Abstract: this article provides instructions for growing and exporting agricultural products. It was about the importance of quality control in the export of fruits and vegetables, that is, about the proper organization of logistics processes and the role of the state in this process. Keywords: world market, export, procurement, consumption, quality, logistics.

It is known that a quality product plays an important role in expanding the export potential of any country to the world market and increasing their competitiveness. It is obvious that the agricultural products exported from the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan have a number of indicators that are superior to those grown abroad, and their place in the world market.

This, in turn, can be seen as a way to meet demand and address the shortage of agricultural products. In January-April this year alone, the Republic of Uzbekistan exported 120,000 tons of agricultural products worth $ 115.9 million. Along with this work, local logistics centers have been established. It should be noted that it also allowed to increase the share of exports.

"According to a United Nations food report, about 1 billion people in the world are currently experiencing food shortages. And in our country, we know and see that this is a far cry from the policy pursued. At present, more than 180 types of fruits and vegetables and their products are processed in excess of the needs of our people. "It is exported to more than 80 countries, such as Japan."

The growing export potential of our country, in turn, contributes to the development of the logistics system for the supply of goods. We know that agricultural products are the main trade objects in the field of logistics. Depending on the properties of the products, there are problems with their delivery and the possibility of damage and corrosion, of course. Therefore, it is necessary to properly implement the logistics system for agricultural products.

This means that the quality of the product largely depends on the storage conditions, method and a number of other factors. Various factors affect the formation of product quality. The main factor is the geographical factor, which includes the characteristics of the soil and climatic conditions of the natural area where the product is grown. Technological factors, agricultural culture and cultivation technology also to some extent shape the quality of the product. Biological factors The introduction of new varieties and hybrids is also important in shaping product quality. At the same time, the quality of the product depends on the point of preparation, the level of development of the material and technical base and the technology of its reception, storage and processing. These factors are mainly important in the cultivation of agricultural products. High-quality products can lose their original properties during transportation, storage and processing and become poor quality products.

The quality of agricultural products is the sum of consumption characteristics, which is determined by the satisfaction of certain needs of the population. Product quality is a set of a number of its properties. The quality of agricultural products is formed under the influence of objective factors of a natural nature. Therefore, it is expedient to differentiate the quality

of products grown in different regions of the country. Some properties of agricultural products increase its quality, while others have the opposite effect.

For example, if the increase in the amount of carbohydrates in the fruit is positive, its ability to accumulate pesticides and nitrate salts is negative. Nowadays, maintaining the quality of agricultural products until it reaches the consumer is important not only for external but also for domestic market consumers. This means that the products offered by modern agribusiness must meet both domestic and foreign market standards.

Appropriate infrastructure is required for the logistics system to work well. The process of placing, storing and storing goods and the information flows that accompany them require certain technical means. These funds form the logistics infrastructure and their interaction creates the logistics system. The infrastructure must perform all logistics functions accurately and seamlessly. The structure of logistics infrastructure under consideration at the macroeconomic level includes:

- transport routes of all types of transport;

- transport nodes - ports, container terminals, railway freight transportation and handling stations, transport terminals;

- buildings and structures that allow storage and storage, together with their technical equipment, to carry out basic functions such as permitting the management of goods and the realization, opening and packaging of cargo, as well as loading and unloading points,

- elements of the logistics center infrastructure, such as distribution centers, logistics service centers, transport and storage facilities;

- software for devices and means of data processing and distribution.

Due to the global economic imbalance, the main task for many logistics companies is to increase competitiveness, as well as to select new strategic priorities that can adapt to changes in the external environment. Innovative approaches to the organization of logistics and innovative approaches by multimodal transport operators are becoming increasingly important, the only way to achieve the goals of optimizing logistics processes is to automate basic operations and establish interaction between the logistics provider and the customer can be done with.

According to the resolution, it is a priority to provide various benefits to organizations that export their products, to reform the regulation of export-import operations, to take appropriate measures to completely eliminate the delay in the issuance of certificates of conformity for products defined as a plan. The decision is aimed at strengthening the export potential of the country, expanding and diversifying the export geography, active use of modern marketing methods in exporting domestic products to foreign markets, as well as increasing the number of export companies and their financial stability.

One of the current directions of strategic management development is the use of partnership strategy. The basis of strategic management is a strategic partnership with strategic partners that combines resources and opportunities to meet the needs of end users. Under this strategy, mutually beneficial cooperation and target market segmentation with expected competitors Maximum satisfaction of consumers with goods and services will be achieved through joint efforts and resources. In particular, by exporting agricultural products in the country, it will be possible to import other necessary products with the help of strategic partners. This mainly leads to an increase in road utilization rates and contributes to a correspondingly higher level of efficiency.

In conclusion, we are witnessing a systematic management, organization of production, direct and mutually beneficial relations with the consumer in the developed countries of the world has faced a number of challenges over the past period in growing agricultural products and exporting them to European markets. This, in turn, prevents us from increasing our export potential. If we constantly analyze the improvement of quality by introducing international standards in existing areas, the effectiveness will be in place. In the end, we

believe that this will lead to an increase in the number of "Made in Uzbekistan" signs on the

world market and a further increase in the share of our agricultural products.
