Introduction

The constant accuracy of the human body is one of the most crucial elements that keeps it healthy and prevents diseases, according to great physicians and scholars who lived in our nation several centuries ago as well as the dimensions of modern medical science. eating and ingesting goods that are healthy for the body and of high quality. A person loses his or her health without recognizing it as long as the food products they consume, which are essential for the body, are of poor quality and, on top of that, dangerous. Every state and system makes an effort to offer its residents as many high-quality and secure food products as they can because of this.

With the global population growing, one of the most pressing issues is how to produce more food while also expanding its variety and meeting human need. The cost of raw materials and finished goods is also

high in the food business amid the current global financial crisis. Numerous issues were brought on by the product's manufacture.

One of the most pressing issues affecting nations around the world is food safety. Today, the UN is stating as well that it is time to fundamentally alter how food is produced and distributed. After all, in a perfect world, agriculture, forestry, and fisheries would be able to feed everyone and provide as a means of revenue, as depicted in the brochure. Additionally, under such a scenario, agricultural development would be in the best interests of the populace, and environmental protection measures would be put in place.

Why is a renowned institution dedicated to the welfare and future of humanity advocating for changing the way people think about this issue?

The rationale is that a number of detrimental elements, including modern indifference to nature, expanding anthropogenic influence on it, wastefulness, the widening gap in food balance between rich and poor countries, and climate change, are to blame. Our precious resources, such as fresh water, the oceans, forests, and biological diversity, are fast disappearing, and soil quality is deteriorating.

As a result, the UN estimates that 815 million people worldwide are currently undernourished and that there won't be 2 billion by the year 2050. Of them, 12.9% reside in underdeveloped nations. Malnutrition accounts for 45% of mortality in children under the age of five. Currently, 3.1 children die as a result of this each year.

In our nation, a variety of standards for maintaining food safety have been set, and public catering companies use these standards. Concessions made by the government in the area of organizing healthy nutrition in Uzbekistan are among them. It is common knowledge that the management of the production process and the assessment of the quality of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final goods are carried out in laboratories in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries. The research techniques utilized to guarantee food safety must be practical, straightforward, and quick. In addition, techniques for identifying the key quality indicators that reveal the failure of technical processes must be made available.

Food safety is crucial to preserving the general public's health.

Food security is a condition of the economy in which, on the one hand, conditions are created to satisfy consumption in accordance with scientifically based indicators, regardless of the fluctuations of the global markets, and on the other hand, at the level of medical standards, and the population is consistently supplied with food products. Supply is ensured. Food insecurity is a condition where people lack access to the safe, wholesome food they need for healthy development, growth, and an active lifestyle. Poor nutrition among

the populace is caused by food insecurity or low levels of food security, which has substantial and far-reaching negative effects on people, families, and the country as a whole. Food security entails meeting the population's fundamental nutritional needs with the help of adequate native resources and minimizing reliance on imports.

Following Uzbekistan's independence, steps were taken to ensure grain independence and food security by increasing and allocating new farmsteads for rural populations as well as changing the composition of agricultural products. These efforts are now clearly yielding results. As a result of the wise use of their plots, every household is growing ecologically sound products to meet the demands of the people today, making our population the leader in the production of high-quality food items.

In conclusion, it should be mentioned that the state must carry out the crucial activities listed below in order to ensure food safety: Disinfection is a successful method for ensuring that the proper sanitary-hygienic standards are followed in food enterprises and preventing the growth of alien germs. Disinfection (disinfection) is the process of getting rid of pathogenic bacteria and pests that contaminate and ruin food as well as raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.

Take precautionary measures in every business to avoid such dangerous pathogens. 2. The prompt removal of manufacturing waste, observance of cleanliness standards in all enterprise departments, and the use of equipment, equipment, and pipelines. 3. Active control methods, whose effective means are broken down into physico-chemical categories, are also utilized in conjunction with preventative measures of infection control.
