■ Abstract. Research direction on students and University young scientist research work promotion is regarded. Recommendations on students motivation for doing research work are given.
Key words: research work, scientific work, teaching process, conferences, olympiads, students motivation.
Modern society needs a creative labor in social active, enterprising and adventurous personality and capable for a radical transformation of social relations. It needs new, competent approach to training high qualified specialists. The main goals for high school education is the quality improvement training for specialists with modern research education on studied discipline [1,2].
In line with Deci and Ryan's self-determination theory (SDT),[3, 4] students' motivation for applying to medical school can be based on genuine interest (intrinsic motivation) and positive valuation ofthe medical profession (identified regulation), which together are defined as autonomous motivation. The choice can also be driven by internal pressures, such as feelings of guilt (introjected regulation), or external pressures or rewards (external regulation), which together are defined as controlled motivation. Research has indicated that autonomous motivation is the most desirable type of motivation and important for students' achievement outcomes and positive well-being of students [5-7]. Moreover, students with autonomous motivation are more likely to deliver autonomy-supportive and better patient care [8]. The fulfilment of three basic psychological needs - autonomy (making one's own choices), competence (feeling capable of doing something) and relatedness (sense of belonging to others) - fosters autonomous motivation [4,8].
The phenomenon of the educational environment, variously synonymized as spirit, climate, or culture, is complex and multifaceted [9]. Although frequently used in different forms, the concept is rarely well-defined, and a clear definition remains elusive. One plausible reason for this deficiency of conceptual framing could be that researchers were initially more occupied with attempting to measure the concept rather than trying to conceptualize and theorize it [10]. However, for the purpose of this study, we were inspired by a comprehensive operational
definition of the phenomenon from the standpoint of organizational research. This perceives the environment as a broad concept, potentially including all internal and external organizationally-related phenomena, with climate and culture describing subsets of the internal environment [11].
One of the main means of training highly qualified specialists is to attract students for research work. Research competence is component of the students personal self improvement.
Research work is carried out on education time and extracurricular time by the students.
1. Students research work is carried out on education time according to the education plan. It includes writing reports, doing laboratory works, research tasks on practice.
On doing research, students general and special research skills in research and generalization of research results, elements of analytical thinking are developed.
2. Students research work in extracurricular time -students work in scientific circle and seninars, contractual and state budgetary works, students participation in international studies under agreements with foreign educational and scientific institutions, competitions for grants, work in scientific and Research departments and so on and it is carried out under the supervision of the students supervisors. Participation in research work helps students to achieve education widely on their specialty and use education in solving practical objectives, to develop work skills in research staff.
3. Mass activities stimulating students research work development. Mass activities are competition, subject Olympiads, conferences and exhibitions. Competition is aimed to the improvement of the training quality for the future specialists and development of the students creative skills, personal potential development for research activities as well [12, 13].
Subject Olympiads are aimed to the improvement of the training quality for the future specialists and development of the students creative skills, personal potential development for research activities as well
Conference - a form of organization of scientific activity in which researchers present and discuss the results of their scientific work.Scientific creativity exhibition is to demonstrate the students research work achievements and contribute to the promotion and popularization of students research work achievements.
During participation in the scientific mass activities students demonstrate skills acquired in the first two stages (students research work included in the teaching process and students independent research work).
Moral, material and organizational forms can be used to motivate students for scientific works. Students - authors of the best works and their research supervisors are encouraged with the diploma, gifts according to the decision conference organization committee. Works with conference awards are recommended for submission to national and foreign competitions.
From the moral stimulation methods should be used thanks to the orders of the university, certificates, diplomas, recommendations for master's and PhD study. Scholarships, bonuses, allowances, travel to nonresident event and abroad are related to the stimulation material.
Wecan use encouragements as followings: including more active students and young scientists in organization committee and competitions, appointing them monitors,assistance manager of the departments
and etc. Targeted stimulation of subjects of research work promotes creative approach to scientific work and career development of research participants.Such encouragements are research and development [14-16].
WKSMU student scientific society were founded in 1958 and it begun its work with student scientific circles of the leading scientists as N.I. Izimbergenov, professor T.Zh. Umbetov, B.K. Karimov, B.K. Zhenalayev, B.T. Tussupkaliev and other.
Student research work goals are to develop training quality of the specialists with high education who is capable to use all achievements of the research progress. WKSMUworks on students involvement for research actively. The main research results were shown in table 1, student participation in scientific research international conferences is increasing year by year (2010-2011 - 6 and 2014-2015 - 27).
The main focus of the work to enhance the student research work applied to this part of the students is to implement a system of measures to create favorable conditions for their effective research work at the university level. No less important for this group is the organization of professional communication that promotes the formation of the professional corporate identity. Number of students participation in research are 689 in 2010-2011, 830 in 2014-2015. (table 2)
Students participation in scientific work is a force of their involvement in the process of creating material and spiritual values, and ultimately contributes to the development and innovative potential implementation

Students research work is aimed to the intellectual development, broaden their background, knowledge, development of unconventional thinking, the ability to solve quickly their tasks, creative self-development and personal fulfillment.
In Table 3, presented data show that 85.1% of students are students of the Faculty of General Medicine, the rest of students are 14.8% from other faculties.
2 financed student research projects since 2014, and in 2016, 11 projects were carried out. Annually student scientific society carries out international conference of students and young scientists on research work results. (table 4)
It is necessary to carry out work with students. Complex-target character of the work should be carried out as an individual support of the every talented student at all stages of education. For each student selected participating in research, scientific adviser is appointed which determines the direction of his creative and research work. Participation of these students in research is a part of education. Important task is not only timely information and the organization of the students participation in activities, but also involvement of the new students and scientific supervisors in research.

Thus, for the students motivation development for research activities is necessary to create conditions:
- an increase of the university science prestige;
- participants stimulation in research work;
- students involvement to the rationalization and inventive creativity;
- provision of the students with opportunities to try out their forces in solving actual problems in various fields of science on education.
It is necessary to pay great attention and support of the teachers to the students of the 1st course year who wants to do research.
The main form of the University students research work are:
- doing reports with new research results:
- doing laboratory work with the elements of the research;
- research work on practice;
- homework with elements of the creative search;
- participation in research competitions which is held at the University and other Universities
- participation in regional and international research conference.
- participation in exhibitions, student Olympiads.
