At the present stage of the development of society, the problem of raising the younger generation through the subject-psychological direction of pedagogical activity has become especially acute. Many university professors do not have sufficient knowledge of the methods of teaching their subjects. The bulk of professional teachers-chemists are trained in pedagogical universities, so there is no urgent need for a different university to prepare a qualified teacher and teacher. After analyzing the composition of the faculty of South Kazakhstan State University (SKSU), we conclude that most of them are not graduates of a pedagogical university. Many graduates of the university become teachers in those departments where they once were students and now prepare students for their future professional activities.

One of the problems in teaching chemistry at the university is that the time allocated for studying this discipline has been reduced to a minimum. Only one semester is devoted to the study of the technique, this is 180 hours. The goal of this course is to teach students the basics of conducting laboratory and practical classes with the formulation of a research type of work with students, familiarize students with both standard programs and author's methods. The study of this discipline should facilitate the acquisition of the following skills: working with laboratory equipment and teaching aids; the development of theoretical material for the preparation for seminars; design of independent works on topics in the form of abstracts or scientific reports at seminars; the use of acquired knowledge in the practice of student training. A short-term course in the methodology of teaching chemistry with difficulty forms a methodological thinking and independence of the chemical experiment for SKSU students. On the possibility of further full-fledged teaching of chemistry in school or in a university and can not

speak.

The next problem is that, according to the curriculum, 30 hours are allocated for a lab session. In the curriculum, only laboratory classes are planned, there is no practical training for this discipline. During the laboratory work, students need to acquire the skills of demonstrating chemical experiments, master the methodology of teaching the topics of the school curriculum in chemistry, the method of teaching students to solve chemical problems, learn to plan and conduct lessons and much more. It should be noted that if the skills in solving problems and the theoretical foundations of chemistry techniques can be considered in practice and seminars, then the ability to properly conduct student and demonstration experiments, solve experimental problems, it is necessary to formulate in laboratory and practical exercises. It should be noted that the skills of carrying out a chemical experiment (acquired in the classroom teaching methods of chemistry) also contribute to the development of abilities in the student's scientific work, even if it is not devoted to pedagogical activity.

It is necessary to note one more problem - the informatization of higher education as the implementation of a set of measures aimed at increasing the level of training of specialists by expanding the scope of the use of computer technology and computer technologies in educational and research work, in the management of the educational process. In this case it is necessary to informize the process of the methodology of teaching chemistry. Informatization creates additional opportunities to stimulate students' creative thinking, strengthens the importance of their independent work, simplifies control and self-control of independent work. This increases the level of individual work of the teacher, the ratio between intellectual and routine components in the teaching work is changing.

It is in the university that students begin to seriously engage in scientific work. The organization of research activities of students creates positive results: they form scientific thinking, and not just the accumulation of knowledge. Research activity makes it possible to develop your intellect in independent creative activity, taking into account individual characteristics and inclinations. Thus, research work is an excellent field for students, when performing practical, socially significant tasks, as well as self-realization of the person and forming humanity in relation to the surrounding world.

To solve the problem that contributes to the formation of elements of a person's chemical information culture in the process of studying the methodology of teaching chemistry, a sufficient number of computers, projectors and interactive whiteboards are needed. We consider it important to emphasize the need for mandatory inclusion in the training program in the methodology of teaching chemistry lectures on the use of computer technology in teaching. The student must be able to operate with various computer programs for schooling, as with their help there is an activation of learning and cognition.

After gaining independence Uzbekistan has become one of the most pressing issues in the spirit of national and universal values. Today, when Uzbekistan has risen to a new level of development, it is becoming increasingly important that the problem is becoming a vital component of the upbringing of young people. There are specific factors and means of promoting young people in the spirit of national and universal values. One of the main factors is the professional activity of the person who is formed on the basis of the scientific fields. In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 5 July, 2017 «On enhancing the effectiveness of state youth policy and supporting the activities of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan», the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan № UP-5106 «Creating favorable conditions for young people to thoroughly occupy modern professions, employment, development of entrepreneurial skills , promoting their involvement in small business and private entrepreneurship, encouraging initiatives, promoting their intellectual and creative potential» special attention to the development of innovative activities.

Today, moral and ethical requirements for the professional work of a modern specialist are, in a sense, national and universal. Particularly, «modern
