PEDAGOGICAL NEED FOR ORGANIZING EDUCATIONAL AFFAIRS

ABSTRACT

The article describes the views on the pedagogical necessity of organizing educational work in the higher education system. Also, on the basis of scientific sources, the content and criteria of the organization of educational work in the process of higher education are highlighted. The requirements for the content of the educational process and methodological recommendations for the organization of educational work are given.

АННОТАЦИЯ

В статье описываются взгляды на педагогическую необходимость организации воспитательной работы в системе высшего образования. Также на основе научных источников освещаются содержание и критерии организации воспитательной работы в процессе высшего образования. Даны требования к содержанию учебного процесса и методические рекомендации по организации воспитательной работы.

Ключевые слова: воспитания, идеологическое, нравственное, эстетическое, гуманность, толирантность, духовность, ценности, принципы.

Deep, comprehensive economic, political and social reforms are being carried out in the new Uzbekistan. At a time of spiritual growth and renewal of the country, the Presidential Decree No. PP-3160 of July 28, 2017 "On increasing the effectiveness of spiritual and educational work and raising the development of the industry to a new level" superficial targeted ideological and educational work with unorganized youth in the regions and mahallas; requires serious attention to these issues.

Based on these goals and objectives, radically improve the content of spiritual and educational work, expand their scope and scale, gradually increase the knowledge and skills of employees working in the system, establish a stable system of remuneration of employees at

the district (city) level. In order to coordinate the work of institutions and organizations operating in the field and increase their effectiveness,

Strengthening and developing the spiritual spirit of the people is the most important task of the state and society in Uzbekistan. Spirituality is such a precious fruit that it is instilled in the hearts of our ancient and young people with a sense of self-awareness and love of freedom in the vast family of all humanity. Spirituality permeates a person with mother's milk, father's example, ancestral teachings. The great importance of the mother tongue is that it brings people together as a sign of spirituality. Proximity to nature, enjoying the immense beauty of the native land, nourishes and strengthens spirituality. Spirituality becomes a powerful force only when it relies on a deep knowledge and understanding of the history of its people, its culture and mission.

Highly spiritual people introduce the country. It identifies the person with his spiritual image. Spirituality begins with upbringing. It is a well-known fact that there is no spirituality without education.

The issue of educating the younger generation is the main goal of the education system. At all stages of our renewed society: from the point of view of ideological-political, moral-aesthetic upbringing, it is important to bring up the young generation. The training and education of qualified specialists needed by our developing country is a set of ongoing reforms.

In order to choose the appropriate organization of the content of the organization of educational work in the process of higher education, it is necessary to find optimal solutions to existing problems.

The Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Education states that the main principles in the field of education are "the inclusion of national and universal values in education and upbringing; Education and upbringing have a humane, democratic character "[2].

In this regard, the following ideas play a leading role in educating young people, supporting them, protecting them from any alien ideas, educating them as a spiritually mature person:

1) humanization;

2) interethnic harmony;

3) formation and composition of national and universal values;

4) upbringing in the spirit of patriotism;

5) humanity and tolerance;

Humanization of the content of the organization of educational work is a service to the education system and the

whole educational process to respect the human rights of all, develop relationships based on mutual respect between teachers, maintain and strengthen their health, ensure a sense of personal dignity and develop personal potential and improve the spiritual environment. does.

Based on the content of higher education and upbringing, the following requirements are set to the content of the educational process:

1. The content of the educational process should have a general educational and pedagogical character, as well as a strong problem-solving and multidimensional structure, depending on the richness of the existing structure.

2. The content of the educational process should create favorable conditions for further spiritual and moral education. This is one of the important aspects of the content of the educational process today.

Through such remembrance, the educational process is directed to the socialization of the student. This is manifested in the following:

- Each student selects and assimilates information using the knowledge and experience they have acquired. Also, the student must incorporate the acquired information into the scope of new concepts;

- The educational process should be organized in such a way that students can demonstrate their goals and initiatives with the help of teachers;

- The formation of a conscious attitude of students to the educational process is of particular importance. The planning of the educational process involves the creative activity of students.

3. The content of the parenting process should allow for the simultaneous application of one or more parenting methods and technologies.

4. The content of the educational process should be relevant and interesting, and cover the issues and goals necessary for today's human society.

It is advisable to follow a number of criteria in the organization of educational

work:

1. Units, elements of the content of the educational process encourage students to study, provide them with new information and motivate them to solve tasks, as a result of which they develop the tendency to creative activity.

2. The content of the educational process should be chosen so that students can independently make their own assumptions. This creates an opportunity for their initiative and activism.

3. The elements of the educational process should be manifested as an important part of the environment, material existence. As a result, students should be able to apply the

knowledge and personal experiences they have acquired during their practical activities.

In recent years, the initiative of youth NGOs in some higher education institutions has declined, and they have been limited to collecting monthly contributions, and in some places to entrepreneurship, to the organization of trade activities. Close cooperation with the leadership is very important in raising the morale of professors and students. It would still be expedient if the main organizational work was carried out on their initiative.

2. Extensive public discussion of decrees and resolutions of the President and the Government on spirituality and enlightenment, the definition of tasks arising from them.

3. Establish close cooperation with the Republican Council for Spirituality and Enlightenment, regional, city and district, relevant departments, hold regular meetings with employees of these organizations.

4. To organize and equip "Spirituality and Enlightenment" rooms in the buildings and dormitories of students of all faculties. Promotion of books and posters on the theme "High spirituality and enlightenment is the key to our independent future" in the main entrances of universities and student residences, libraries and reading rooms, glorifying the spiritual wealth and enlightenment of our people.

5. Organize regular book fairs in educational institutions in cooperation with the Republican Council for Spirituality and Enlightenment and its local organizations.

6. Conducting regular seminars and conferences on the work, experiments, tasks with the participation of vice-rectors, heads of departments, methodologists and deans of faculties of educational institutions of the same specialty.

7. In teaching all subjects, the main focus in the educational process should be on educating students in a spiritual and enlightening way.

8. Organize additional classes on the symbols of independence in September of each academic year in order to deepen the principles of independence.

(It would be appropriate if these lessons were taught by teachers of social sciences and literature).

9. Organize the following spiritual enlightenment classes for all pupils and students on one (Wednesday) week after school:

Wednesday 1 Study of works and speeches of the President.

Wednesday 2 Study of Presidential Decrees, Government Decrees, and Republican Laws.

3 Wednesday moral enlightenment teachings (including extensive use of the works of prominent representatives of the Qur'an, hadith and religion).

4 Wednesday Market Economy Relations Study.

These trainings are conducted on the basis of an approved schedule with the full involvement of professors and teachers of history, philosophy, economic theory, political science, ethics and aesthetics, ethics, law, as well as experts in the Koran, hadith and Islamic history.

Organize the following spiritual enlightenment trainings for all professors and teachers on Fridays of each month:

a) Independence lessons (study of works, speeches, decrees, resolutions and laws of the President);

b) market economy relations;

c) spirituality course (on the basics of spirituality taught to students and with the involvement of specialists who are well versed in Islamic history and law);

g) Oriental pedagogy;

d) Eastern philosophy

The staff of the Department of Spirituality and Enlightenment is responsible for organizing this enlightenment work. They should prepare and provide course topics, plans and programs, lesson schedules, lecturers, and foreign-invited speakers. In organizing the lessons, the deputy deans of the faculties should closely assist the staff of the department.

All of these are activities that express the content and direction of spiritual and enlightenment work. After all, we have conditionally divided the spiritual and educational work that takes place among young people in the education system into several complexes (blocks). The plans developed for these complexes are a measure of the level of spiritual education of young people. The first of these complexes, say, is the organization of quizzes, inter-group, inter-course competitions on knowledge and ingenuity, aimed at raising the level of knowledge, general culture and level of students. At the same time, the organizers will ask questions about our country, fraternal peoples, world literature, art and culture in general, test the knowledge of the participants in this regard, and solemnly award prizes to the winners. Such activities should not be limited to encouraging participants. The envy of his peers for the students who showed ingenuity, ingenuity, in them, "Can't I be like that?" the solemn awarding of the winners should arouse in others the desire to be in their place. In short, events such as quizzes, competitions, which require ingenuity and ingenuity, should have a great propaganda value, glorifying spirituality and enlightenment. It would be better if

such events were designed for foreign language competitions. Because now it is difficult to be considered a real, perfect staff without perfect knowledge of foreign languages. This is the demand of today and the need of the time.

It is important that a certain set of events on spiritual and educational work is prepared on the basis of the history, customs and traditions of our people and held in the spirit of respect for our national values among students. It should also be noted that excessive emphasis on national identity, the slightest discrimination, disrespect for the traditions and customs of other nations is absolutely unacceptable. Events on national values should be held in the heart of universal values, in the form of internal, integral connection with it.
