The problem of students involvement into systematic physical exercises is one of the most urgent problems. In spite of its urgency realization nothing has changed in the practice of special secondary and higher education organization and in the approaches to physical upbringing lessons among students realization, that is why present research work is also very urgent. Materials. The article offers scientifically substantiated approach of a wider physical culture and sport means use for intellectual, spiritual-moral development and also for physical readiness indices increase. Research methods: scientific and special pedagogical literature analysis, progressive pedagogical experience summarizing, pedagogical experiment, testing, conversations, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. Different forms of physical culture lessons organization and realization provide sense of novelty, irregularity of the ways of educational-training lessons creation and organization, originality of an approach, attention attraction to effective motor actions, the quality of mastering which, in terms of an optimal intensity and sufficient volume, provides the set aim achievement and the corresponding objectives realization. Experimental results prove the expediency and effectiveness of the offered way of involving students into different physical exercises as an adjunct to educational subjects, independent use of physical culture and sport means. It is effective in case of the realized attitude to physical-sports activity of children, teen-agers and students. Conclusion. The forms of motor activity development among children, teen-agers and students increase their physical readiness; activate cognitive processes, directed toward searching for original forms of self-expression and self-affirmation. The base of a new approach to successful life organization is a positive, deeply realized understanding formation of physical culture and sport potential, as the main mean of an individual's spiritual-moral and physical development at all stages of his development.

INTRODUCTION

One of the reasons for health deterioration and its indices decrease is insufficient volume of motor activity. Restricted muscular activity gets into the habit of sedentary lifestyle, which makes it impossible to use physical culture and sport means for self-development and self-realization. Getting people involved into systematic physical exercises is a long-term process, the effectiveness of which is conditioned by gradual problems solution:

- mastering human race experience in physical culture and sport means use for many-sided harmonious development, including motor-coordinating, moral-volitional, moral and intellectual qualities formation;

- different means and forms of lessons use, which correspond with the interests, needs of different groups and categories of population;

- mastering physical culture and sport values as a spiritual-moral base for the role and place of physical culture and sport understanding, diseases prevention, the need for healthy life style formation.

In physical upbringing theory and methodology one of the prospective directions of involving oncoming generations into

systematic physical exercises is the opportunity to realize an individual's need for self-actualization. It conditions the necessity to study motivation of those, who train, as the module of educational-training lessons organization depends on the character of motivation. The base of personality-oriented approach to lessons organization is individuality development as the process of self-actualization and self-development on the basis of pedagogical conditions creation, which provide and support positive psycho-emotional state.

One of the basic approaches to personality-oriented approach realization during physical-sports activity is unified pedagogical space creation, which provides opportunities for the specific for each person traits and character peculiarities, world view, interactions with people around during motor activity demonstration. Special pedagogical literature analysis proves that under the influence of an intensive muscular load, children and teen-agers worst of all control their behavior, and it helps to study better the peculiarities and structure of their motivational and specific subjective activity. Personality-oriented approach helps to take into account potentialities of those, who train, for individual aims and objectives of close

and future development setting and an individual development owing to physical culture and sport means, as realization of students' free choice of the physical and spiritual-moral development way provision.

The aim of this work is the effective ways of personality-oriented approach realization substantiation during physical-sports activity of different age schoolchildren and students.

Objectives:

1. Theoretical and methodological substantiation of physical culture means role and place in personality formation, development and improvement.

2. Experimental effectiveness check of this approach offered ways realization.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

The effectiveness of the directed physical exercises influence, depending on the aims and objectives, is determined mainly by activity motivation, which provides optimal level of kinesiological potential development and improvement. In this connection the leading component, which conditions the effectiveness of motor activity, is systematic character of individually directed training load use. The process of an organism normal functioning supporting is conditioned by physiological mechanisms, which provide qualitative functional state of an organism improvement. The leading role of physical culture and sport in personality development is conditioned by the opportunity to create pedagogical conditions, which motivate teen-agers demonstrate and master the basis of moral behavior, regulated by the set rules. Universality of physical exercises influence on an organism is determined by the unity of intellectual and physical, biological and social aspects, the result of which is ethical-volitional, moral and physical qualities progressive development. Traditional approach to physical upbringing of children, teen-agers and students is based on physical readiness level increase, which is determined by the corresponding aims and objectives setting, which condition the choice of the corresponding means and methods.

Offered by us approach to physical-sports activity of children, teen-agers and students on the basis of personality-oriented approach helps to define the content of educational-training process, directed toward personality parameters development, by means of an individual's objective intellectual and physical abilities estimation. For a child with not sufficiently developed level of perception and attention the system of physical exercises and individual motor tasks is selected, which provide the indices of different phenomena and things perception increase, all kinds of attention improvement. Such kind of physical-sports activity organization helps to set close connection with the teacher of other academic subjects.

A schoolchild or a student with insufficient level of memory development the content of training lessons is offered, which demands memorizing an optimal algorithm of motor action fulfillment. Physical-sports lessons in a form of a game make the process of memory development and improvement interesting owing to positive emotions, which is more effective, than material hard memorization in order to master it. A complex approach to a powerful developing potential realization of intellectual training means during an active motor activity helps to set a close connection between cognitive abilities and physical readiness level of children, teen-agers and students.

RESEARCH RESULTS AND THEIR DISCUSSION

In order to check the effectiveness of this way of personality oriented approach realization during physical-sports activity of children, teen-agers and students a pedagogical experiment was held. 42 students from the State Pedagogical University took part in the experiment. The control group (CG) and the experimental group (EG) was organized, each group included 21 people. Before the pedagogical experiment the following parameters were defined: progress in studies and different subjects (of the curriculum) attendance; their attitude to physical upbringing lessons and physical readiness indices. Evaluation criteria were

defined by the group of experienced teachers (5 people) according to the 5-point system. The initial indices analysis didn't reveal considerable differences among respondents from the CG and EG (p>0,05).

Physical upbringing lessons in the CG were held according to generally adopted methodology in accordance with the physical upbringing state program, recommended by the Ministry of Education. In the EG offered by us method of physical-sports activity organization was used. The main attention in physical upbringing lessons organization was turned to weak sides of personality's intellectual, spiritual-moral and physical development revelation and improvement. During students' current and final (terms) progress analysis according to different subjects of theoretical and methodical cycles and also during individual conversations some disciplines were revealed, studying which is difficult for the future teachers. It helped to define the content of preparatory, main and final part of physical upbringing lesson; create the system of mistakes correction during the definite motor tasks fulfillment.

During physical exercises fulfillment for each EG student the content of individual instructions, remarks and refinements was defined. Moreover, the system of personality -oriented independent physical culture tasks was created. It was directed toward logic and tactical thinking, analytical abilities and other intellectual qualities development and improvement. The is their fulfillment was checked during playing and competitive activity using individual ways of motor activity management.

The system of pedagogical stimulation, approval, moral support created steady positive emotional atmosphere. It provided gradual mental skills and students' abilities improvement and development. Business and outdoor games created the conditions for EG respondents, which demanded not only leading intellectual features of personality, but also spiritualmoral qualities demonstration. Muscular load, offered at the lessons, taking into account individual personality-oriented motor tasks

independent fulfillment, provided motor-coordinating qualities increase. Students within a short time period noticed fundamentally another approach to physical upbringing lessons organization. Their approach had a positive influence on their attendance. By the end of the 1st term a tendency of current progress in some disciplines was revealed.

By the end of the pedagogical experiment one more test was held according to the main indices: current and final (the results of examinations) progress; lessons attendance; attitude to physical training lessons and physical readiness level. Progress record and lessons attendance analysis showed that the lessons quality improved in both groups: CG and EG, however, if in CG with the initial indices 3,61±0,24 points, to the end of the pedagogical experiment results improved by 7,1%, in the EG with the initial indices 3,55±0,28 points the increase was 18,24% (p<0,05). Lessons attendance in the CG increased by 5,32% (p>0,05), in the EG by 22,74% (p<0,05). The attitude to physical upbringing lessons in the CG improved by 11,53%, (p<0,05); in the EG by 36,84%, (P<0,05).

In order to define the dynamics of physical readiness indices the following tests were used: 100 meters running (sec), 2000 meters cross, standing long-jump (cm), dip up (quantity), body lifting and lowering without hands support from back posture (quantity). Physical readiness results analysis revealed more considerable indices improvement in the EG. In 100 meters running in the CG with the initial results 17,36±0,84 sec, to the end of the pedagogical experiment the improvement was by 2,81%, (p>0,05); in the EG with the initial results 17,40±0,96 sec, toward the end of the pedagogical experiment the indices increase was 5,64%, (p>0,05); the results of standing long-jump in the CG were 166,34±10,51 cm, toward the end of the experiment the indices increased by 6,35%; in the EG with the initial results 163,98±10,84 cm, toward the end of the pedagogical experiment the results improved by 12,95%, (p<0,05). The same tendency of more considerable physical

readiness indices improvement in the EG was revealed according to other control exercises.

CONCLUSION

The results of the pedagogical experiment showed that physical culture and sport means opportunities were not used enough for the complex of educational, upbringing and health-improving objectives solution. The given means realization is restricted by health and physical readiness indices improvement in terms of some ethical-volitional and moral qualities improvement. At the same time, significant resources of physical-sports activity were not used for an intellectual development and improvement and for the conditions creation of more effective spiritual-ethic personality development. A purposeful influence of physical exercises activates cognitive qualities, develops potential creative abilities, provides attention, perception, memory improvement. Offered by us way of personality-oriented approach realization has a wider range of physical culture and sport means use for many-sided influence. It provides a purposeful intellectual, ethic-volitional and moral qualities development and physical readiness indices improvement.

An important aspect of an individual physical-sports activity organization is the necessity of the directed physical exercises realization by students as a structural component of educational process in physical upbringing. It is the important condition for involving future teachers into systematic physical exercises. Gained knowledge, formed motor skills and abilities, conscious attitude to physical exercises as common to all mankind value will be transferred during teaching and upbringing to comprehensive schools pupils. It is necessary for self-development and self-improvement.

PHYSICAL WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN AS A CRITERIA OF THE COUNTRY CAMPS ADAPTIVE EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

Annotation. Recreation of children and their recovery are one of the modern education priorities. Children's country camp provides ample opportunities for improving motor activity and physical well-being of schoolchildren. Materials. A new approach to the goal-setting of educational activities in a children's country camp is proposed. The system of pedagogical monitoring is developed, which allows to trace the formation of adaptive health systems of children's country camps. Physical well-being acts as one of the main criteria for the organization of children's country camp recreational subspace. Research methods. Analysis and systematization of scientific and scientific-methodical literature, pedagogical experiment, questionnaire, statistical data processing. Results. The article proposes a method of pedagogical monitoring of children's country camps adaptive educational systems recreational subspace organization. The technique offers diagnostics of children physical well-being level at the beginning of the shift. Assessment of the change's dynamics in the health of children at the end of the shift. Conclusion. The study proved that the use of pedagogical monitoring of the adaptive educational system formation has a positive effect on the organization of recreational space and improves the physical well-being of children.
