Because such events arouse people's natural beauty, and create the ideal conditions for the Motherland's responsibility for the cause of the Motherland.

Holidays were born as a spiritual necessity of a person, and he fulfilled certain educational responsibilities. As the society progresses, holidays also fit into the reality. At the time, every generation has added something to the celebration of Navruz. As a result, holidays also served as the task of combining the most valuable treasures of world culture.

During socio-economic development, traditional, religious, national and other holidays have emerged as a result of their origins, content, and social standing. Traditional holidays are those that are passed on from ancestors to inheritance by inheritance. Celebration of Navruz also includes such holidays.

The holiday is the primary form of human civilization. Therefore, he helps mankind to grasp the ways it has captured and to be proud of the victories it has gained and look forward to the future. Holidays reflect the ancient life, customs, traditions and rituals of the people, material and spiritual culture.

In his first book, "High Spirituality is Invincible Power," he rightly stated

Mahmoud Qashqari describes him as "Feast - joy and laughter amongst people. Where the flowers are opened, the place is called the base. That is, it is a pleasant place. Often are the day of Eid al-Fitr, which is a joyful and pleasing day. " Indeed, the feasts create such a spiritual mood that people will be delighted and glad about the days when they are. From this point of view, celebration is the ideal life at a certain time.

The traditions of rational use of nature have developed in the pre-Islamic culture of the peoples of Central Asia, including Uzbeks. In the prehistoric era, there were natural holidays in the territory of our country waiting for the spring, harvesting the harvest. There are also rituals related to people's life, work hunting, animal husbandry. Our ancestors honored nature. That is why it is natural for those who do not want to injure him.

Celebrating Navruz falls on the time when people began to think about the Earth, its place in the universe. In other words, Navruz emerged from the time of the first scientific geographical representation of the Earth. The initiation of Navruz was initially painted by farmers, and later they became traditions of half-nomadic and nomadic Turkic peoples. Holidays have formed during the economic activity, which is of vital importance to the lives of different groups, - along with farming. Thus, it has been scientifically proven that today the celebration of Navruz has emerged in our country 3,5-4,000 years ago.

All the nations of the world have celebration of the spring coming. They emerged with the birth of humanity, and the spread of tribes led to the abolition of traditions and began to be called in different names. For example, in the Japanese -"Risson", Chinese "Chultsze", in Slavs "Maslennitsa". There are a number of Indian holidays that are similar to those of Navruz, which are celebrated in spring. These are the holidays, "Divali", "Holo", "Dashera", which are widespread and officially celebrated in the wake of nature.

When we call Navruz, his delicious meal is sumalak. «Sumalak Sayli» (or «Sumalak Bazmi») is a sumalak saga, which is a sumalak of the "kingly food" of Navruz. The word "sumalak" is derived from the ancient Turkic word "suma" which means "wheat flour" or wheat. In the "Burkhoni Koti" (1650) by Muhammad Hussain Burhan, the word "samanu" occurs and is interpreted as something made of corn, which is made of wheat flour.

It was one of the most important traditions to eat sweets on Navruz. According to Beruniy: "Before the morning of Navruz three spoons of honey and three lumps of candles will be healed ..." On the sixth day of "Navruz", the day of

the "Great Navruz" ... before drinking sugar and the one who drinks olive oil will be exterminated in all this year. " "In one of the traditions, people are given sugar on the occasion of Navruz because they give sugar to one another and enjoy it on holidays.

On the eve of the holiday, our ancestors prepared seven different types of grain (wheat, barley, bean, rice, rice, beans) and distributed it to neighbors and relatives. In addition, there are seven different kinds of plants beginning with the letter "S": decorated with greens, seeded with seeds of sib-apple, carrot, mushroom-garlic, vinegar, sattoroshgul, cognac-black duck, sinjid-wild olive. In Iran, there is still a "souvenir week sin" ("seven sinful tables") feasts. The main character of the name of the table is seven things in the Arabic "sin". These include sakke, sib (apple), mysterious (garlic onion), sanjed, samanu (sumalak), carrots, sunflower seeds and the like. It also includes the Holy Qur'an, the water-filled container, the red fish, the flower, the mirror, the candlestick, and the egg of the chicken. Our ancestors put juice, dyed eggs and other delicacies from different dried fruits in Navruz. One more thing to do on the feast is to draw attention to the person. It is a large bowl filled with water and put in a green leaf. This custom was a symbolic expression of the desire for the new year to be filled with water and the crop.

In short, Navruz is based on the religion of Zoroastrianism, the religion of our ancient ancestors. It also reflects the religious beliefs and concepts and the relationships of people with nature phenomena. The celebration of Navruz is based on the views of ancient peoples in natural processes, in particular the view of the divine nature of the dead and resurrected. Fourthly, there is a combination of nature and human relationships, which are the result of Navruz celebrations, first of all, seasonal change, and secondly, nature's renewal, thirdly, seasonal change and natural renewal.
