The international integration has not only spawned many unprecedented emerging industries and virtualized and networked enterprise forms, but also rapidly changed the development path and business model of enterprises. International integration is both an opportunity and a challenge to modern enterprises [1]. In the process of enterprise development and management, how to use the

influence of international integration and how to carry out enterprise innovation and risk management for the challenges are also the key issues that need to be studied and paid attention to.

Sanlu is a small and medium-sized enterprise specializing in retail and business in China. The limited scale of small and medium-sized micro-enterprises and the lack of innovative awareness of enterprise managers lead to greater difficulties in the innovative development of enterprises. Especially in recent years, with the continuous change of international integration, the speed of global industrial transfer is accelerating, and the trend of market resources allocation in the world is obvious. China's economic and social development mode rapidly changed, the global market has penetrated into various aspects of industries, and many foreign trade enterprises have risen rapidly, greatly reducing the profits and advantages of traditional retailing in the market. There are three main problems that Sanlu still exists currently.

First of all, the management concept of enterprise managers is conservative and backward, pursuing large-scale production and ignoring product improvement in order to reduce costs. Basically, they are using conservative operation strategies. However, in the International market, the prosperity of enterprises depends more on customers, and the needs of customers are increasingly showing characteristics of diversification, personalization and rapid response.

Second, the enterprise human resources management innovation effect is not good. Most of the enterprise management organization structure still follows the traditional pyramid model. With the continuous progress of information technology and the continuous development of network economy, the traditional enterprise management organization structure is facing challenges. The complicated and inefficient process of traditional organization mode will reduce the adaptability of enterprises, thus missing the best market opportunities and losing strategic advantages.

Third, the lack of innovative information and funds. Sanlu enterprises have not set up relevant trading agencies, so it is difficult to obtain the latest technical information. At the same time, in the process of constructing the information channel, it needs to spend a lot of money, and it is difficult to achieve results in a short period of time, which will cause serious obstacles to the development of enterprises. In addition, there is a lack of innovative funds [2]. For the development of any enterprise, funds are an essential element, while the financing channels for small and medium-sized micro-enterprises are relatively narrow, and the funds possessed by enterprises themselves are not sufficient to support technological innovation.

Fourth, the efficiency of asset operation needs to be improved. The operating capital of Sanlu enterprises is operating well under China's financial system. Even if financing or joint ventures are involved, its operating structure is still relatively stable. However, when such enterprises develop in the direction of internationalization, their asset operation structure will undergo great changes and they need to carry out cruel competitive activities with more enterprises. This will also lead to the capital structure facing multi-type development and gradually deviating from the original development strategy of enterprises. According to the data of the United Nations Center for Transnational Corporations, foreign direct investment increased by 28.9% every year from 2016 to 2019.The annual growth rate of global exports and GDP is only 9.4% and 7.8%.It can be seen that transnational corporations have increasingly become the general form of survival and development of modern large enterprises. It is a major change in the nature of multinational corporations to shift from production solely for export to division of labor worldwide. Obviously, Sanlu enterprises will be at a disadvantage if they only rely on organizing limited local resources to compete with multinational companies that dispatch resources worldwide [3].

Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze and understand the main problems in its management innovation, and then carry out enterprise management innovation based on the characteristics of the problems in international integration. Enterprises must innovate their management concept, which is the beginning of enterprise management innovation. The new management concept should combine the thinking and feelings of Internet users, meet the spirit of «openness, equality, cooperation and sharing» advocated by the Internet, truly change to «user-centered» and realize the effective development of the emerging business ecosystem.

In the process of international integration, enterprise management should be continuously adjusted and management plan also should be more scientific and complete formulated in this way, which is also an important means to improve the current comprehensive management quality. In terms of management, enterprise should constantly innovate management concepts and improve management methods, continuously enrich the enterprise's own culture [4], and enable the enterprise to stand firm in the world market.
