ABSTRACT

Today, in the educational system, it is time to update the content and methodological foundations of traditional education and radically change the organization of the educational process. At the same time, it is possible to increase the effectiveness of education by introducing distance learning into the educational system.

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. Mirziyoyev's initiative and leadership in the development of Uzbekistan, which carried out a consistent work on the initiative and leadership of Uzbekistan, has occupied a new stage on the "strategy of action". Namely: further improvement of the system of continuous education, increasing the opportunities of quality education services, continuation of the policy of training highly qualified personnel in accordance with the modern needs of the labor market:

to take targeted measures to strengthen their material and technical base by constructing, reconstructing and overhauling educational institutions, equipping them with modern educational and laboratory instruments, computer equipment and educational and methodical manuals:

improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of higher education institutions on the basis of the introduction of international standards of assessment of the quality of education and training, gradual increase of admission quotas to higher education institutions:

Taking advantage of the existing development of science, technology, production and technology, which is widely used in the direction of education and training, it determines the image of modern society of that country. The possibility of moving in this way dictates the presence of personnel who are knowledgeable in their field, have a high level of professional skills, have rich experience and skills.

New training modules are being created for the training of competitive cadres. Its theoretical basis is scientifically and practically indicated. Therefore, in the national program of "Personnel Training", it is necessary to increase the effectiveness of training on the basis of the organization and application of the educational process in foreign countries, its implementation is one of the serious tasks.

Organization of independent educational activities of students, introduction of advanced pedagogical technologies of Organization of educational process in higher education in formation of independent working skills, provision of quality of educational-methodical complexes in this regard, in formation of independent working skills, in formation of the scientific worldview of students. It is important to organize lessons on information technology in Medicine on the basis of further development of the provision of higher education with information resources and modern educational literature.

The development of society is measured not only by the high economic potential of the country, but also by the extent to which this potential is directed to the perfection and harmonious development of each person, the introduction of innovations. It means that increasing the efficiency of the educational system, the use of modern information technologies of knowledge, the arming of teachers with practical skills and skills, the study of foreign advanced experience and the introduction into the practice of education is the actual task of today.

system, which is inextricably linked with the spiritual and moral upbringing of a person, the need for the acquisition of knowledge and thorough mastering of innovations in education, as well as spiritual and moral qualities based on Basic Educational, Scientific and, the skills of being in a conscious attitude to the environment have defined content finding as the primary function of the continuous learning process.

One of the main tasks in the system of higher education is a sharp change in the educational process in accordance with modern requirements by introducing pedagogical innovative methods and information and communication technologies (ICT) into the educational process, the basis of which is the creation of methodological systems of disciplines taught in the system of Higher Education. Currently, in the educational process, great attention is paid to the use of interactive pedagogical technologies on the basis of the principle of continuity and cohesion, since the interactive type of education from the pre-school stage to the process of Higher Education serves independent thinking and rapid activity of the educational recipient. The use of interactive techniques of education at each stage, taking into account the individual psychological characteristics of the student, the style of thinking, taking into account the peculiarities of a specific audience of students, requires a great pedagogical skill from the teacher. Specially:

such methods are also successfully used in the higher education system, and their use in the teaching process increases the interest of students in relation to the lesson.

The teacher should be able to apply intelligently, gradually introducing complex elements into the educational technology according to the requirements and needs of the student. Every educator should always remember that all the processes of modern education should be directed to the analysis, independent thinking and creativity of students. Therefore, interest in the use of interactive methods, innovative pedagogical technologies in the educational process continues to grow day by day. Such methods teach students that they need to independently study, analyze and draw conclusions, seeking the ready knowledge themselves. In this process, conditions are

created for the development, formation, acquisition and education of the individual, the student becomes the main executor of the course process. Interactive methods are the joint actions of teachers, students and students. In this process, the teacher acts as the organizer, head and controller of the training session.

The student should feel free in the auditorium, be emotionally satisfied with the educational activity, so that he can freely express his thoughts. There are a number of interactive methods widely used in the higher education system, the choice of which method depends on the subject of the teacher and the purpose of the lesson.

To believe in students, to give freedom, at the same time, to control, in them will bring up the qualities of fairness, truthfulness. And in the method of networks (clusters), in-depth study of one subject primarily serves to accelerate and increase the thinking activity of students. The purpose of using this method is to strengthen the subject, Better Mastering and summarizing, while the students ' imagination on this subject is expressed on the basis of the drawing.

In conclusion, from all the above methodological technologies, we can say that when passing a course using pedagogical technologies, there is no student left in the group who will not be able to master. Almost all students are involved in the course process, and their interest in the lesson increases. Such lessons will greatly help students to acquire independent knowledge, to study in depth their specialties, to multiply the vocabulary of their students.

If in the process of teaching, every educational technology used to achieve a guaranteed result on the purpose is able to organize cooperation activities between the teacher and the student, if both can achieve a positive result, if in the process of teaching, the students can think independently, work creatively, analyze, draw conclusions, evaluate themselves, with the group, with the group, with the teacher Hence, pedagogical technology is a pedagogical process aimed at achieving one goal, pre-designed and guaranteed results, based on the need of the student.

In the educational process, the main task of the teacher is to be able to choose the means of teaching that will give the highest effect due to the content of the subject under study. The importance of teaching aids in the educational process can be expressed as follows:

- prepares the students for the formation and development of the scientific worldview, knowledge of the material world and mastering the methods of studying the universe, conducting research through observation and experimentation;

The possibilities of using information technology in teaching are huge. Visual tools can be placed in computer memory and used in the process of studying the subject. It is desirable to demonstrate Multimedia of information technology, to organize student's cognitive activity through module programs, to collect additional material and work independently on them, to control and evaluate students 'knowledge through control programs and test assignments, to use it for the purposes of developing students' interest.

Collaborative learning technologies are technologies of educational character that ensure the joint assimilation, mutual development of knowledge in the team, small group and pair of students in the educational process, as well as the co-Organization of the "pedagogical-student(s)" attitude.

Education that serves the formation of skills and abilities, such as creative research in students, the implementation of small studies, the promotion of certain hypotheses, the justification of results, the arrival of certain conclusions, is called problematic education. Problematic educational technologies allow the formation of creative activity experiences in students.

Controversial lessons are also based on problematic educational technology. The didactic purpose of these lessons is as follows:

* to increase students ' interest in study and science by activating cognitive activities, to expand their knowledge;

* to acquire new knowledge by applying the previously acquired knowledge, skills and skills of students in unusual, familiar and unexpected new situations;

* to identify and eliminate existing concepts in the knowledge of students, to develop their aspiration to acquire knowledge;

* develop students ' speaking skills, properly articulate their own opinion and analyze it.

In order to learn the lessons from interactive techniques, graphic organizers, the lessons provide a wide range of opportunities for the educator to engage in communication, to conduct collective activities, to think logically, to synthesize verses in the presence, to analyze, to educate those between different views, and to deepen knowledge.
