The educational process consists of the mutual cooperation of the teacher and the students. The educational process takes place within the framework of the social environment that not only forms a person's knowledge, skills, and abilities, but also has a comprehensive impact on the person being educated. The role of trainers and spiritual publicists is incomparable in the implementation of such a process at the required level.

The rise of a person to the rank of a perfect person and a noble person means the rise of his spirituality. At this point, it should be said that in-depth study of the theoretical and practical research conducted in this field and its application in practice is one of the urgent tasks of today.

Nowadays, coaches and trainers are assigned a number of tasks to further increase the effectiveness of a healthy social-spiritual environment in educating young people in the spirit of national independence and in their development. Every trainer, propagator of perfection must organize the educational process correctly, create a healthy social environment, and fulfill responsible tasks conscientiously. Any teaching that leads a person to perfection is based on its own direction, its own procedure and its own principles. In this way, a unique moral code of a perfect person was developed, and it was considered the dream of every person to have these qualities. From this it becomes clear that the concepts of good morals and a perfect person in the Middle Ages have a relative nature, that

• on the one hand, the concept of an abstract breed, which is considered to be the sum total of mental and spiritual power, intelligence, and good qualities,

• on the other hand, a person who aspired to this peak and achieved certain positions was also considered a perfect person.

O'zbekiston - 2030 strategiyasi: inson salohiyatini ro'yobga chiqarish imkoniyatlari Uzbekistan - 2030 Strategy:

It is known that a perfect and mature person is a question that has interested mankind since ancient times. As a matter of fact, bringing a perfect person to adulthood has been the dream, desire, and ideal of people for centuries. Concepts and ideas about the perfect man have been interpreted differently in different periods. With the passage of time and the change of times, opinions about him have also changed. The evolution and improvement of ideas about the perfect person depended on the nature of the system, the level of production, the way of managing the state, and the development of science and culture.

The idea of a perfect person has a national, universal and humanistic meaning. Every society dream of bringing up a perfect generation that is mature, matured in all aspects, and has collected all positive and noble qualities. That is why the idea of a perfect man goes back to the distant times of our past. The ideal of a perfect person has always been a cherished dream of our nation, an integral part of its spirituality. It was nourished by Islamic philosophy and acquired a wider meaning. High ideas about a perfect generation are especially profoundly expressed in the works of our thinkers such as Abu Nasr Farabi and Alisher Navoi. The idea of a perfect person is also expressed in the Avesta, the holy book of Zoroastrianism, one of the oldest religions. It depicts the struggle between good and evil, right and wrong, light and darkness. Zoroastrianism is based on three basic moral rules: Good thoughts, good words, good deeds. A person who follows these three rules is considered mature.

A person cannot achieve perfection and happiness without acquiring virtues. Reason, morals and knowledge are the main tools that bring a person to perfection and happiness. Intelligence plays an important role in the acquisition of virtues. Whatever he does, he should act according to the dictates of the mind. An active mind, tireless work, knowledge and self-restraint require to be a perfect human. The second link of the factors that educate a perfect person is the path to the human heart. Therefore, raising a healthy generation, forming the spirituality of a free citizen in our modernizing society is carried out by raising spiritual and educational activities to a high level.
