ABSTRACT
Today, in the era of globalism and spiritual ideological threats of the 21st century, raising the spiritual potential of young people is more important than ever. The importance of spiritual and educational work in the formation of the spiritual potential of young people in this process is incomparable. It is necessary to start carrying out spiritual and educational work from the lowest level. That is, pre-school education, starting in general secondary educational institutions would have made the result more effective.

INTRODUCTION
Methods, technologies, priorities of the organization of spiritual and educational work in the 21st century, mankind has entered a qualitatively new stage in its development. Today, when great changes are taking place in the world, new ways of mastering the social space, including new technologies, have become a wide picture. Technology has grown to an unprecedented level of labor efficiency. However, new technologies are used not only in industry and agriculture, but also in spiritual, ideological processes. In this context, the approach to ideological processes in our country demonstrates the need to use modern technologies in the organization of spiritual and educational work.
METHODOLOGY
When the integration of ideas of spirituality and enlightenment into the hearts and minds of the people is carried out in a certain technology, aspects such as the sequence, scale and extent, duration and principles of events are covered. Their importance is such that, for example, ignorance of the norm in propaganda can give the opposite effect. It is possible to achieve the expected result only in the destiny that the technology of propaganda corresponds to the essence of spiritual
enlightenment, national idea and ideology. One of the more important elements of the National idea is the educational function. This function of the national idea is becoming more and more relevant in the days when the processes of globalization are accelerating. Globalism is accelerated not only in the field of economy and politics, but also in the sphere of spirituality and ideology. It can be said that globalism in the sphere of spirituality and ideology is happening more intensively than in other spheres. It is no secret that the reason is that some states that pursue their own interests try to influence our country ideologically harmful and destructive. Sh. Madaeva's monograph mentioned that "National Mental and democratic thinking"...deep understanding of ourselves in all respects, integration of the principles of the idea of national independence into the hearts and minds of our people..."[1] it is justified that it plays an important role in the formation of our national identity. As the researchers correctly pointed out: "the idea (ideology) determines what qualities should be brought up to members of society"[2].
RESULTS
It does not develop without being separated from the spirituality of any people . National spirituality enriches and complements each other. Since our country is a caravan connecting the east and west, spirituality has been equally blessed with the eastern and western spirituality. Our people were not limited to mastering the positive aspects of the spirituality of the western and eastern peoples, but also creatively approached and raised them even higher. The priorities of the organization of ideological processes of spiritual and educational work in Uzbekistan are as a following:
- with a high level of organization of the specified events ensuring the transfer;
- regular promotion of the quality of the national idea of spirituality go overboard;
- spiritual-educational and due to the requirements of the period search new, effective ways of organizing ideological work;
- to prevent the absolutization , modeling of old methods in this area;
- in organization of spiritual and educational work and ideological processes
taking into account the social environment;
- how effective ideological activity is carried out it consists in the organization of monitoring for the purpose of knowing;
The functions of the national idea are becoming more and more relevant in the current days when the processes of globalization are accelerating. Globalism is accelerated not only in the sphere of economy and politics, but also in the sphere of
spirituality and ideology. It can be said that globalism in the sphere of spirituality and ideology is happening more intensively than in other spheres. The reason is that some states that pursue their own interests are trying to influence our country ideologically harmful and destructive. It does not develop without being separated from the spirituality of any people. National spirituality enriches and complements each other. Since our country is located on the caravan roads that connect the east and west, spirituality has also been equally blessed with the eastern and western spirituality. Our people were not limited to mastering the positive aspects of the spirituality of the western and eastern peoples, but also creatively approached and raised them even higher. Integration of national idea into the minds of students is at the center of educational work carried out in the educational system. To achieve this goal, various methods and means of education are used. Observations show that in some secondary schools there is not enough importance given to cultural and educational activities carried out after the lesson on the National idea. However, such activities are of great importance in the upbringing of young people and in the integration of the national idea into their minds. Unfortunately, the interaction in the sphere of spirituality and ideology is limited only by the mastering of positive sides. In the process, both negative and destructive ideas begin to affect our spirituality. Therefore, in order to protect our national spirituality from threats, in the textbook "the idea of national independence" the following opinion was expressed: "If we compare spirituality to wealth gathered in a house, the owner of an apartment does not want that the wind entering from the outside will make things inside the house upside down. Likewise, it is natural that we take protective measures against the destructive influence of foreign ideas, trends and ideologies on our spirituality."[3] In this regard, an important function of the national idea, such as the education of young people, the protection of national and spiritual self-esteem plays an important role. Cultural and educational work plays an important role in the performance of this function of the national idea. Of course, we consider it necessary to seriously approach this issue and avoid such measures. Such activities instead of enriching the spiritual world of young people, the negative position in them can also cause the formation. The next stage of promotion requires a correct and thorough understanding of the idea, finding answers to all questions related to ideology. Because to dream of a national idea means to believe in it. Let's face it here with one question: what makes you more confident: is it information based on serious evidence or a lecture that evokes emotions? It has a great effect on the person's feelings, appeal to his soul during the promotion, of course. But the fact that reliable evidence provides vital information that does not
evoke reverence evokes the idea that we are all interested in bringing these ideas to life. Those who think that the process of promotion ends here make a big mistake. DISCUSSION
After all, ideology inspires new work, motivates action. And idle ideology is nothing but nonsense. Hence, one can conclude that national idea has become the focus of the people only when people begin to act in accordance with the ideas that have taken place from the national ideology.
Systematic organization of spiritual and educational work in our country, the effectiveness of the measures taken in this regard intellectual potential of increasing population, especially youth, conscious thinking and to raise the outlook, strengthen the ideological immunity, living with a sense of patriotism, love and loyalty to the people special attention is paid to the upbringing of a harmonious generation.
CONCLUSION
From this point of view from the point of view, spiritual and educational work in educational institutions increase the effectiveness of spiritual and educational activities of the society strengthening the foundations, the fate and future of our motherland in the heart of the younger generation for improve sense of ingenuity and responsibility, against foreign ideas spiritual-enlightenment oriented ideological immunity purposeful work carried out in the system of conducting propaganda work on the organization of spiritual and educational work in secondary schools, on modern technologies of spiritual and educational work, it was tried to give theoretical coverage.
