Abstract. Oxytropis is an important genus of the family Leguminosae and subfamily Papillionoideae, also known as "Locoweed". Many plants have been used as folk medicine for the treatment of colds, inflammation of carbuncle swelling, pain and different types of bleeding. Meanwhile, has been proven to possess efficacy on anti-tumor, antisepticise, anti-inflammatory, hemostasis, neuroendocrine system effects, immune suppression activities, etc.

Keywords: Oxytropis; chemical composition; biological activities.

Introduction: Oxytropis is an important genus of the family Leguminosae and subfamily Papillionoideae. About 350 species distribute in many zones of the world. In Kazakhstan, there are about 127 species of Oxytropis DC. Annotated list of Kazakhstan herbs included four species Oxytropis: Oxytropis almaatensis Bajt., Oxytropis deflexa (Pall.)DC., Oxytropis pilosa (L.) DC., Oxytropis glabra Lam.DC. Among of them are little studied and medicinal plants is Oxytropis glabra Lam.DC [1].

Oxytropis glabra lam DC. among the family of plants called legumes, in the latin name of this plant will be as follows: Oxytropis glabra (Lam.) DC. As for the name of the family oxytrope glabra, then in latin, it will be so: Fabaceae Lindl. (Leguminosae Juss.).

Oxytropis glabra lam DC. is a perennial herbaceous plant, which height will range between twenty-five and one hundred centimeters. Stems of this plant will be only a few, they are naked and branched, and they will be painted in green tones. The length of the leaves of this plant is about five to fifteen centimeters, the leaves will also be five or nine guys, they are lanceolate, their length is ten to twenty-five millimeters and a width of about three to seven millimeters. The length of the stems of this plant is five to twelve centimeters, they are sparsely hairy, while the brushes are many-and friable. Corolla Oxytropis naked painted pale purple tones, the length of the flag is equal to seven or eight millimeters, while the wing length is about six to seven millimeters. The beans of this plant are elongated, their length is ten to twenty millimeters and a width of three to five millimeters, these beans are webbed and drooping [2].

Flowering period of Oxytrope glabra lam DC. is beginning in June and ending the month of August. Under natural conditions, this plant is found in Central Asia, Western and Eastern Siberia. As for general distribution, the plant can be found in Mongolia. For growing Oxytrope glabra lam DC. prefers saline soils, wet meadows, river valleys, lakes, beaches and rivers and gravelly steppe slopes.

According to the literature review, the biological activity and toxicity was generalized Oxytropis glabra lam DC. Chemical components of Oxytropis glabra lam DC.: Kaempferol 3-O-rutinoside, kaempferol 7-O-rhamnoside, kaempferol 3-O-diglucoside, kaempferol 3-O-glucoside-7-O-glucoside, isoquercitrin, myricitin 3-O-glucoside, 3',7-Dihydroxy-2',4'-dimethoxyisoflavane, harmine, dictamnine, 3-O-[a-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 -3)-P-D-glucopyranosyl( 1 -6)-P-glucuronopyranosyl] -soyasapogenolB [2].

Chemical structure of Oxytropis glabra lam DC shown in Table 1.

Oxytropis glabra lam DC. endowed with a very valuable medicinal properties, while for therapeutic purposes is recommended to use the grass of this plant. The concept consists of grass flowers, stems and leaves the presence of such a valuable medicinal properties it is recommended to explain the content in the composition of this plant alkaloids, carotene, flavonoids and vitamin C. As for Tibetan medicine, the plant is there gained fairly widespread. There decoction prepared on the basis of herbs Oxytropis glabra, it is recommended to use as a hemostatic, diuretic and antipyretic, and use in edema and ascites, and in addition, and as a means to be a depressing influence on the central nervous system.

It should be noted that the plant is a food plant for all kinds of livestock. Nevertheless, it may sometimes be poisoning of horses and other animals. When stress is recommended to use the following very effective remedy on the basis of this plant: for the preparation of such a remedy will need to take one tablespoon of chopped dry grass Oxytropis glabra three hundred milliliters of water. The resulting mixture

is recommended to boil healing for about three or four minutes, and then this mixture is allowed to stand for about one hour, after which the mixture of medicinal plants on the basis of the recommended very carefully drain. Take the resulting remedy based Oxytropis glabra two or three times a day for one tablespoon. It is important to note that to achieve maximum efficiency it is important to carefully follow all the rules for the preparation of such a remedy, and follow all the rules of his admission.

Materials and methods

Overground portion of the leaves and stems were collected from the Balkhash region Akkol forest farm in stages vegetirovaniya in spring 2016.

In the future we plan a second expedition during the mass flowering. Referring to the literature data and the chemical composition of concidering, we planned to get CO2-extraction Oxytropis glabra. Extraction by carbon dioxide or CO2-extraction is the gentlest method for extracting plant raw material and one of several methods for obtaining essential oils [3,4]. CONCLUSION

Proceeding from this, we plan to obtain carbon oxytrope extract, hold it and to develop quality control of dosage forms based on it, used as anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antipyretic drug. This allows for the development of pharmaceutical replace non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on the synthetic phytopreparation for use in medicine with minimal side effects on the organism.
