Abstract. The goals of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) are to help people improve their communication, emotion management, and personal effectiveness. The main tasks of NLP are to identify and change negative behavioral and cognitive patterns, and optimize thinking.

Keywords: NLP, psychotherapy, Communication, Language, Behavior, Modeling, Anchoring, Reframing, Submodalities, Personal development, Limiting beliefs, Visualization, Meta Model, Emotion Management, Psychology.

The choice of a topic in the field of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is justified by several aspects of relevance. With the development of education and training, it is becoming increasingly important to understand how to effectively transmit information and assimilate it. NLP provides tools for more effective learning and interaction in educational contexts. Also, in the context of globalization and intercultural interaction, understanding how language and communication affect perception and interaction is becoming key. This method can provide tools for better cross-cultural understanding and successful communication. This programming is equally used in the context of the development of artificial intelligence and natural language processing. This is important for creating more efficient word processing systems, chatbots, and other applications that require understanding and language generation. At the same time, there is a growing interest in psychology and personal development in modern society. NLP can provide methods to better understand the connection between language, thinking, and personality characteristics. To all of the above, we can add that in a business environment, effective communication is a key factor for success and it is this technique that can help in developing effective leadership, team management and negotiation skills.

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) has an impact on humanity in various fields, providing tools for personal growth, communication and psychotherapy, for example:

Personal development:

NLP helps to identify and change limiting beliefs that inhibit personal development. Some techniques allow you to work effectively with emotional states, manage stress and overcome negative emotions. Improves verbal and non-verbal skills by teaching effective use of language and non-verbal means of communication, and thanks to this, people can learn successful patterns of communication and adaptation in their own lives.

NLP allows you to study other people's successful strategies and apply them to your own tasks, allowing you to reformulate and change negative thought patterns, contributing to a more positive perception of yourself and the world around you.

Neuro-linguistics improves interpersonal empathy by helping to develop skills for perceiving and understanding other people's feelings.

This method helps people to define their values and goals more clearly, which contributes to more informed decision-making.

Education and training:

NLP can be used to create automated task verification systems by analyzing students' text responses. Analyzes the training data and creates high-quality educational materials taking into account individual human needs.

Automated text analysis systems can improve customer understanding, and language processing tools, optimize communication by improving decision-making processes.

NLP provides tools for effective negotiation and influencing other people in business.

Psychotherapy and healthcare:

In the field of psychotherapy, neuro-linguistics can be used to improve communication between therapists and clients, helping to identify negative ways of thinking, transform limiting beliefs, and improve problem solving. NLP also creates effective self-improvement programs in health care, which is a useful tool for analyzing medical texts.

Interpersonal relationships:

NLP can have a positive impact on interpersonal relationships by providing tools for better understanding and interaction. Some methods help in developing empathy and improving the ability to perceive and meet the needs of others, helping to strengthen trusting relationships.

In general, NLP provides humanity with tools to better understand themselves and the world around them, improve communication and achieve life goals.

Evaluation of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) can be carried out at several levels, including the effectiveness of methods, scientific validity and ethical aspects. Here are some aspects of NLP assessment:

- Evaluating the effectiveness of NLP may include analyzing the results of scientific research and practical reports, especially those that confirm positive changes in the behavior and thinking of participants.

- Feedback: Collecting feedback from those who have applied NLP in various fields such as personal development, business, education and therapy can provide practical data on the effectiveness of the method.

- The search and analysis of scientific publications related to NLP can help to assess the scientific validity of the method. However, it is worth noting that the issues of scientific validity of NLP are causing discussions in the scientific community.

- Evaluating the qualifications and certifications of NLP practitioners can help ensure that the method is used by professionals who follow ethical standards.

NLP practitioners are required to adhere to ethical standards, and evaluating compliance with them can be an important aspect of evaluating a method.

Evaluating NLP can be difficult because of its versatility and relative novelty in the context of academic science. However, it continues to attract the attention of researchers as well as practitioners, and further research and discussion can more accurately determine its effectiveness and place in various fields.

The results of the analysis of neuro-linguistic programming are often divided into several aspects, including the effectiveness of the method, scientific validity, clinical applicability and criticism. Some studies and literature reviews indicate positive changes in behavior, communication, and personal outcomes among those who participated in NLP training. The

effectiveness of neuro-linguistic programming has also been studied in various fields such as personal development, business, sports, therapy and education.

Some researchers have expressed doubts about the scientific validity and methodology of research on NLP. Criticism also concerns the limited number of strictly controlled clinical trials. Critics of NLP argue that the method lacks rigorous empirical evidence and is based on questionable assumptions. The lack of generally accepted standards for training and certification in NLP also raises questions.
