SOCIAL ACTIVITY IN INCREASING THE SPIRITUAL AND INTELLECTUAL POWER OF YOUTH
Annotation: The article explores the importance of raising the morale of the individual, as well as the issue of morality, which is the basis of our ongoing reforms in the field of education, technical progress has always been of great importance.
Keywords: youth, education, ethics, technical progress, virtual world, popular culture, reforms, priorities, effective organization of youth leisure.
In order to further increase the effectiveness of the reforms under consideration, to create conditions for the comprehensive and rapid development of the state and society, to implement the priorities for modernization and liberalization of all spheres of life, Approval by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the Strategy of Action for the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021, as well as the Law "On State Youth Policy" imposes many obligations on young people growing up in our country [2]. Adherence to the concepts of spirituality, enlightenment, values and national ideas in the upbringing of young people is the development of our nation [4]. The national idea is the most cherished dream and hope of every nation, passed down from ancestors to generations, revered for centuries, deeply rooted in the hearts of every person and the whole nation, and has become a spiritual need and a requirement of life. If we imagine their goals, I think it would express the essence of this broad concept. The development of any nation depends on the attitude of the youth in society to national ideas and values, how it affects the minds of young people and how they rely on their practical activities [3]. Young people make up more than half of the population of the republic. It will also depend on how young people's understanding of the national idea becomes a belief and conviction, and what new values are formed. Because the national idea, on the one hand, sees young people as its object, on the other hand, young people are the progressive developers of the national idea and pass it on to future generations. As young people are still in the formative stages physiologically and psychologically, they will have a strong interest in innovation and a great need to turn it into a belief.
The Law on State Youth Policy stipulates that the implementation of youth policy is the duty of everyone, and in this regard, the state creates conditions for improving the political and legal culture of young people, regardless of nationality, race, language, religion, gender, education, social origin. Another
remarkable aspect of this law is that issues such as identifying and supporting the owner were clearly identified of for the active participation and participation of our youth in the international arena, as well as the socio-economic protection of minors, orphans, young and large families, a unique talent among talented young people.
As noted by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev, "It is no secret that the pre-school education system, which is currently the most important link in the upbringing of our children, does not meet modern requirements. I don't think there is any need to prove to anyone today how high the consciousness and outlook of a child who has been brought up in kindergarten is" [1]. In modeling the educational process, in order to pedagogically organize the life and activities of students in educational institutions, it should be borne in mind that they have an effective response to external influences [7].
It is expedient to base the organization of the process of spiritual and enlightenment education in higher education institutions on advanced national, spiritual and moral values and criteria, folk pedagogy, ceremonies, holidays and others. The use of educational technologies in organizing and conducting them helps to realize love, family, professional devotion and loyalty.
"The tree of freedom must be watered from time to time with the blood of patriots and invaders. It's a natural fertilizer", said Thomas Jefferson. Of course, it is possible to join or reject this statement, given the demands of a particular situation in its time. But there is another truth in the world that we know which was expressed by our great enlightened ancestor Mahmudkhodja Behbudiy: "Right is not given - right is taken." Indeed, no nation has entered independence on a flat, smooth road covered with basil. Perhaps Jefferson meant the blood shed for the freedom of the Homeland - the sacred, the shedding of blood, the liberation of the Homeland - the great courage.
The professionalism of teachers in the field of education plays an important role in the manifestation of these social and legal freedoms in education [5]. The democratic organization of education serves as a basis for shaping the attitude of the younger generation to social processes [4]. Today, only highly educated, modern-minded, intellectually developed and professionally trained young people can be the most important condition for quality, rapid and innovative development, they are the ones who can ensure the great future of the country.
Social activism is a factor in the further development of democratic processes in society, as well as the active participation of man in society, zeal, indifference to human and human life, destiny, and, consequently, a highly formed worldview, dedication, noble behavior [6]. Given the processes of globalization and integration taking place in the world today and the essence of the radical reforms being carried out in our country, we consider it appropriate to make the following proposals and recommendations aimed at increasing the social activity of young people: - Modernization of the system of training qualified teachers,
which is the most important factor in the acquisition of modern knowledge by young people;
- Modernization of the system of training qualified teachers, which is the most important factor in the acquisition of modern knowledge by young people
- Full implementation of modern information and communication technologies in the educational process;
- Maximum provision of conditions for young people to learn foreign languages;
- Introduce to the public as an example young people who are active in social processes at all stages of the education system;
- Wide involvement of students in spirituality and propaganda groups on the basis of the presentation of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan;
- The formation of young people's skills of objective thinking about current events and processes in the world through the improvement of the media;
- The organization of special courses aimed at forming a culture of using the Internet and mobile communications at the lower and middle levels of education (school, college, lyceum);
- Conducting sociological research aimed at accurately assessing the problems of formation of social activity among young people and its current state, and disseminating their results to the general public;
- Development of a separate program to ensure the activity of civil society institutions in this process. In particular, in the paragraph on improving the state youth policy:
- Upbringing physically healthy, mentally and intellectually developed, independent-minded, loyal to the motherland, strong outlook on life, deepening democratic reforms and increasing their social activity in the development of civil society;
- Employment of graduates of secondary special, vocational and higher education institutions and their involvement in private entrepreneurship;
- Support and realization of the creative and intellectual potential of the younger generation, the formation of a healthy lifestyle among children and youth, their widespread involvement in physical culture and sports;
- Social protection of youth, creation of decent housing and social conditions for young families;
- Organization of effective activities of public authorities, educational institutions, youth and other organizations in the implementation of state youth policy.
Striving to have the necessary information today is the period demand. However, today it is also important to disseminate information about the individual, social group, nation, society and the state itself.
