knowledge, general skills, special knowledge, and also certain practical skills.

Literature review.

According to an analysis of the literature on the topic, the general skills that a doctor should have are:

1. Assessment of the basic laws of formation and regulation of human physiological functions during his life.

2. Understanding the age characteristics of the human body and its functional systems.

3.Using the theoretical basis of medicinal and non-medicinal methods of treatment and prevention of common human diseases.

4. In-depth study of clinical sciences.

5. Implementation of preventive measures aimed at identifying early and hidden forms of diseases and risk factors.

6. Timely and correct diagnosis.

Taking into account all of the above, we believe that it is important to form the necessary competencies in the future medical worker. Competence means knowledge, suitability for one's profession, competence, experience, being a master of one's field, one's work, knowing the secrets of one's field in every way.

1) awareness of the answer to this or that question;

2) the ability to make the necessary decisions to achieve the desired results at

work.

3) finding and resolving optimal solutions to problematic, conflicting, conflicting situations is evidence of competence.

Pedagogical competence means professional and personal characteristics that determine the readiness and ability to perform pedagogical functions in accordance with the norms, standards and requirements adopted in a specific historical period. In order to form the above-mentioned competencies in medical education, it is first necessary to form professional motives in existing students, because it is motives that are the main locomotive that moves students.

professional competence in medical education, because such an approach is aimed at the active participation of the student and effective results. The first researches on the technological approach to teaching, that is, the reproducible description of the educational process as a production process, were carried out American educationalists in the 50s of our century. the phrase "teaching technology" was first used by the American scientist Skinner. He described the teaching technology as the practical application of the achievements of the science of psychology. Golbright, professor of the text committee of the Pedagogical Communication and Technology Association, defines the concept of pedagogical technology as follows: "Educational technology is the systematic application of scientific and other knowledge to solve practical problems."

for the emergence of the phrase pedagogical technology in the educational system: 1) didactic rules were not widely popularized in all countries (in particular, the USA), 2) its rules were not very constructive and lagged behind the needs of the times, and 3 ) that in the 60s of our century, technically programmed educational machines entered the educational process. The concept of "interactive" is derived from the English word "interact" ("inter" - "together", "act" - "action"). Interactive teaching is a special type of cognitive activity organization. It will have complete, specific and planned objectives. One of these goals is to create such a high-level environment in the teaching process, in which the student should realize his success, intellectual level, which turns the teaching process into a productive process. Interactive education method is implemented by each teacher at the level of available tools and capabilities. In this, each student learns at different levels according to his motivations and intellectual level.

Analysis аnd results.

Interactive learning technology - each teacher ensures that all students learn the lesson as intended. In this case, each student, having his own motivation and intellectual level, learns the lesson at a predetermined level.

In accordance with the above, it is possible to indicate the following main features of the practical application of pedagogical technology.

this purpose, the student is taught to independently analyze the learning material and learn, to think, to think creatively, and to come to personal conclusions.

2. The student is not given ready-made knowledge, he is taught to acquire knowledge independently from sources. In this, the student is taught to strengthen and expand what the teacher taught in the lesson, first of all, with the textbook, and then by teaching him to independently use additional literature, the Internet system, reference books, and the like.

3. It is guaranteed that all students acquire knowledge according to their abilities. In this case, the student's mastery is determined by the level of his skills and abilities to use the knowledge he has learned in practical activities in life.

Pedagogical technology is the process of generalization of programs, textbooks and training manuals, visual aids and technical tools related to the educational system.Organization of various literary evenings, meetings, encouraging students to master the idea of national independence, and rational use of all educational and educational methods that serve to increase the activity of participants in one or another period, is an important factor in increasing the effectiveness of knowledge. Organization of classes using age-appropriate elements of interactive pedagogical technologies for students from the first years shows that it gives great positive results in the activation and acceleration of the educational process. Interactive means to increase the effectiveness of the lesson based on the cooperation of the teacher and students, to form students' independent thinking, reasoning, communication skills. In this method, the student, with his active participation, tries to find answers to problems and questions individually, in pairs, in groups, thinks, evaluates, writes, speaks, and tries to clarify the issue through evidence and grounds. This will be kept in the memory of students for a long time. A critical, analytical approach is taken when learning a new topic (information). The teacher acts only as a facilitator (guide, organizer, observer).

Conclusion/Recommendations.

In conclusion, it can be said that in order to achieve the pedagogical goals of each type of lesson, the teacher must mobilize his intellectual potential, use advanced pedagogical experience, and finally, choosing a method sho become a real creative act. The advantages of classes organi

on the basis of interactive pedagogical technologies are that such a system of classes serves as the basis of a science that sharpens thinking, forms boundless love for the Motherland, loyalty, civic ethics and democratic culture. Methods such as "Working with groups", "Discussion", "Problem teaching", "Brainstorming", as well as working with tables, writing works expressing independent opinion, and writing essays in the teaching of subjects increase the activity of students. Such classes conducted on the basis of these methods save time and deliver new knowledge to the student, therefore, at the same time, they make the student think, encourage deep observation, attract all attention, and come out of the situation with the right conclusions in problematic situations and disputes. he will be able to connect and generalize the knowledge he receives with other subjects.
