MAIN ASPECTS ANALYSIS OF ENGINEERING CORPORATE INFORMATION SYSTEM
FOR THE FEDERAL BUDGETARY INSTITUTION "STATE NATURAL RESERVE
"STOLBY"

In this article the basic properties of corporate information system for state natural reserve "Stolby" are described.

Working-out of a corporate information system (CIS) is a complex of responsible activities aimed at increasing efficacy operation of basic business processes in the organizations. With the object of ensuring profitability of engineering system and decreasing time-frame for its introduction, it is necessary to make a detailed analysis of present activities in a company, paying attention on industry-specific features.
Before engineering the architecture of the CIS for institution, governing protected area of Krasnoyarsky kray - "State natural reserve Stolby" [1], it is necessary to define basic objectives which future working-out must agree with. First of all, it is necessary to provide complexity and consistency for the CIS, ranging absolutely all activities of environmental agency and taking them into internal and external interactions. For example, work with educational institutions must link with manufacture activity of documentary reporting papers which are given to the Ministry of natural resources and ecology of Krasnoyarsky kray. Rendering touristic service must intend preliminary realization of finances operations and so on. An effective tool of construction combined CIS is a reference model of the reserve and audit of business process designed in the most workable notation - DFD.
Modularity of CIS is a basic objective. The unified system must have a rigorous functional structure where each module will be a mechanism doing a specific mission. A branch of carrying out activities of the reserve is the harmonious functioning of several subdivisions: the protection division of reserved territory, the scientific department, the environmental education and tourism department, the accounting department and the materials department. important modules for initial inclusions in CIS should be noted: a system of communication with clients; an accounting and realization system of souvenirs; an automatic scientific data management system; a procurement management system; an inventory management system; a financial management system and HR management system. Moreover, the integration of modules must be supported by a system of electronic document circulation [2].
An openness of the projected CIS is an important objective. During the development life cycle, the system must fully meet the needs of the environmental agency: to respond constructively to changes, to have a mobility property and also to give in simple establishing of communication with external information space.
The most successful CISs are those, which can modify and have scale flexibly, increasing regularly their ingerentnost. The CIS of the reserve must be adaptive to close correspondence to changing legislation. At present, it is very important when there is a question of changing the status "reserve" on the status "national park". First of all, these changings will lead to violation of traditional algorithms of activities and, as a result, they will generate a need to reconstruct this engineered CIS. Understanding of these positive results of CIS functioning will form new needs at the staff for information handling, which provide a necessity to improve this system. The variation of focus groups' preferences should not be forgotten as it might entail a forced modernization of existing offers and introduction of a new functional into the system. It is also necessary to consider an approach of the international multi-sport event - Universiade 2019. The "Stolby" is one of the main objects of Krasnoyarsk cultural heritage, so that quantity of foreign visitors, requiring online service, will increase. With the purpose of successful functioning, they should base the premises of language development: presentation of full financials on foreign languages, cashless exchange of foreign currency for accepting payment and so on. The CIS of reserve "Stolby" must get flexibly and easily the introduction of new high-quality IT: using private "cloud" of computational resource, integration with mobile application and different web-resources, application QR-codes for storing big data [3]. Forming objectives, a proper protection of the CIS should be noticed. The natural reserve is a budgetary institution of the Federal value, so it is important to release a high-level protection of data integrity illegal access to the information. The last objective of engineering CIS is a simple and comprehensible organization that let staff of the reserve learn fast how to work with the functional module.
Requirement analysis, which the CIS of the reserve "Stolby" must agree with, let define a starting point of automatization for business process of institution, forming a base for creating high quality integrated system. According to preliminary predictions, the engineering CIS will promote an effective reserve activity and increasing of financial entry, with a help of significant simplification of work functioning and releasing the time for project work.
