Annotation

The article discusses Telomerase activators EPA, DHA and the use of theory to increase the average age of the population.

Today there are many factors that affect the age of a person. These factors certainly affect us both positively and negatively. It is their relationship to each other that determines a person's health and longevity, meaning that positive influences extend our life, while negative influences suppress positive influence and reduce our longevity potential. Of course, we cannot eliminate all negative influences from our lives, but we can reduce them and increase positive influences.

The discovery of the enzyme telomerase, which prevents the shortening of telomeres, completely changed the way people look at extending their lifespan. Until now, they have introduced methods such as using ready-made telomerase enzyme to protect telomeres, but this is very expensive. Therefore, it is important to identify natural activators for telomerase activation.

Among humans, the longest-lived peoples in the world are mainly those living in regions bordering the sea. For example, let's take a look at the 10 countries with the highest average age in the world today. 70% of them are connected to the sea. When we look at their main diet, 100% of them eat seafood. This suggests that some substance in the sea helps activate telomerase in our bodies.

Hence the fact that DHA and EPA are activators of telomerase. Because these substances are stored in any seafood and pass from one link to the next along the food chain. DHA and EPA are unsaturated fatty acids that

belong to the omega 3 group. In addition to DHA and EPA, the omega 3 group includes several other polyunsaturated fatty acids.

But the most effective among them are DHA and EPA. In the experiment, 20 hamsters were kept under laboratory conditions. It was divided into groups A and B, all conditions of both groups were the same, only group A hamsters were given 2mg of DHA and EPA per day.

Hamsters given EPA and DHA lived an average of 23% longer than group B hamsters. In our 2nd experiment, rabbits were used, and we divided them into 2 groups, and group 1 was given 18mg of DHA and EPA per day for 6 months. After 6 months, biopsies were taken from their livers and tissue cells were stored under special conditions to study the telomeres of chromosomes during the metaphase of mitosis.
