The best teachers are far more than just reciting dry facts and assigning huge piles of homework. They are those who help shape the children to be the best that they can be and it takes a special person to do that. And this person of course is considered to be a model. A role model is a person who inspires and encourages us to strive for greatness, live to our fullest potential and see the best in ourselves. A role model is someone we admire and someone we aspire to be like. We learn through them, through their commitment to excellence and through their ability to make us realize our own personal growth. A role model can be anybody: a parent, a sibling, a friend but some of our most influential and life-changing role models are teachers.

" When the student is ready, the teacher appears. " - Marlene Canter. Teachers follow students through each pivotal stage of development. After their parents, children will first learn from you, their elementary school teacher. Then, as a middle school teacher, you will guide students through yet another important transition: adolescence. As children become young adults, learning throughout middle school and into other types of schooling you will answer to their questions, listen to their problems and teach them about this upcoming new phase of their lives [1, p. 57].

Teachers are founts of experience. They have already been where their students are going, undergone what they will go through and are in a position to pass along lessons, not only regarding subject matter, but also lessons on life.

Today we become the users of too many sources that teach us new things and language learning is not apart from this procedure. Why because this is the question of time. XXI century is the era where whole generation of people is striving to obtain a new language with the purpose to know more about another culture, another country and another people. This desire is emerged itself after the introduction of handy features of the ICT, people got acquainted about the thing that all the time kept in secret because of the appliances. The secret says that the earth is the place just for you, so many people unconsciously believed in that trifle and did usual things. However, now thanks for ICT it's not a secret anymore that there are people, lands and other creatures on the earth, and all of them need to be discovered. It can be fact that one out of three people living in that planet called earth wants to know, to see, to talk and to travel those areas where totally different culture is reigning. This will forces people to learn a new language. But question arises momentarily is it enough to learn the certain

language in order to communicate with the native speakers in the way that is quite usual for them? Although we use skillfully every means of technology we can't say that it teaches us to talk, to communicate freely. Because the technical instruments such as, programs, devices are made on particular formula, and their functionality also will be followed according to that formula. They do support the learners with the sufficient tool to overcome common situations but in reality they don't provide us for 100 percent. Their functionality is limited. Here is to say that instead being addicted to learn different ways that teach us grammar, writing or other aspects of the target language, it is better to learn to speak in that language. Better to find the ways that teach us speaking. It is apparent and must be easy to explain, as teaching any part of a language has to be firmly supported. But not, in order to learn that skill you have to shed the sweat of your body as if you are doing a workout. The effective foreign language learning necessitates assimilation of all four skills, but special emphasis is put on teaching speaking, which has become noticed and appreciated in today's methodology. Being able to speak a foreign language means - having communicative efficiency. It is inconceivably difficult to imagine what life would look like if people could not communicate verbally. Dakowska claims that speaking is now the most emphasized skill in the field of foreign language teaching, but unfortunately, it is also recognized as the most difficult one to develop in classroom conditions. Students are constantly encouraged to use the target language during classes, but when the lesson is over, they have no possibility to use it in real communication [1. p. 54]. Of course, some learners seek the opportunity to speak their foreign language outside the classroom; however, most do not try to practice the target language at all.

Certainly, one of the disadvantages of teaching English as a foreign language is that students cannot use the language in everyday speech. De facto, speaking a foreign language means being able to interact with people in authentic situations, not only during classroom controlled speaking activities. Therefore, teachers' task to develop that skill is extremely challenging and needs much time, as only by practice may learners succeed. In the majority of schools, however, communicative efficiency is still not a priority. In most classes teachers fail to provide students with activities that would reflect genuine interaction. Students rarely talk to each other and rarely have the possibility to talk to a teacher as well. As a matter of fact, an act of speech also requires knowledge about linguistic elements that are crucial for spoken production and which make discourse a complex procedure. Before thoughts are articulated, some linguistic factors have an influence on the process of speaking [1. p. 91].

That's why the knowledge we take as a basis of the new language in a form of grammar, reading, writing, listening and speaking subjects will help us to maintain the whole procedure of conversation.
