PROSPECTS AND PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF CULTURE OF
CITIZENS ON THE BASIS OF IDEOLOGICAL EDUCATION
Annotation: As we all know, the formation of the personality of the younger generation occurs under the influence of a number offactors. The most important of these factors will be directly related to its pure-mannered heritage, exemplary upbringing in the family, social environment in the neighborhoods, the importance of youth education in schools and other educational institutions.
Key words: development, culture, citizen, ideological education.
Since the first days of independence, our country has been paying great attention to the issue of the role of a person in society, especially the education of the growing younger generation. For the same purpose, the role of families in society was increased, the neighborhood management was given broad rights, radical reforms were carried out in schools, secondary vocational education and higher education systems, and these works are continuing in practice.
Ideological upbringing is a process aimed at forming the worldview of a person, a social group, a nation, a society, arming them with ideological knowledgealaydigan expressing specific goals. The purpose of any ideological upbringing is to ensure the educational level of each member of society and each social layer, group in their embodiment. This ultimately ensures that the progressive ideas that give impetus to the development of that society are consciously assimilated by each citizen, transformed into a way of thinking and thinking. In this sense, the ideology of national independence should express in the minds and minds of every citizen living and working in Uzbekistan the most healthy ideas and thoughts that express our centuries-old national values,the present and future interests of our people. This aspect is one of the main features of ideological upbringing.
Every social force or strata of the population in the society pursue their own interests and goals after creating a system of expressive ideas, he tries to attract other groups to the influence of his ideas, the ranks of his supporters.
Ideas are fair and truthful, and if they fit the needs,the demand of the majority, this is the goal is achieved when the means of education in the field are impressive, and educators are active and self-sacrificing.
Today, favorable conditions are created in the leadership of our compatriots for the formation of the younger generation as a harmonious person.
It should be specially noted that the Bunda is organized sports fields, sports clubs, music, painting and various crafts clubs.
The educational processes in the present independent states, especially in Uzbekistan, which were part of the Union during the former Shura regime, were based mainly on the policy of Westernization, and the specific national spirituality, customs, traditions and moral conceptions of each nation were eliminated. As a result of this, in a certain sense, there was a "emptiness" in the minds of nations, especially in the perception of self.
It is known to us that in the early years of our independence, ideological centers in some Western countries, which sought to use this ideological "emptiness", tried to fill the minds of young people with the concepts of Western upbringing that were not peculiar to our nation, which were not. It is not true that we say that these actions are completely eliminated today. Thanks to this, we believe that the education of young people is more than ever, and this topic should be one of the permanent and important issues of the day.
The main purpose of education is to enable the growing younger generation to find its strong position in society, as an educated, wise and healthy - minded person, which is characteristic of perfect people.
The main task of education is the expression of the younger generation from finding content that corresponds to the rules of conduct adopted in our society, moral qualifications and skills, needs and aspirations.
Educator scientist Abdulla Avlani emphasized the role of education in the human perfection in his work "TypKHH rymcTOH exyg ax^o^" and said:" His excellency created the true people as talented and capable in the real world, with good and evil, with profit and loss, with white and black. But to bring this ability in a person to perfection is in the means of upbringing. It turns out to be a happy person if the child is well brought up, preserved from a corrupt behavior and is big, addicted to beautiful behavior. If an ill-mannered, morally corrupt person grows up, he becomes a foolish, ignorant "rasvoi" person who does not take heed, does all sorts of corrupt deeds.
In these purhikmat words, it is more obvious how the education is of great importance in human perfection.
At present, in addition to the influence of family, neighborhood, school and educational institutions in the education of the younger generation, the product of globalisation processes-the factor of means of rapid information transmission and Exchange through various Internet networks-should be kept in the center of attention. It is alarming that they are entering the lives of our young people through indecent, hurtful films and various absurd games, which promote various destructive ideas in their means, poison the minds of young people.
It is also worth paying attention to the fact that in our country there are more and more mass publications, among which the level is slightly lower, "Entertainment" is light-the material that expresses the elpi way of life, does not
correspond to our national mentality from a moral point of view, also comes to the attention of young people.
In this regard, we believe that attention should also be paid to the various radio-televedenies that are currently operating, although today it has decreased for a while, unfortunately, some "side" cinema films and broadcasts, light-elpi songs, which are broadcast, are also deeply concerned about the negative impact on the minds of our young people.
Today, computer games, organized in some underground passages of the Centers of our region and districts, are almost completely isolated. However, we will witness the present day and money by some "entrepreneurs" and the fact that they have opened and are on the eve of opening computer houses near educational institutions. A person who thinks about sitting at a computer desk and seeing different fighting games while he is at school is teaching young and old children here.
As mentioned above, the review of "gameboxes" dictates the further study of narrative and propaganda among students and young people in families, neighborhoods and educational institutions, so as to meditate in depth in this regard.
Our youth is the future of the nation, and our nation has its own mentality-an age-old educational institution. First of all, it is necessary for our navqiran generation to be educated on the basis of sharqana traditions, norms of morality, at the same time to be able to assimilate universal human values with a deep understanding.
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.Mirziyoyev also expressed the following thoughts in this regard, saying: "We are all proud and proud of the fact that our young people are rightfully able to take responsibility for the future of our homeland, becoming the decisive force of today and tomorrow".
To this end, the most important task of the government, relevant ministries and departments, as well as the entire educational system, our respected institutions and professors-teachers - is to provide a thorough education to the younger generation, to emphasize them as an indicator of the upbringing of physically and spiritually mature people. In all his speeches and lectures, our compatriot puts forward the issue of paying special attention to the fact that our future depends on what kind of education and training the younger generation receives, as well as on the education of many marotaba, they are mature both spiritually and jismonan andualual. In this context, the process of adult education is organized by training a confident, independent-minded, educated, qualified specialist who is able to ensure the development of Uzbekistan, contributing to its rise to the level of advanced countries of the world, as well as personnel with positive qualities. From this point of view, the role of each of the educational institutions, not only family, Neighborhood, Youth Union of Uzbekistan, public and non-profit organizations plays a special
role in educating the growing generation in the spirit of independence and loyalty to its values, nation-building and patriotism, respect for universal values.
