language in higher education institutions that do not specialize in languages, because foreign languages play an important role in preparing students for full development.
