This article analyzes variety of researches and contributions which were done by linguistic scholars in order to develop parameological unit. It gives different research work which gives rich basis for developing proverbs as a parameological unit . One of the factors that enhance the effectiveness of speech is the in-depth and effective use of the paremological unit (phraseologism, prose, dialect) in the language.

Abstract: this article analyzes variety of researches and contributions which were done by linguistic scholars in order to develop parameological unit. It gives different research work which gives rich basis for developing proverbs as a parameological unit. One of the factors that enhance the effectiveness of speech is the in-depth and effective use of the paremological unit (phraseologism, prose, dialect) in the language.

The collection of paremological units that are ready for the talk is very ancient. In the 11th century Mahmud Qashgari introduced 400 names of the Turkic people to the Devon and explained how they were used in the Arabic language. More than 250 of them are present in the current Uzbek language, both in terms of content and shape [1, 13].

Paramiology is a parody of paroimia, spoken in the Greek language, and the form of the "primitive" or "ordinary" verbal culture, which is not separated as a separate science. Paramiology is engaged in three main topics: genre diversity, classification of materials and their classification. In order to know the meaning of the proverbs in other languages, their function is not enough to justify their translation. That is why linguist scientists have made a great deal of research and have comprehensively understood the meaning of proverbs. One such linguist, B. Gimblet [2], argues that the pragmatic approach in the study of proverbs is of great importance. In order to comprehend the full meaning of proverbs, it is necessary to have a specific context and focus on the meaning of the proverb's use. This pragmatic-sophisticated approach in Linguistics has helped to comprehensively comprehend the function of proverbs. This is because the meaning of the context does not mean the same meaning. The Estonian linguist, A. Krikman [3], believes that the language, the task, the pragmatic situation used and the chosen language are key factors in determining the semantics of proverbs. Referring to the analytical method of Cherkassian manuscripts, he considers these articles are as the smallest unit of supralinguistic - semicology. Proverbs should be understood as a cultural paradigm.

Of course, some proverbs have a meaning and portability, so they need to be aware of the language culture in order to understand these differences. This is an example of this; "Do not put all your eggs in one basket" (putting all your eggs in one basket), this proverb describes a specific situation. It is used only when it is used in a portable sense, meaning the word "five fingers in the mouth". These two proverbs are also understandable in Uzbek proverbs. It is possible to use this proverb in its meanings and in terms of portability. The essence of the given proverbs can also be summed up in terms of meaning, and the peculiar meaning of proverbs is important. As we can see from this, one of the most important features of Parameology is the knowledge of the language and culture of that language, because we draw errors in understanding the proverb by measuring our own views.

There are proverbs for every imaginable context, and they are thus as contradictory as life itself. Proverb pairs like "Absence makes the heart grow fonder" and "Out of sight, out of mind" or "Look before you leap" and "He who hesitates is lost" make it abundantly clear that proverb does not represent a logical philosophical system. But when the proper proverb is chosen for a particular situation, it is bound to fit perfectly and it becomes an effective formulaic strategy of communication. And contrary to some isolated opinions, proverbs

have not lost their usefulness in modern society. In the case of M. Sadriddinova [4], the linguistic features of Uzbek proverbs is not studied only according to the literal meaning, but also with the dialectical variations, that the essence of the proverbs varies with different variants of meaning, and shows the statistics of using them over a different area. Because some proverbs are used in different areas, word-based lexemes or terms may be inaccurate, and when analyzing proverb in terms of words, they can analyze the meanings and make them understandable options to other regions.

In the given proverb, the word "Hamsoya" (neighbor) is almost not used in our literary speech, but the word "Qo'shni" (neighbor) is used instead of this word. This proverb is commonly used in the oasis region and is interpreted as word in Persian. From this example, we can say even small region also give different variant of expressing their wisdom so that we should be aware of their language use to understand local people's proverb.

The ability of many proverbs to be used in this case can be attributed to the fact that proverbs are also used in the dialects, and can be considered as one of the factors that contribute to the richness of these proverbs. They serve people well in oral speech and the written word, coming to mind almost automatically as prefabricated verbal units.
