Abstract. The article is devoted to the collection of herbarium specimen oxytrope smooth, herbarium fund enables the study of biogeographic, biological and ecological, morphological features of Oxytropis glabra Lam. Introduction: Currently Herbarium Botanical Gardens Fund consists of materials that reflect the plant biodiversity of regional and world flora. Herbarium collection is of great scientific and practical importance, since not only saves the information about the diversity of plant taxa, but also their variability and distribution [1]. Replenishment and the widespread use of scientific herbarium material helps compiling of regional floras and determinants, as well as in the study of geography, ecology, biology and physiology of different species of plants. The main objective of the Herbarium is the creation, storage, collection and systematization of higher plants of funds [2]. Herbarium Botanical Gardens Fund promotes the different aspects of the protection and rational use of natural resources contributes to the environmental education of students, improve the learning and training of highly qualified specialists.

Oxytropis are distributed mainly in temperate zone of continental climate, annual mean temperature under 150C, and the annual rainfall general less than 400 mm. The plants of Oxytropis genus have wide distibution and good adaptabili, and often grow as a roll of film patana, swamp grassland, under the brush and gravel. Some Oxytropis can be used as the animal feeds, but many of others are noxious to livestock and characterized as one of the most destructive plants, even named as «Locoweed». At the same time, many plants have been used as folk medicine for the treatment of colds, inflammation of carbuncle swelling, pain and different types of bleeding. Pharmacological research on these plants showed anti-tumor, antisepticise, anti-inflammatory, hemostasis, neuroendocrine system effects and immune suppression activities [3, 4].

Materials and methods. At the heart of this study is an analysis of herbarium materials collected for the period 1934 -1995 years and stored in the Botanical Garden.They were transferred to the herbarium Botanical Garden from private collections. During the work with herbarium was compiled his complete file cabinet where made on each herbarium collection of the following data: the collection room, family (Latin name), type (Latin name), the location is the collection, description, habitat, collection of dates, name the collector (s).

It is possible to carry out an analysis of the main volume and the doublet funds geography fees, as well as to identify systematic, functional and thematic structure of the herbarium collection. As a result, a systematic analysis of herbarium specimens, by following data:

1. Oxytropis glabra Lam.DC. a sandy slope on the shore of Issyk-Kul near the Fishing, of 07.08.1948 year (N.I. Rubtsov.);

2. Oxytropis glabra Lam.DC. Center Tianshan Lake Issyk-Kul near the fishing, of 23.07.1956 year (A.S. Baitenov.);

3. Oxytropis glabra Lam.DC. Western Tien Shan Chatkal river valley near the bazaar of Yangi-Bazar, 08.03.1962 year, the (I B. Pavlov.);

4. Oxytropis glabra Lam.DC. Baikal Mountains near Argan s.700 of the dry ravine of 06.24.1960 year (I B. Pavlov.);

CONCLUSION. Currently, the main directions of development of the Herbarium Botanical Garden are: the completion of the collection of samples of rare plants, which are not presented in the fixed assets; the creation of a herbarium of plants protected at the regional and federal level; the creation of specialized collections of medicinal, aromatic, food, technical, decorative and other economically important groups of plants; compilation of case-based herbarium collections and exhibitions in Botanical Garden. The study of the composition of a smooth oxytrope (Oxytropis glabra) showed the presence of such groups of biologically active substances, such as alkaloids, flavonoid compounds, triterpenoid saponins, etc. Research pharmacological activity of vegetable raw materials smooth oxytrope (Oxytropis glabra Lam. DC.) demonstrated that it possesses antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect. In this regard, it seems urgent to develop an effective safe anti-inflammatory drug of plant origin, not inferior to the pharmacological properties of the synthetic analogues, such as acetaminophen, aspirin, and others.
