Стремительное развитие международной интеграции, особенно в последние годы, стало непреодолимой тенденцией, охватившей весь мир. Но это также неизбежно оказывает влияние на бизнес, который является одновременно хорошим и плохим, как сложным, так и перспективным.

In recent years, international integration has swept the world, which has had a profound impact on the development of business.

1. The challenge of international integration in business

Take Chinese enterprises as an example. As a developing country, at the beginning of the wave of international integration, Chinese enterprises are faced with challenges in the following three aspects.

First, it is vulnerable to the impact of foreign culture and risk.

Under the trend of globalization, cultural exchanges and economic relations between different parts of the world are increasingly close, and their mutual influence is also increasingly strengthened. In particular, regional conflicts and various global emergencies will affect China to different degrees, bringing risks to Chinese enterprises.

Second, the local market advantage is facing challenges.

With the integration of the global market and the gradual elimination of barriers to the cross-border flow of trade and services, national or regional economic protection policies will be difficult to continue, and enterprises will have to directly face the fierce global competition [1].

Third, there is increasing pressure on enterprises to transform and upgrade.

The influx of a large number of multinational companies will be on the domestic enterprises especially traditional.

The pressure on the survival of production enterprises will cause great pressure on product innovation and management of Chinese enterprises, and even lead to the closure of a large number of low-end production enterprises and the unemployment of a large number of low-skilled workers.

International integration makes the disadvantage of Chinese private small and medium-sized enterprises gradually exposed. One is management backward, empirical formula, family-style management has failed to keep pace with the need of the market competition, the second is the product is low, low technical content, generic products, rather than their innovative products accounted for making: three is the worker quality is not high, lack of innovation spirit, restricts the upgrading of products, machinery, equipment, four is most small and medium-sized enterprises is obsolete, and backward, and can only produce some low value-added products, thin margins and profitability [2].

Fourth, in China's domestic market, products from foreign countries and multinational companies plunder the market, which to some extent threatens the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In recent years, many foreign companies have rushed into China, and they have spared no expense in dumping their products by lowering their prices or even selling them at a loss.

According to relevant data, Japan Fuji film, photographic paper in Japan wholesale price is 300 yen (36) and 11 400 yen (5R) equivalent to RMB 22.5 yuan and 855 yuan. But the same product on the Chinese market, the cif price is only 7,5 yuan and 247 yuan (tax price), if the export price of a product is lower than the difference between the product in the home market price for the dumping margin is not as Japan Fuji film and paper dumping margin in China reached 66,7% and 75,8%.

According to incomplete statistics, dumping of foreign products causes huge losses to China every year, leading to hundreds of thousands of unemployment and potential unemployment, all this, the damage to small and medium-sized enterprises has a direct, but also has an indirect linkage effect.

Fifth, China's export products, mainly exported to developed countries, and in many developed countries verbally advocates to implement free trade, is the second century are used in a variety of means to forcibly occupy the market of other countries on the one hand, on the one hand, and increasing domestic market protection level, antidumping is commonly used in these countries, is also the most secluded and most powerful means, this means that these countries can easily put products of China's enterprises out of the market. In particular, the export of products to smes is more challenging [3].

2. The prospect of international integration in business

Taking Chinese enterprises as an example, I think the prospect of international integration has the following four aspects

First, international integration will improve the innovation awareness and ability of enterprises. Under the general trend of large-scale transnational transfer of research and development ability and advanced technology, enterprises can effectively absorb and utilize the technological innovation resources of international multinational companies, so as to enhance their innovation ability.

Second, international integration will improve the awareness and ability of enterprises to cooperate, strengthen production cooperation and exchanges with multinational enterprises, and implement the international business strategy.

The scientific and technological revolution marked by the Internet has accelerated the transnational flow of various production factors. In the future, Chinese enterprises will also need to cooperate with other enterprises to use their respective comparative advantages to produce the required products.

Three is the international integration will improve business open consciousness and ability, which promote the formation of the international multilateral trading system, and Chinese companies engaged in international trade, is mostly «bilateral trade, needs to be quickly adapt to and join the tide of» multilateral trade, to respond effectively and avoid the risk of regional conflicts and global emergency.

Fourth, international integration will enhance the brand awareness and ability of enterprises. International integration will accelerate the flow of capital factors, bringing opportunities for Chinese enterprises to make up for the lack of development capital.

Chinese enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises in their own development when facing a prominent problem is the insufficient funds, it is difficult to create their own brands and technologies, to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) is a channel to solve insufficient funds, and can make full use of capital market, enterprise of strength are encouraged to acquire overseas brands, and from the angles such as technology, quality, variety and service enhance brand image and value [4].
