Annotation. Recreation of children and their recovery are one of the modern education priorities. Children's country camp provides ample opportunities for improving motor activity and physical well-being of schoolchildren. Materials. A new approach to the goal-setting of educational activities in a children's country camp is proposed. The system of pedagogical monitoring is developed, which allows to trace the formation of adaptive health systems of children's country camps. Physical well-being acts as one of the main criteria for the organization of children's country camp recreational subspace. Research methods. Analysis and systematization of scientific and scientific-methodical literature, pedagogical experiment, questionnaire, statistical data processing. Results. The article proposes a method of pedagogical monitoring of children's country camps adaptive educational systems recreational subspace organization. The technique offers diagnostics of children physical well-being level at the beginning of the shift. Assessment of the change's dynamics in the health of children at the end of the shift. Conclusion. The study proved that the use of pedagogical monitoring of the adaptive educational system formation has a positive effect on the organization of recreational space and improves the physical well-being of children.
Key words: children's health camp, adaptive educational system, pedagogical monitoring, physical well-being of children.

INTRODUCTION
Urgency. Children's country camp provides good opportunities for the improvement of the child in summer. Natural living conditions and events, frequent change of activities contribute to the motor activity of schoolchildren. With the competent organization of educational activities in the country camp. It should contribute to the improvement of children physical well-being. In our opinion, the pedagogical activity in the country camp should be aimed at the formation of an adaptive educational system, the main task of which is to create a comfortable educational space that contributes to the development of the child's personality.
In the educational space of the country camp can be identified specific recreational (lat. recreatio - restoration, relaxation, reinforcement) subspace which includes measures for the rehabilitation of children. Physical well-being, along with psychological and social well-being, is an integral part of the concept "health". Under the physical well-being we mean not only the absence of diseases, trauma and injuries of the child's body, but also his health, a positive assessment of his physical condition.
The purpose of this work is to test and justify the effectiveness of the pedagogical monitoring use in the formation of children's health camps adaptive educational systems.
Tasks:
1. To identify the features of children's health camps adaptive educational systems, affecting the physical well-being of children.
2. Reveal the pedagogical potential of pedagogical monitoring
in the formation of children's health camps adaptive educational systems.
3. Establish indicators of physical well-being for children resting in children's health camps.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
The study was conducted for three years (2015-2017) in four (two camps in the experimental and control groups) suburban camps of the Ulyanovsk region, which have similar starting characteristics for social, material, technical, methodological and personnel conditions. The second summer shift (end of June - middle of July) was chosen for the experiment, because at this time the climatic conditions in the region are the most favorable for the organization of educational activities in natural conditions (long daylight hours, comfortable average air temperature, a large number of sunny days and minimum wind speed in the year). The experiment involved 295 children aged 10-12 years, all children were chosen randomly, live in the Ulyanovsk region.
In the experimental group teachers implemented the structurally-substantial model of an adaptive educational system, carried out pedagogical monitoring of the recreational subspaces, the results of which allow to quickly adjust the program shift. In the control group pedagogical monitoring was carried out from outside (the results of monitoring were not reported and were not discussed with teachers).
At the ascertaining stage, at the beginning of the shift, and at the control stage, at the end of the shift, a survey of children was conducted by the method of health diagnosis, activity and mood (SAN questionnaire). At the forming stage in summer, consultations, focus groups with teachers of the experimental group were held, other methods of assessing the adaptive educational system were introduced.
RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH AND DISCUSSION
To assess the organization of recreational subspace, we have identified three levels (high, satisfactory and unsatisfactory) according to three criteria:
physical well-being, social well-being and psychological well-being.
As indicators of physical well - being were identified traditional quantitative (number of infectious diseases outbreaks, number of accidents that led to the death of the child, number of accidents that caused injuries, percentage of children who received a high recovery efficiency) and introduced the first qualitative indicator - Children's assessment dynamics of their health. Next, we consider the results of the qualitative indicator.
When using the SAN questionnaire in the aspect of assessing the recreational subspace, we propose to track the average performance of the temporary team of children (detachment) for each category at the beginning and end of the shift by their dynamics (decrease, increase, constancy). For a more accurate measurement of the dynamics of indicators we used decimals with two decimal places. When the decline to the end of the shift in the interval between -0.1 and below - the level of recreational space organization should be recognized as inadequate. The dynamics recorded in the interval from -0,09 to 0.1 is satisfactory, with growth rates in the range from 0.11 and above - high.
In 2015, during the ascertaining stage of the experiment, it was found that the average rate of children physical well-being who came to the 2-summer shift is high and above average. In the experimental group there was a high level of children's health assessment (6.05-6.08), in the control group the average rate of children was above average - high (5.72-6.25). At the control stage, the indicators remained within the same level. At the same time, both positive and insignificant negative dynamics (-0.02) are noted. In 2016, according to the results of the ascertaining stage in both groups, the levels in children were above average and high: in the experimental (5,47-6,03), in the control group (5,50-6,41).At the control stage of 2016, the results are already markedly different: if the experimental group showed positive dynamics (+0.3 and + 0.73), then in the
control group there was a significant decline (-0.1 and -0.18). This is due to the fact that in the preparatory period (January - May) with the teachers of the experimental group a number of activities was carried out to implement the model of adaptive educational system. In the summer shifts measures to improve the recreational subspace were provided.
In 2017, at the ascertaining stage, it was noted that children came with a lower level of health. The results of the average and above average were recorded at the entrance diagnosis. The level of physical well - being at the ascertaining stage in all groups is above average: in the experimental group - 5,335,73; in the control group - 5,47-5,55. The range of results at the beginning of the shift between the groups was only 0.4 points, this is the minimum divergence of starting positions for three years of the experiment. At the control stage there was positive dynamics. But if in the experimental group the growth of the results is from 0.38 to 0.81 points, then in the control group the maximum growth was only 0.13 points. Indicators of children's health assessment dynamics are shown in Figure 1.
CONCLUSIONS
The results of the experiment revealed that in the country camps of the experimental group (EG1 and EG2), where a model of adaptive educational system was introduced and as a control of this system formation, pedagogical monitoring of recreational subspace organization was introduced on a regular basis. Dynamics of children physical well-being indicators steadily grew and remained at a high level. While in suburban camps of the control group (KG1 and KG2) indicators of children physical well-being were less stable and predictable. It was due to the lack of the teaching staff 's clear model for building educational work and information support. It was in the form of children physical well-being state pedagogical monitoring results. Teachers acted intuitively, which did not guarantee a positive result. The proposed indicators of children resting in children's health camps physical well-being
confirmed the effectiveness of pedagogical educational systems of children's health monitoring use in order to form adaptive camps.
