SOLUTION OF ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC PROBLEMS BY

MODELING

Abstract: This article discusses solutions, proposals and results by modeling environmental and economic problems. It also highlights the most pressing issues of today and the many reforms that are being implemented to prevent them.

Keywords: modeling, resources, strategy, experience, economic terms

Among other areas of our country are issues of ensuring environmental and economic stability, creating the necessary conditions for a favorable natural environment, rational and efficient use of natural resources, prevention of environmental and economic problems and their negative consequences. serious attention is being paid.

The report of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 12, 2017 at a meeting with representatives of the Oliy Majlis, political parties and the Ecological Movement of Uzbekistan, the economy, critically analyzes the past activities of government agencies and political parties and the Ecological Movement. tasks were assigned. In particular, the future tasks of the Environmental Movement and the economy and its deputy group in the Legislative Chamber were clearly indicated.

First of all, in the current process, it is expedient to solve environmental and economic problems by the method of modeling.

Modeling is a comprehensive study of a particular object system. That is, the model is designed to solve environmental and economic problems, taking into account different aspects.

The whole simulation phase involves a single scientific experiment that is an abstract or objective model. An experience is a set of actions that perform a specific event.

The consequences assessment system involves determining the response of all elements to a certain level of strategic impact. This process can be optimized by comprehensively modeling the results of the implementation of different strategies. In modeling the situation, it is advisable to take into account the

possible reactions of not only the internal elements of the system, but also the higher neighbors and the authorities. If the assessment shows that the goals set cannot be achieved, the goals set, the problems to be solved, the strategies to be changed, or the time to achieve the set goals should be changed. As a result, only those that meet the quality objectives will be selected from the set of strategies to be implemented.

In some cases, the implementation of experimental results in a market economy and ecosystem, the analysis of economic opportunities and the environmental environment, the understanding of the mechanism of operation, the collection of a business model on its example play a key role in solving economic and environmental problems.

As a researcher, you need to model them, select the optimal solution steps. In view of the above, if the reforms in the country and their development are hampered by the objective features of regional development, including the specialization in a narrow range of economic activities, aggravated by the underdevelopment of the service sector. In this case, the analysis of the dynamics of key indicators characterizing the financial condition of the regions allows us to draw the following conclusions:

In the context of general imbalances in the financial system, unstable budgets in the economy, tax, payment and accounting relations, financial indicators do not adequately reflect the real economic needs of the regions. Therefore, they cannot serve as the main criteria for making management decisions at the level of central executive bodies.

In this case, for a more objective assessment of the financial condition of the regions, it is necessary to use a broader system of indicators, not limited to the analysis of traditional financial indicators, such as the state of regional budgets and the amount of profits.

However, crisis events have important regional characteristics. The largest declines in production are typical of regions with high industrial concentrations with declining demand (especially in the defense industry, agriculture, and investment engineering). With the development of an open foreign economy, first of all, the regions with developed market infrastructure and exporting products with high foreign exchange efficiency will have an advantage. The first to emerge from the economic crisis were large urban agglomerations - banks and shopping centers; this is where the physical volume of gross domestic product and real incomes of the population begin to grow.

Along with economic processes, solving environmental problems means preserving the environment and protecting human health. For example, in our country, the residual substance in oil production is fuel oil, which contains 7090% of sulfur. In addition, the oil contains elements such as vanadium, nickel, magnesium and silicon. Technologies for the extraction of sulfur from fuel oil have now been developed. In general, the number of non-waste manufacturing enterprises is still very small. Sometimes many products are of poor quality and

do not meet state standards and are disposed of as waste, which can become a source of environmental pollution.

Recently, the enterprises producing nitrogenous mineral fertilizers have been producing raw materials without fiber and waste. Atmospheric pollutants are being recycled, and the air is free of pollution. Synthetic rubber plants now produce sulfuric acid, alcohol, and styrene from process waste. Waste-free operation is of great importance in densely populated areas, of course. This is especially a problem in industrialized cities such as Almalyk and Bekabad. The establishment of waste-free production facilities on the basis of scientific and technical achievements, in turn, will help to ensure clean air in residential areas. The United Nations has adopted a special declaration on the establishment of low-waste and non-waste industrial enterprises. According to the document, libraries of many countries are involved in the work of the UN Economic Commission for Europe on the establishment of waste-free and low-waste enterprises. Practice shows that it is important for the countries of the world to work together in this area. For example. now many industrial enterprises have introduced waste-free or low-waste technological processes.

The drying up of the Aral Sea and the destruction of the natural environment in the Aral Sea region as a result of this process is considered an environmental tragedy.

At the third meeting in Turkmenistan's Dashoguz region in March 1994, the Central Asian leaders agreed to save the Aral Sea, improve the ecological situation in the region, protect public health, and provide clean drinking water to the people of the Aral Sea region in cooperation with international financial institutions. a decision was made to improve the quality of life. The problem of ecological catastrophe on the island today is beyond the scope of one region and has become a global issue, and now its fate is being dealt with by the UN, UNIEP, UNESCO, UNHCR, the World Bank and other international organizations.

In addition, the most polluting factor in cities is road transport. Delivery of vehicles to new, environmentally friendly fuels, conversion to fuel-efficient engines, decontamination of household waste in major cities, industrial processing, prevention of radioactive contamination, planting of trees on the streets, roadsides, flower beds One of the most important ways to solve environmental problems today is to build water reservoirs and artificial lakes.
