In this article some principles of students¢ teaching and growing up in studying chemistry are defined. As this is an unstudied theme so far, we believe that it could be a new initiative for Kazakhstan’s researchers.

THE PEDAGOGICAL ISSUES OF ORGANIZING INDEPENDENT WORK ON IMPROVING STUDENTS'

Abstract. In this article some principles of students' teaching and growing up in studying chemistry are defined. As this is an unstudied theme so far, we believe that it could be a new initiative for Kazakhstan's researchers.

Seminars are one of the activation forms of students' independent work. The aim of the seminar lessons on the basis of interdisciplinary communication - to let the students apply their knowledge, which they have accumulated during their learning period and day-to-day experitnce, in real life as well as to educate and improve their general knowledge of the world. Independent work based on didactic guids to analyize various phenomena and laws on the basis of science, to think logically and to value deeply the facts. To organize the indipendent work meaningfully and signaficantly in the learning process will be realized by training lecturs and continuing laboratory work restlessly. Doing the laboratory work in chemistry lessons, through mostly relying on the educational programs we aim to consider the possiblity of improving students' skills and enthusiasm by enhancing the quality of educational and methodological guidelines that would be required for students.

We not only consider arranging games on the process of teaching as tepes of organizing independent work, but also consider it as a method that will form a big thinker as well as a demanding, intelligent and risk-taking individuals. Because through playing this form of the game students can develop cognitive features( such as collectiveness, positiveness and effectiveness ) which play a big role in their effective communication with each other. Also the family and cultural relations and the abilities of monitoring, assessment as well as comparing their capabilities and skills among participants are developed. The main purpose of gaming lessons is to let the students apply their theoretical knowledge in practice flexibly and to form responsibility habits.

Chemistry education through interdisciplinary work gives theoretical and practical knowledges to the students about the integrity between the society and the nature, the vitality of the atmosphere for life on earth, the main sources of air pollutants and their impact on the environment and the trends in the life of a living organism, the chemical, physical and biological factors had an influence on the environment and using and mastering new technology. etc. When considering the content of education and training in chemistry interdisciplinary, on the basis of systematic education and training for students we discuss the following:

- There must be some logical connections between chemistry disciplinary topics and the contents of the disciplines of natural sciences topics, and these data should be aimed at deepening knowledge of chemistry on the basis of interdisciplinary connection;

- Topics considered must have scientific significance and they must improve the scientific point of view on the continuity between human-society and the nature as well the result of human activity in today's society should be explained so that they develop responsibility skills;

- The education given from interdisciplinary relations attaches importance to improve people's consciousness and thinking and to acquire knowledge properly. In view of these, we

systematize education of the chemical industry to the interdisciplinary relations extent and if we consider the possibility of practice, the following version will be considered:

The environment consists of a set of objects and phenomena which are in contact with each other at different levels. The world of nature is in close contact with many objects, the phenomena and the laws. The nature of the interaction between the various phenomena is characterized by the objective laws that we do not know or the nature of the phenomena occurring in specific laws that is not dependent on the minds of the people(the material objects of the law of universal gravitation (The law of gravity); the law of interaction of electric charges; the law of interaction with the current conductors etc.). But we can not make changes to the laws. The laws of nature belongs to the laws of the objects so it is closely linked chemistry, physics, natural sciences in general zandarmen are closely linked with chemistry, physics and the laws of the comprehensive natural sciences.

For example, we understand self-organizing and carrying out the work in the teaching of chemistry is necessary to check and control the student's knowledge, understanding and how to be able to use it in a variety of knowledge. Therefore, when planning for the independent work of students we try to consider the all possible use of testing with a certain model, making the frame and non-standard cases. During the test the student's knowledge and when moving from elementary level to the advanced level, education should be fully and comprehensively tested. Because, as we are in a hurry shortcomings, deficiencies continue to may take place. Independent work prepared on the subject arranged and the theme should fit the purpose of the execution time.

Organizing independent work in the classroom or outside the classroom, the teacher needs a lot of research and teaching work. But if you look at the current situation, providing the teaching hours to perform the work tasks creatively are not satisfied comprehensively with the full support of the methodological guidelines. This is especially due to the general education teachers, because the workload is only in the classroom. The number of daily class hours just partially allow to organize the independent

work on a creative way. Therefore, chemistry, physics, mathematics in conjunction with an interdisciplinary profession must be taken to improve the training link. In agricultural technical institutions, veterinary science, engineering and technology are often prepared in the direction of agricultural specialties. If general education courses such as chemistry, physics, mathematics are linked to one chapter of degree course work in this direction(chemical experiments, mathematical calculations), then we have possiblities of doing the independent work creatively in a comprehensive way. Above all the general education subjects being studied in the first and second years in the field of all majors, scientific and research work of students are arranged on a variety of topics and not related to one another. For example most of them are in the abstract form. Therefore, if we want to see the full results of the research work of students and want a specific work plan established on a certain level, then we can develop skills to linking the theme of the students' research to the future research and the course work.

Young graduated from university's ability to conduct activities related to the field of theoretical knowledge to continue to improve in practice. To establish links between the education and professional training of future specialists, specialist teacher training to improve the quality of the result of the leading teaching based on the grounds that the use of science and technology has to offer in the applying organization of the educational process. As well as one of the teaching positions, in conjunction with agricultural chemistry interdisciplinary training profession we consider the training. Interdisciplinary communication on the basis of the scientific disciplines of the future in the field of youth in the educational process provides the link between education and work training. Always in connection with the day-to-day process of learning, interdisciplinary education causes some difficulties. It requires teacher's theoretical depth of the all-round development, erudition and hard work. Pedagogical point of view of the individual over the collective experience of the absorption is learning, didactic approach to learning content to the student learning education (teacher's competence) and education (student's knowledge of the operation) but a methodological point of view, the training unit - the actual subject matter educational material delivered to the unity of teaching and learning in the states. Institutions of higher education actions "teacher - student" and "student -discipline", "student - student". This is the most important thing which is the unity of the relationship between teachers and students and creative compatibility, clear learning goals and objectives, content, organizational forms, carried out by means and methods of teaching.

No matter what state, always pay attention to any comprehensive education, and often raise questions about the direction and quality of pre-school education, primary schools, secondary schools and institutions of higher education teaching at the deep psychological aspects. There are some education on the subject in the context of the general notion of knowledge of the world and some continuity with the teaching of individual subjects, based on the realization. However, it is still not clear in any of the system is not observed. The individual disciplines of educational literature on the subjects of special importance for the formation of the continuity of the material content of the texts.

Interdisciplinary education system for young people in contact with the lower level of adaptation to the future specialization courses with step-by-step from the professional will be able to rise to the opportunity. Today, the relationship between the disciplines in the educational system, integration, continuity of education of creative activity among young people skills, personal self-development, responsibility, freedom, confidence, etc. to the issues of the development of the properties.

Interdisciplinary education with a creative level, it is the text of the content of individual disciplines related with each other to ensure certain conjugation regularity. Interdisciplinary communication through innovative educational content and education in specific disciplines ^ the social environmental education ^ profession education chain associated with each other, if a student due to higher cognitive self-consciousness, that is a huge opportunity for the formation of the responsibility for every action.

In agricultural technical institutions of higher education, through teaching interdisciplinary chemistry we can connect the problems of the students' future direction of the specialties or the total natural science disciplines typical program with the environment around and to bring them to a certain system requires more attention.

During educating and training students with the interdisciplinary, while sorting materials on the topic, if the attention to explain various phenomena occurring in the professional environment (natural or artificial) on the basis of the general and individual laws and regulations is paid to then the cognitive approach to a variety of trends in the environment around the refined will improve and it can

be turned into a general education, professional education in the areas of specialty. Therefore, for the implementation of the education system, first of all, the goal of teaching each subject taught interdisciplinary content, determined by the result of the contents should be reflected in the model curriculum.

Psychological similarity between the educational activities (games, observations, experiments), a physiological point of view, speed growth, interest in the development of the knowledge of the educational process, curiosity of achieving the objective, the susceptibility of knowledge and the necessary properties such as strength support to teach the disciplines interrelated.

Today, the entry of a new generation of textbooks for primary schools in our country -determining the future of the country and one of the initial steps to address the problems of young people qualified. Because the original textbooks in the field of education in the country in the recent scientific discoveries, which have established taking into account the demands of today's younger generation. And looking at any of the books, developing the young people economic, legal, environmental and psychological notion of attention was paid to. Human relationship with nature is that human beings will have a direct impact on the environment through the use of the material wealth and affect on the second object by changing one thing or another substance to obtain . to reach those goals a man's all efforts, knowledge and skills should be used systematically and finally as a result of the presence of only the explanatory texts reach its goal of which will be established to monitor. The creation of such content textbooks not only in the nature of man to comprehend what is happening in countless phenomena and, if it is possible to ensure the needs of his own way of adapting to the use and control of, or experience, observe and meditate on the following observations summarize the concepts on the subject contact, to make use of the conjunction.

We must consider to systematize that major themes of the concepts that are often used in the field of special chemistry and materials in contact with interdisciplinary it was built to provide focused and efficient use of their capabilities. For example, during teaching of chemistry you have to analyze things and phenomena in nature, all the chemical elements, their properties, and the legality of the mandatory excited. The aducation which is about the featur of any type of elements, properties and the biochemical effect is associated with the concepts of physics, biology, ecology, economics and other scinces or it give information about the changes of all things and phenomena in the world, the substance (general and radioactive), the spread of the biosphere, substances that affect the spread of the physical, chemical and natural factors and laws as well as their importance in agriculture. Here, we focus on the content of those we tought about above, a common problem in which each course is based on the objects and phenomena in the world around is included. If taking the nature of the roads of the future of agricultural education specialists, prepared to serve in close contact with the environment into account, then we must solve the problem of training the specialist who act carefully when preserving the world Bio-geologist systems, protecting the biosphere and using it effectively. Because, being active participants in the future development of the society, keeping the balance of the natural environment and protecting the purity of the environment are agricultural specialists.

Teaching different subjects and topics, content layers combines these goals. In this case, there will be conditions for the formation of future specialists directing specialties. it is possible to implement disclosure of the contents of the interdisciplinary topics, improvement of this system which is approved on the basis of pre-program. organizing training by means of research materials and training forms we can choose effective methods of chemistry as a result of inter-related topics. The content of the educational instruments, teaching forms, the process of teacher training activities and educational activity on the basis of compatibility together with the purpose of raising the level of theoretical knowledge and moral education is carried out.

As mentioned, as we desire the text of the program and textbooks do not coincide with the opening of the theoretical and practical aspects of education which is associated with the future profession. Therefore, when teaching the course of study subjects, interdisciplinary in addition to the appropriate literature, and daily media (television, radio, newspapers, magazines, special posters, etc.) from the scientific data and information are prepared on the basis of scientific and environmental materials. And among the books identifying and selecting its advantages depends on the skill of the educator. During the research, to educate successfully on the basis of interdisciplinary:

— To prove the need for education on the basis of interdisciplinary;

— Specialty-oriented educating systemetically what should be taught and how to teach them.;

— The relationship between the disciplines will be carried out in what direction and what topics must be related, integrated and coordinated in the fields of specialty;

— Interdisciplinary in what form and what method should be taught;

— Future profession which is in connection with education on the basis of interdisciplinary, What will be the result of education, and obove problems should be contained ;

In line with modern society, educating future professionals those have the potential to become the initiative we need to accumulate experience to improve the use of advanced technology training that are widely used in the field of education. Because living in a country by the law of the marketing, Today, introduction of effective methods of introducing agricultural production non-waste technology systems and processes, increasing the quality of agricultural products and the vegetation growing as well reducing the cost depends on the agricultural experts' skills. Therefore, when training future professionals educating on a subject, interdisciplinary training organized in partnership with the future profession, the various agencies and the enterprises will give a great result.
